Pokémon Timeskip SinJoh Gang

Some Timeskip (early-mid 20s) designs I made of Dawn, Ethan, Lyra, Lucas, and Kris from December lol Admittedly Dawn has two designs actually this is just her skirt design while her main design I’ll upload later but as for the Timeskip verse stuff Dawn is the champion of Sinnoh, Ethan is the champion of Johto, Lyra is the champion of Kanto, and Lucas and Kris are grad students studying in Kalos trying to earn their PhD (Lucas in particular is the one that travels to Hisui for the summer despite him being based off the npc version of him cause I can) I hope you enjoy!

another one of my silly little headcanons is that after That Summer, eddie basically lives at the tozier household. more than ever wentworth becomes his father figure, teaching him, like, how to shave and how to change a tire when one of richie’s goes flat junior year and letting him light the grill during summer cookouts and calling him sport and champ and chief. maggie calling out “hi, richie, hi, eddie” every day after school from somewhere in the house without even having to look that he’s there, fielding frantic calls from sonia and refusing to take her bullshit bc as long as eddie wants to be here we will never turn him away, coming home from freese’s department store every once in awhile with new clothes for them both or making sure to grab his favorite ice cream alongside richie’s on grocery runs.

they make up the bed in rachel’s old room in case he wants to spend the night and eventually just start leaving extra blankets and pillows in richie’s closet when it becomes apparent eddie prefers sleeping in there. his clothes slowly but surely start making their way into the laundry. they always buy an extra ticket on family movie nights, and take him along for the Tozier Monthly Mall Trip up to bangor without question. a spare inhaler and epipen live in the junk drawer of the kitchen just in case.

and there is always, always, always a place at the table, set and waiting for him.

Of all the heartbreak contained within “Doctor Bashir, I presume?” I think this is the most heartbreaking thing to me:

Because, while it may be true they weren’t ashamed of young Jules, it still stands that the genetic resequencing was about them. About Amsha and Richard, and not about Julian. They made him illegal, and they say it’s Julian’s own good, but even here, it becomes about them and their feelings. It’s not about doing the right thing for Julian, it’s about setting their minds at ease. It’s about fixing something they believe is wrong with him.

Not even when they’re trying to say they did this for Julian, is it about Julian.

Huh look at that

In all honesty, I’ve always been impressed by Zeno’s performance as Hunter. Even when I wasn’t particularly invested in Hunter as a character at first (this has changed, obviously lol), Zeno’s performance always stuck with me. And knowing he got the role because of Hunter’s little break down in Eclipse Lake in his audition just makes me appreciate his performance, and that whole scene in particular, so much more. Each episode I left it more and more impressed with just how talented this guy is and I began to notice he is in a bunch of other things I watch and he is just as good in those as he is here.

The talent and range Zeno has makes him stand out so much and letting Hunter slowly break down his walls episode by episode allows for that talent to really be heard. That strong, intimidating, and powerful voice he once started with as the Golden Guard has become this more soft, dorky, and energized voice for Hunter. It shows how much has changed, how much he’s grown, how much Hunter has found himself. Zeno’s performance reflects that incredibly and I think it’s worth noting just how quickly Zeno could bring Hunter’s voice back to the Golden Guard tone once the mask was on in Thanks to Them because it once again highlights that growth Hunter has had as a character since episode one and highlights Zeno’s range in his performance.

I don’t think it’s an unpopular opinion to say Zeno is one of the strongest voices in the entire cast. I’d go even further to say he is the strongest voice in the cast, but that’s me. He just continues to impress me every episode and he’s always leaving with a performance that is gut-wrenchingly heart breaking or adorably heart warming. It’s a good performance either way because the passion is there and it keeps you engaged.

I can go on because I truly adore this man and his performance a ton, but I think I’ve made my point.

So here’s the clip again bc it is incredibly well done and Zeno really does deserve the praise that he gets. Also cuz Sarah’s performance was incredible here as well.
