That’s it. I was lazy for over a week. Ate late at night, ate way to much, didn’t exercise hell I didn’t even weight myself. But now it‘s over. I‘m gonna get back on track!! I‘m gonna start loosing these f-ing pounds again. i have to motivate myself so I wont make excuses anymore. All these little excuses become one huge excuse and that can‘t be it.
I‘m gonna loose every pound I gained and I‘m gonna freaking love the process of getting skinny!

Every time you are about to take a bite of something, take a second. Do I really want to eat that? Or do I want to be skinny? Determination is what is keeping you from your goals, nothing else. If you never stop thinking about your ugw, it will come to you naturally. You don’t need the fat on your bones either way, so why even bother?

Drink LOTS water !!
Go for a (small) walk if possible (it helps to relax and makes u feel good)
Do workouts. Even if it's only a 10-minute workout, it's good for you and your body. You can do this <3
Eating something small and healthy won't hurt you if you feel like ⭐️ving. (It's better to eat something small than ⭐️ve)
Make your bed.
Take a shower, brush teeth, etc. Take care if your self. Self care is important<3
