I've seen some shit flying around in the corners of the feminist community and so im here to speak up, in case anyone stumbles across these and ends uo confused:
You do 🚫 have to be fond of every woman in order to be a Radfem, you do not have to think all women are innocent and that everything we do, no matter if good or bad is a result.of the patriarchy in order to be a Radfem, you do not have to be in communion with people who do you wrong in order to be a Radfem.
You're still you, radical feminism doesn't mean you lose your identity. It's more of adding a new perspective to your life not making you blend into one big group. It's not anti feminist to have your own life, whoever says that is anti feminist actually since, your restricting women from following their own life's oath and forcing bad mental health onto us. Be you, embrace feminism and embrace independence. 💜
PSA: this is coming from a person who grew up with an abusive "mom" I still hate her to this day, and to think that there's "radfems" who might support her is beyond me. What a stupid idea. Including her would be excluding me.

Listen to every craving! Don't worry about your figure, you don't matter. Relax, it's just the way things are. Let His seed inside you guide your choices, growing Him a big strong baby is what matters. Your body is made for His use. Staying thin and useless is idiotic, serve your purpose and grow His babies. None of your body is for you, not even what you eat is for you, so be a good hostess and eat up!

the obvious double standard with which we as a society treat amab nonbinary people and trans women who don't fit the level of feminity that they're expected to is actually disgusting.

just watched the barbie movie everyone was discoursing about last year and I can't help but feel like a lot of the problems in its execution could have been avoided if the kid character's arc had been about learning to embrace girly stuff as an act of rebellion against the adultification of teen girls while barbie went full butch transmasc
#deerchatter#i know why they didn't do that obvs the writers haven't a fucking clue what a feminism is and the bosses prefer it that way#but it's fun to think about what a good version of the premise could have looked like. there were interesting pieces on the board#the kid character could have been interesting if her arc had been about rejecting barbie bc of increasing awareness of the association#between femininity and weakness. but in wanting to gain respect she started acting and dressing like a young woman because she's at that age#where girls begin to be rewarded for being a more subdued and quote-unquote natural kind of feminine.#she could have become friends with barbie as a symbolic way to heal her inner child#meanwhile barbie takes the you-can-be-anything message to its logical extreme and decides what she wants to be is the one thing mattel will#never let her be: gender non-conforming#these 2 character arcs and where they intersect could have told the same story much better i think#emphasis on personal choice/growing up/social rebellion/embracing what will really make you happy#while also covering multiple ways to handle gendered expectations. pick out the parts you like or throw the whole gender out. both r good!#anyway i have to admit this movie was disappointing. i knew it wasn't gonna be woke but i thought it would still be a bit more fun ....#was hoping for a guilty pleasure kind of experience but even setting aside that hard thematic fumble it's underwhelming :(

it really sucks when people are in such desperation to make characters lgbt that they end up enforcing the very gender roles the lgbt community wants to break so bad.

Honestly, I don't want to look younger than I am. Why are women always told that it's better to look younger? I want to look my age. I want everyone to know that I have the wisdom and experience that comes with that age.

“4B is problematic because it reinforces the idea that sex is only for men’s pleasure! Women deserve pleasure and shouldn’t have to abstain from sex with men!” Literally go masturbate.

This is for my ladies who wear weaves, wigs, ponytail etc.
I was recently talking to a male friend and he commented on the smell of my hair. What he thought was the smell of cookies was my hair. It was Sol De Janeiro Cheirosa 71. He couldn’t believe the scent was coming from my hair especially because my hair was straight. He expected to smell “burnt hair”. Long story short find a scented hair spray/ hair perfume.
