Kageyama — his idea of what “help me take a picture” means is way more simple than what you had meant for it to be. You stand there, he presses the button, that should be it. He doesn’t get why people spend so much time looking for angles, or fixing exposures. It’s a picture????? It goes “click” and that’s it right??? He spends no time looking for a nice angle or even wait for you to pose, resulting in a lot of pics that are out of focused😌

Iwaizumi — he is an “awkwardly flex and puff his chest out while locking his jaw” type of guy himself, he tries but he really has no idea what is flattering and what is not. The grid references confuses him and he gets even more tensed when you try to give him instructions. Somehow always manages to take the picture when you’re blinking or making some sort of weird faces because you felt something on your face.

Not a natural, but they’ll go the extra mile just so you can have your pretty pics for insta

Nishinoya — he goes the extreme for your pics. If you ask him to crouch down to get your best angle, you bet he is gonna get so low on the ground until his arms are near touching the concrete just to give you that long✨leg✨effect✨. If you are an awkward poser or felt uncomfortable when you pose, he’s gonna go out of his way to run around behind to camera to catch your attention so you can have the most natural posture and the best smile.

Tanaka — he belonged to the last category when he was just starting out but then he sees the way you just didn’t post because you thought you didn’t look nice in any of the pics and he was just like “nah fuck that I’m gonna get good at this for your feed”. Follows so many of those “photo hacks”/“posing tips” accounts just so he can help you take nicer pics, now he’s a pro👏🏼

Bokuto — he has no idea what the hell he’s sounds and what he’s supposed to do but he has hella patience when it comes to doing things for you. As long as you look like you’re enjoying yourself and he seems like he’s doing good, he’s all game for taking 1528126826 pictures of you in the same spot with the same pose just to get that (1) perfect picture.

Miya (Atsumu) — he learnt his lesson the hard way after getting clowned by his brother (and later vball teammates) for having wiggly bricks and crooked fences at the back of his pics because he tried to make his waist look smaller and legs longer🥲if you took a pic where you look really hot but “wow my hair doesn’t look fluffy enough” he can probably give you a free perm just by using facetune.

Kozume — he just... he just knows what he’s doing. He has very little patience during the photo taking process, but if you told him there’s a pic you like but you didn’t like this or that he would silently fix all those things and send it back to your without you even asking him to.

Oikawa — he seems like the annoying type when he’s the one asking people to take his pics so in returns, he also knows what to do to get the best outcome. He knows all the tricks, all the hacks, the best pose that goes best according to what you want people to pay attention to. He probably has his pick of Instagram filters, one of them is probably that one with the sparkly effect. (But it comes with a cost because the amount of effort he put in for you, he expects you to do the same for him😌)

Akaashi — he just seems like he knows his shit LMAO he probably won’t make you look like an Instagram model but you’re gonna get very aesthetic artsy pics. Super good at finding hidden locations in places where everyone is crowding around that (1) visually pleasing spot and you couldn’t get pictures there without a seat of people at the back. He makes you look like a French art film star and I just think that sounds pretty nice😌

Yachi — not an hq boyfriend, she’s an hq girlfriend BUT THIS GIRL KNOWS WHAT SHES DOING. She works with graphic design right so she knows what proportions and what props to use to get the most balanced structure. She’s gonna make you your own magazine cover if you ask her to. She has a lot of experience with trying to make herself look taller in pics so if that’s what you want, she can make your legs look at least a good several inches longer 😌

Another day, another Bakugo shouting at Midoriya.

You could see in Midoriya’s eyes how much he looked up to the boy, you may have only known the two for a couple months now but seeing Bakugo scream at the boy again.

It was too much, the anger in explosions, the way Midoriya tried to hold him back.

He was extra pissed today and was taking it out on the green haired boy.

Being close friends with the boy, the shouting of Bakugo had made your instincts act out.

You left your own partner, Kirishima, and marched past everybody. They could all see your own anger; you were going to protect the boy and they were not going to stand in your way.

You grabbed Bakugo’s collar and this boy was in shock, nobody had ever done something like this.

His actions stopped as you dragged him out kicking and shouting for you to let go of him.

“Y/n, what the fuck? Don’t fucking ever do that shit again?” He scowled outside of the training rooms.

You tapped your foot lightly, but you were pissed, fucking annoyed even. He looked angry at you but kept it under wraps. If someone was to analysis Bakugo they would realise how he had a soft spot for you after both of you fought against each other at the spots festival. Hell he even remembered your name and quirk, he may have been nicer to you but his anger that he had suppressed for you needed to be let out somehow.

“Bakugo, you’re going to listen to me, oh so help me God, I will make you look like an idiot inside.” He took a sharp breathe only nodding at how easily you had shut down his frustrations.

“What the fuck do you think you’re playing at? Leave Midoriya the fuck alone, you don’t need to be so fucking rude to the boy. You might think it makes you look all powerful but all I see is a bully.” You took your own deep breath, “you’ll never be a fucking hero if you keep acting like a dick to Midoriya.”

He stood taking it all, all the anger you felt from how he acted towards the boy, he took it all in. The last thing he had ever wanted was to hear the words you had said and worst of all, it was you who had said it. The girl who had nearly beat him, the girl who had always been so kind and nice to those around her. The girl he had almost become infatuated with, you were the one shouting at him, telling him he was the one in the wrong.

“Get a fucking grip, Bakugo.” With the final words you left him speechless outside, he couldn’t speak, couldn’t move. But anger filled him, the sound of his explosions arose from behind you, but you didn’t turn around shaking your head to let him have his tantrum.

You had spent time with him, even studied with him. He never acted the way he acted to Midoriya to you, he always seemed nice and a lot calmer. But watching how hurt Midoriya looked, it hurt you to see your friend upset.

“You don’t get to fucking say shit Y/n.” You stopped in your steps, you were half way inside before his words caught up to you. He was shouting at you, his eyes filled with sadness, you were close enough to see it. But the rest of the class who were watching the scene could only see anger.

“Bakugo…”

“No, Y/n, you can’t say that shit and leave like that.” His voice seemed weaker and his arms may have been out towards you. But no yellow explosions were coming out from it, he just had anger within him. He hated you protecting the young Midoriya, but he knew that you shouldn’t care as much, that you had never stopped him before. So why now?

You didn’t meet his gaze, instead looking to the side, “fucking look at me.” Your eyes flickered to his own and he was about to speak when a much angrier Aizawa stomped towards you. He looked pissed at the two of you not training.

“You two stop talking now.”

“Yes sir.” You both spoke in unison, before you left to go back to Kirishima.

The words had repeated through Bakugo’s head since the encounter outside, he respected you for saying what you said. To stand up to him, but he could see how it had ruined your friendship.

Whenever you’d be in the elevator going up to your rooms, you’d stay on your phone, refusing to talk to him, or if you both were waiting for Aizawa to come in. You’d leave your seat behind him and go talk to Midoriya or Todoroki, he hated it so much.

This is how he ended up doing something entirely rash and a lot more unexpected. It was the end of the day and you were about to leave to go back to the dorms. A hand had grabbed your wrist however, “Y/n.”

Bakugo’s voice was hesitant, but you turned to meet his gaze. He let go of you, scratching the back of his head before speaking again, “I want to prove to you that I am he…hero material, so just umm wait here.”

You were hesitant at first, but you stayed outside, you noticed him walk towards Midoriya who at the sight of seeing Bakugo looked timider than ever. Bakugo gestured you to come over, which you did waiting to see what he’d say to the young boy, “I…I’m sorry.”

Midoriya looked more confused than ever, “are you ill Kacchan?” Midoriya began to try to inspect Bakugo’s face.

“Let go me stupid nerd.” He got out of Midoriya’s way and looked at you.

“An apology won’t just fix a relationship Bakugo.” You had not been impressed with what you had seen, and you wanted to hear more.

“Okay, okay.” Bakugo looked back at Midoriya, “we’ve never been friends and I know we never will.”

You stared blankly at what he had said, that was not a good start, “but I shouldn’t have put all my anger on you, to be honest, all the niceness I give to y/n, I have left over anger that needed to go somewhere. It shouldn’t have been to you, I’m not trying to be nice to you, I’m still 100% better than you and your little nerdy friends but I won’t put the excess anger I have onto you.”

“Okay.” Midoriya had grown over the months, he didn’t need Bakugo’s approval for anything, he had grown to have other friends. Move past the boy from his childhood and you were glad about that.

Bakugo came to meet your gaze again, “yeah, yeah we’re fine now.” He grinned at you walking with you back to the dorms. “So what’s this about being nice to just me.”

“Shut up shitty woman.” He growled as you laughed.

“Hey, you’re supposed to be nice to me.” You pouted to the boy.

“Y/n.” He stopped you in your tracks, even with the acceptance he had gotten back from you, he was still upset about what you had said. “About me not being her…”

You interrupted him, touching his cheek. “It was rash, and I shouldn’t have said it.” You smiled up to the boy, your thumb caressing his face, “you’ll be an amazing pro hero one day and you’ll protect us all.”

“Even you.”

You laughed at his statement, “only if I’m in trouble, but I doubt I will be.” Just as you had let go of his face, he grabbed your arm bringing you closer.

Your faces only a mere inch apart from one another, he had bent down to reach your face. And he was happy, content even, he hated having you ignore him. Having you shut him down every time he tried to talk to you, but you had given him another chance and he was taking it.

His lips finally reached yours and you gave a low whisper, “do it future number one hero.” The command was all he needed to encase his lips against your own. The softness between one another and warmth that the boy brought was filled in the lustful kiss, his tongue guiding your own and the heavy breathes you both took after. It had been careless but soft and he had even more of a reason to become the number one pro hero and that was you.

A/N: I love this song so much. (Go listen to it now). I feel like I didn’t do it justice but whatever. This has been in my drafts forever. Idk how it turned out but here we go. Also ik it’s kinda long, don’t come after me lmao

Are you here with me? Just looking out on the day of another dream

Bakugou just started to stir awake, the sun slowly starting to beam in the window. His blurry vision came to focus on the digital clock next to him that said 5:45 AM. He sighed and flopped his spiky head back onto his pillow. He opened his eyes again slightly as he turned to face his partner next to him. God, he still can’t believe how lucky he is. Every morning he gets a little wave of relief when he sees you by his side. He’s got a little smile on his face as he holds back from just cupping your cheek and pecking you on the forehead to tell you how much he loves you. But he thinks you’re so cute and peaceful when you sleep and knows you need rest otherwise you’ll be a little brat. Instead he wraps his arm around you, closes his eyes, and hopes he falls back asleep as his mind still focuses on you.

Well, you can’t get what you want, but you can get me. So let’s set out to sea.

“Fuck, I’m so sorry, baby. I couldn’t get out of it. They needed all the help they could get.” Bakugou pleaded to you while holding your hands in his. It was your 3 year anniversary and he had to cancel your plans for the evening due to a villain attack downtown.

You sniffled and looked towards the ground, limply holding his hands back. “I understand. I knew what this was going to be like, being with a hero. It’s just hard sometimes you know? I miss the days where we would spend all day together. We would go to class together, eat lunch together, visit each other’s dorms whenever we wanted. I miss you, Katsuki.”

He pulled you into a hug where he ran his hand through your hair as you buried your face into his chest. “I know. I miss you so much. Being a hero is amazing, but it’s damn exhausting, especially not having you there with me. I love you, Y/N.” He said softly as he kissed the top of your head and then rested his chin on it.

“I love you too, ‘Suki. We’ll figure things out.”

“Of course, we will. We always do. You and I are a pretty kickass team if I do say so myself.”

“Huh, you really think so?” You looked up to meet his gaze. He just nodded and hummed in reply. “Well, I do too.” You then pulled him into a sweet kiss. Something you guys had done a thousand times, but it still brought butterflies to your stomach every time. You guys remained in each other’s arms for a bit longer, just swaying slightly despite the quiet.

“You know, I may have a way to bring back the old days.” Bakugou said breaking the silence.

You looked up at him. “Oh yea? Do tell, pretty boy.”

“Well..” he cleared his throat and continued in a low tone, “I was thinking maybe we could move in together. Like when we lived in the dorms, but with no Aizawa on our backs. It’s not perfect but at least I’ll get to see my beautiful idiot more often” You thought for a few seconds just staring into space. “Nevermind, it was stu-“.

“It’s perfect.” You kissed him again. “I would love that, babe.”

“Tch- well yea, of course you would it was a great idea.” He said with a shit-eating grin on his face after getting an ego boost from you agreeing with him. You just rolled your eyes back. “I would too, though.”

Katsuki had no idea where he was. He was lying down on a bed, staring at the stark white ceiling as his vision began to clear. When he finally regained consciousness, he jolted up realizing he didn’t know was was going on. Then, you got up from your chair that was beside him in order to calm him down. He suddenly felt a sharp pain on his side. He winced and quickly put his hand on the wound.

“Oof, honey. I was trying to prevent you from doing that. Are you okay?” You said as you softly rubbed his arm.

He listened and lied back facing toward you this time. In a low, gruff voice he responded, “Yeah, I’m fine. Where the hell are we?”

“We’re in Recovery Girl’s office. After training today you ended up getting pretty beat up and passing out.”

It was all coming back to him. It was him versus Deku. One of their last days at UA and everyone was going all out. The two were moving quickly, jumping around each other trying to dodge and land hits. Eventually they started to wear down, but you know them, they will never stop. So after a while, Midoriya was able to use a little more than 10% of One for All, causing Bakugou to crash into a wall and fall to the ground. It wasn’t over yet though. He stumbled back up while doing his signature yelling. He was setting off explosions to fly up to his opponent and land a huge hit, but midway he just passed out and ended up falling on the concrete.

“Oh, yea I remember now. THAT FUCKING DEKU!! I’M GONNA MAKE HIM PAY!!” He yelled while trying to get out of bed. You then had to get up and set him back down.

“No, no, no. Katsuki, you can’t do anything right now. You need to just relax.” You said softly while pushing him back down by his shoulders.

“But I can’t lose to him! No fucking way!” He was still attempting to get up.

“You have to let it go, Suki.” You sat back down next to him and held his hands in yours. “I understand you wanting to get even, but you can’t right now. You’ve already gone way too far today.” You take a deep breath and continue, “You’ve been worrying me. Recently you’ve exhausted yourself so many times just in training alone. I get we’re close to graduating, but you need to relax, take it easy. Exerting so much energy in an emergency, I understand, but you’re just fighting ‘stupid’ Deku. You’re not going to be doing much hero work if you’re always in the hospital.” You sighed and put your head down, “I’m sorry, Suki. I just hate seeing you hurt.”

He knew what you meant. A couple months ago you were also injured badly and had to stay in the hospital for a few days after fighting a tough villain during your internship. He could barely take it. He couldn’t do anything except be by your side. All he wanted was to see you back to being the badass you usually are.

He sat up and rubbed his thumbs on your knuckles as you continued to hold hands. “Don’t worry about me, dumbass,” he said at almost a whisper, showing how ‘dumbass’ is just his way of saying he loves you. “I can take care of myself just fine…. But as much as I hate to admit it, I know you’re right.” He said with a smug grin which didn’t go away after you hit his shoulder. “Jeez, babe I’m just kidding. Point is you’re right. I can’t just go in ready to kill some people. I need to be smart about it. I need to be able to prove myself.”

“But you already have proven yourself. In more ways than one. You can show how great you are using methods that aren’t beating the shit out of Izuku, you know?”

“But those ways aren’t as fun.” You ended up slapping him on the shoulder again as he almost died laughing.

“Can you just promise me that you won’t end up in the nurses office again?”

“Alright, I’ll try my best.” He pulled you over and gave you a kiss on the forehead, “Thanks for putting up with me. I love you.”

“I love you too, even though you give me migraines.”

And surprisingly Bakugou kept up his promise, saving himself a whole lot of pain and saving yourself a whole lot of stress.

The heat was rising as the your second year of UA was coming to a close. For the last half of the year Bakugou was slowly accepting his feelings for you and couldn’t hold back any longer. Somehow he tolerated you more than all the other extras. Hell, he even liked spending time with you and would go out of his way to do so. He didn’t want to spend the summer without you, but he didn’t know how to approach the situation. He couldn’t risk looking soft, but then again he “doesn’t care” what other extras think. It was a position he’d never been in before and he didn’t know how to handle it.

You were in the same boat. You may have had crushes before, but not like this, and definitely not like Bakugou. It didn’t take much to notice that he was somewhat nicer to you. He did schoolwork with you and didn’t smack you upside the head. He started choosing you as his partner more often in training. And never exploded when he got he annoyed with you. Maybe he was just nice to you because you were nice to him? You didn’t want to take things the wrong way and upset him. He was so predictably unpredictable. A literal ticking bomb, but somehow he was a lovable one.

The two of you were becoming unbearable. Your friends had all been planning to get together before summer break anyway, so they decided to do some meddling.

You had just joined the Bakusquad in the common room waiting to have some fun. You and Bakugou were sitting next to each other on the couch while Sero, Kaminari, and Kirishima all were chilling on the floor around the coffee table. Meanwhile, Mina was nowhere to be found.

“Ugh! Where the hell is stupid Pinkie?! I wanna get this shit over with?”

“We love you too, Kacchan.” Kaminari replies and you can head Bakugou growl next to you and you try not to laugh. “I’m sure she’ll be here any sec. She had to grab something for the super special thing she planned.” He said while wiggling his eyebrows and Bakugou just rolled his eyes. Kirishima then kicked Kaminari and whisper-yelled “Dude!” Then he turned back to you guys and said with a nervous smile, “What he means is that Mina wanted this to be the perfect hang out before we have to go back home, so she has some stuff for us.”

“I sure do!” Mina yelled as she burst in the room with her arms up.

“tch- finally” Bakugou mumbled under his breath.

“We just gotta set up and then we can do the super special thing. Sero and Kirishima wanna help me grab some stuff from the kitchen? And then the rest of you can you check to make sure we have enough room in my dorm? Great!” She gave no one time to respond and everyone just got up and followed suit.

“Wait can I use the bathroom first?! I totally gotta take a whiz!” Kaminari whined.

“Yea, just hurry up! I wouldn’t want you to miss anything! Y/N and Bakugou we’ll all meet you up there in a sec!”

Sero, Kirishima, and Mina shuffled into the kitchen while Human Pikachu bolted (lol) to the bathroom. You and Bakugou weren’t as frantic as the others but you still went with it.

When you both arrived you found Mina’s room to be totally clean. “OI, PINKIE YOU’RE RO-!” Bakugou was on the way his way out but then you saw a flash of yellow and the door slamming on Bakugou’s face.

“What the-?” Bakugou tried to turned the handle but it didn’t budge. “I SWEAR IF YOUR PLAN WAS TO PRANK US IM GONNA BURN YOUR DUMBASSES ALL TO HELL!! NOW LET US OUT!!” He banged on the door, still attempting to get out, but all he heard back was some snickers and the sound of something being put in front of the door. The Pomeranian, now angered, was still aimlessly attacking the door until he heard you sigh and flop on the bed.

Sprawled out with your hands covering your face you muttered, “Ugh, I’m sorry.”

Bakugou stopped and turned around to face you being the most confused you’ve ever seen him, “Wait... you knew about this!” He started stomping over.

You quickly sat up anticipating something to happen. “No, no I didn’t. I just.. I think I know what this is about. I think this is all because of something I said to Mina.”

You move your eyes around the room afraid to make contact with the ruby eyes of the man standing above you.

“And what’s that?”

You sigh and fidget with your fingers, “Well, I may as well say it because I don’t think we’ll get out of here otherwise. I like you, Bakugou. I have for a bit now and didn’t know what to do. So I asked Mina, and this is definitely not how I wanted to handle it so I’m sorry and-“ you were interrupted by Bakugou tilting your head up which was staring at the floor while you rambled. He quickly leaned down and pressed his lips against yours. You sat there wide-eyed. Not that it wasn’t good (it was), you were just thinking holy shit, my crush is on my face right now.

“Shit, I’m sorry I should’ve asked first. I just wanted to stop you because you don’t need to apologize. And I’m pretty sure you know this now but I like you too I guess. I don’t find you as annoying as I probably should. I haven’t for a while now.” He now was stood back up with a blush spread across his face and his one hand in this pocket with the other one rubbing the back of his neck. You stand up next to him and place your arms on his shoulders.

You giggle and say, “It’s okay. I enjoyed it. I was just surprised because I didn’t expect it from you. I actually think we should do it again.”

“Really?” He looked up as you nodded in response while biting your lip. You both then leaned in and kissed each other once more. It was definitely not as awkward as the first one. The kiss was sweet and passionate. When Bakugou feels something, he feels it wholeheartedly and it was evident in the way he was kissing you. He treated you as if you were an illusion that could shatter at any moment and he wasn’t going to take any of his time with you for granted.

You were suddenly interrupted by a loud banging on the door, “YOU LOVEBIRDS DONE IN THERE YET?!!! I ACTUALLY WANTED TO DO STUFF TONIGHT!!” Mina yelled through the door.

When you’re close to me

Bakugou woke up again but this time due to you booping his nose. “Good morning, Sunshine.” You whispered as you placed a kiss where had previously booped him. He just groaned and looked over to see the clock reading 8:30 AM. When he looked back your head was on his chest while you held onto him. He smiled a bit and pulled you in closer.

“Can we just stay like this all day, babe?” He said with his cheek pressed on the top of your head.

“Did I hear that correctly? Katsuki Bakugou said he wanted to stay in bed?! I must be dreaming still.”

“Tch, you’re such an idiot.” He chuckled and pressed a kiss onto the top of your head. “I love you though, you know that right?”

“Enough to help me make us some breakfast in bed?” You looked up at him with puppy eyes. He just sighed loudly and started to dramatically get out of bed. You soon followed and caught up to give him a hug as he grabbed stuff from the fridge. “I love you too, ‘Suki.”

Hi so going through some of your tags and looking at your amazing edits and gifs, I was jw what app you used for it and maybe if you could give me some tips for editing?

Awh, thank you! That's v sweet!

When it comes to edits, I usually use PS CC 2018, and then whatever art program I'm using at the time (It used to be SAI, now it's Clip)

As for tips, uhhhh... I'm not the best at explaining things, but I'll do my best!

I'll use some of my favorites as examples because I think visuals help lmao

This one in particular is the product of me frankensteining a LOT of different parts. The characters are all from different scenes, so is the background, and even Rapunzel's mouth is from a different scene and wasn't originally part of the screencap her body was from. With edits, I try not to redraw a whole lot of pieces myself, esp if they're stylized a certain way (IE; Mouths, Eyes, accessories) and try to pull them from other screencaps I have. If I can find it in the show, i will use it, even if it's just as a base. They're almost always on their own layer.

The only thing I often draw on my own is Rapunzel's hair, and just the very ends, only when I'm giving her a hair cut, just because it's easier. This is usually also on its own layer, under the Punz cut out once I've erased her braid.

Sidenote: Changing things like eye and hair colors. It usually looks MUCH nicer and less... Obvious that you changed it if you sort of build the color up. Rapunzel's hair is changed to brown by using a hue layer first, and then a multiply layer at like 82% to get it as close to canon as I can without just slapping color over her hair and having to redraw things like details or texture or lighting that might already exist.

It's actually WAY simpler to cut out ALL of a character, and then change things on a separate layer from everything else, esp if I want to keep the background the same, or just don't want to disrupt it, OR need to have a group layer over it (like for changing hair colors/covering something up.)

It's ALSO way easier to just... slap the character or a different background, or find the same one without anyone in it (which is easier than you think, since characters move around, or when they leave an area, there's usually a frame or two of the BG on its own)

Of course, if that's not possible (like in the above), you can usually get away with clone stamping the bg underneath the cut out of the character to try and cover up any existing bits of what might still be there.

And also sometimes just shrinking it waaaay down makes it harder to see any bg inconsistencies-- Which is fine for things like icons, which is what this was originally for:

ALSO HANDY: Pay attention to the BGs lighting, and even if you're going to change it later, it's generally easier to change the lighting on EVERYTHING if the BG and Character already match:

The BG and both characters were already daylit, so it made matching them a lot easier. Not that it's IMPOSSIBLE, it's just WAY easier. (Compare Hector below, who was in darker lighting than the BG was initially. He took a lot longer to adjust just right.)

It also kind of helps to sort of study how characters are framed in the actual show? Pay attention to scaling, the horizon line, etc. Use things like blurring or scale to your advantage to give the impression of some sort of depth, so it just doesn't look like you slapped one character on top of another. Try to make eye contact! Try to see if you can make it look like something is happening! Play around, see what looks good!

ESPECIALLY play around and see what you can turn 100% into something else. The shadow demon was originally only Tromus' hands and arms. Goopy Punz there was once just a Normal Rapunzel cap. It's v handy to push and see what you can do.

I draw, so a lot of this stuff I'm already familiar with, and it helps a lot tbh, since I use what I know.

That said EVERYTHING and I mean EVERYTHING is 10x easier if you have a tablet. You have better control over the lasso tool, the brushes, color picking.

I've always kind of looked at it as like... Digital paper dolls. Everything is its own piece, and it's fun to try and see what you can get away with.

Jake glanced at the clock, then at the man still rambling on in front of him. "but that's not why I was mad. It was because he seriously had the fucking audacity to bring Quentin into it! Like, uh no, shut your fucking mouth because Quentin is only an ass to you because you are literally a fucking scumbag." Frank said, moving his hands as he spoke. Jake was amazed by how much Frank could cuss in one sentence. Though when it came to talking about Krueger, Jake understood. 

Frank had been telling Jake about the argument he'd had earlier, with Freddy. The demon had brought Quentin up and Frank didn't like that, so he punched Freddy. He was just explaining why. Frank glanced at Jake, then sighed. "You're tired, aren't you?" He asked, his voice still full of energy. Jake aimlessly shook his head, leaning back on the couch. It was fairly late, and most of everyone else had gone to bed.

"I'm fine, I swear." Jake replied, knowing Frank probably wouldn't accept the answer. By the way Frank paused and eyed the saboteur, Jake was right. However, only partially. 

"Does Quentin want you in there? I know he likes having someone near him when he sleeps." Frank questioned, moving to grab the shirt he had thrown on the ground. He did that sometimes if he felt hot. Not due to his level of confidence or ego, but because he was good at ignoring what people said. Most of the time. 

"Probably. I'm sure he'd let you talk while he fell asleep. He doesn't necessarily care about sound levels." Jake replied, moving to grab his jacket from beside him. Frank paused again, holding his shirt in his hands. As weird as it was, Frank had begun thinking about others more since the whole house thing. A few people had, and Jake wondered if Anna impacted that. She had begun treating everyone with utmost kindness, at least everyone except for Freddy. With Kenneth, it was more treating him respectfully than anything. 

"Are you sure? I don't wanna annoy him. I can always go find Julie or something." Frank stated, surprising Jake. Frank, once again, was someone who could definitely ignore people's opinions if he wanted. 

"Just c'mon." Jake mumbled, moving to stand up. Frank stood up as well, following the saboteur as Jake made his way to his room. Jake was quiet as he opened the door, and peered in to spot the hazel haired insomniac reading a book. "We have a friend this time." Jake said, earning a confused look from Quentin. At least until he spotted Frank. 

Jake walked over, moving to sit by Quentin toward the headrest. Frank climbed onto the end of the bed, crossing his legs as he sat. Jake didn't really know if his shorts were actual shorts, because they almost looked like boxers. Not Frank's. Frank didn't wear boxers, so they definitely weren't his. "Frank almost threw hands for you earlier." Jake stated, putting an arm around Quentin as the boy leaned against him. 

"Why? Aren't you usually the one who does that?" Quentin asked, setting the book in his hands down and closing his eyes. 

"He is, yes. But Krueger was being a total dick, and then he fucking mentioned you! Of course I wasn't gonna let the fucker insult you!" Frank explained, just as enthusiastic as when he said it the first time. "Which, by the way, I understand why you hate him. I'm telling you, I was this fucking close to just stabbing the shit out of him." Frank added, getting Quentin to open his eyes. 

"Okay, Frank," Frank straightened his posture, looking at Quentin instead of the walls around them. "you can talk, but please shut up about him. I appreciate you yelling at him for me though." Quentin stated, giving a small smile. Frank responded with a grin. 

"I will, my bad. And also you're welcome!" Frank replied. Quentin laughed softly, shifting again to lay his head on Jake's lap. He was on his side, but he didn't mind. 

"Whose underwear are those?" Quentin asked, closing his eyes again. Frank had quite the history when it came to people who had seen him in his underwear, so Jake wasn't surprised that Quentin noticed too. 

"Oh, they're Danny's. Can I sit up there with you two?" Frank replied, his response nonchalant. Like he always wore other people's underwear. Maybe he did. Maybe he had simply taken someone else's and traded them out. 

"Yeah, just put your shirt on first. Your skin is always cold." Quentin answered, making Jake snicker. Quentin moved again, and Frank quickly threw on his shirt. It was slightly big on him, so Jake assumed that it must've been Danny's too. Frank moved to lean against Jake's right side, and Quentin stayed on the left by the wall. Jake was leaning back, keeping an arm around both of the other boys. 

"You will never fail to surprise me Frank." Jake said, watching as Frank set his head on Quentin's shoulder. Quentin rested his own head atop Frank's as the other giggled. 

"I know, but that's the fun part." Frank replied, moving to grab one of Quentin's arms. Quentin allowed him too, setting his hand on Jake's thigh as Frank clung onto his arm. "Also, Laurie has been way nicer to me lately, which I think is good. She scares the shit out of me. Did you know that she had literally fucking kicked Michael in the dick, with no fear?" Frank mentioned, holding a finger to Quentin's necklace, being careful not to press too hard. 

"Yeah, she has. She's also slapped him at least three times." Jake added, pausing to watch Frank's reaction. Frank narrowed his eyes for a second, his eyes darting around. 

"Fucking what? And Michael just accepts it?" Frank questioned, his voice a little quieter than before. Jake just nodded. Frank just gave a quiet him, moving his hand from Quentin's necklace to the ring on his hand. Frank had always had an odd fascination with them, especially the two gems. Frank was definitely strange, in every way. If he was mad at you, there was a higher chance he would just ignore you rather than try to hurt you. He was childish in some ways, but mature in others. 

Jake could never really settle on one description for him. "Laurie is a fighter, like Jane but worse. She dealt with Michael right before she was sucked into this world and she is pissed about it." Jake stated, relieved to feel Quentin's breathing slow slightly. He had a lot of problems falling asleep, but had recently started waking up around the same time as Jake, so he was always tired at night. Often, Jake would fall asleep first and Quentin would just climb into bed with him. Apparently the company really made a difference, especially when it was Jake. 

"I get that. I would be pissed if I had to deal with me, and then be brought here, and do it all over. I'm a fucking nightmare." Frank replied, emphasising the last word. Jake knew Frank would probably nod off within thirty minutes, which was fine. Jake didn't have a problem lifting most people up, even some that were taller. Which was a lot. Plus, if it did prove to be a problem, Jake could always just move Frank onto his bed on the other side of the room. He slept in Quentin's bed mostly, so it wouldn't change much. 

"You're not necessarily a nightmare. Just gotta get used to you. You could probably be sleep deprived to the fullest extent and still have energy." Jake responded, paying close attention to how Frank slowly let his muscles relax. 

"Really? Sometimes you'd seem super pissed whenever I said dumb shit." Frank questioned, his voice continuing to lower in volume. 

"That's because it was dumb shit. You as whole are fine though." Jake assured. For the most part, it was because Frank would insult someone as he killed them. Though Jake could only complain to a certain extent, given how if he was given the chance, there were killers he regularly degraded. Lately he'd been working on that though. 

Frank hummed, but didn't reply. Jake gave it maybe three minutes. Jake also noted to talk to Danny tomorrow. Mainly because he willingly let Frank run off with his clothes, but also because Jake didn't know him too much, and Frank liked him a lot. Danny surely couldn't be as bad as Jake assumed.

Gojo knocks on your door at 7:48pm. His hair was wet from the rain. You ask him what he’s doing at and he gives you a smirk. He dries himself off with one of your bathroom towels, and changes into something more elegant. You ask him “why are you dressed like that?” He replies with “don’t worry about it” and tells you to get dressed in something elegant along with him.

As dawn is approaching, he brings you outside to his 800,000 Ferrari. “Here”. He gives you around $150. “What’s this for?” You asked. He then said “Don’t worry about it” again, with a smirk. You start to wonder what he’s up to. “Why is he so cocky today? This is gonna result with something good right? But what if it dosent” you thought to yourself. You slightly start to panic. “Maybe I’m just overthinking it”. You then asked gojo to turn on some music to distract you. “Why do you look so worried?” Gojo asked. “Wdym pooka looka?” Nothings wrong.” As the light turns green, gojo continues to drive. But then...his hand reaches for your thigh. You feel yourself start to blush, and you try your best to contain yourself, But he notices your change in emotion. As y’all arrive at the place he drove an hour out of town you finally arrive. He steps out of the car and tells you to stay in. He comes to your side of the car. While grabbing your hand to help you step out, he says “wow..you look amaze-balls snooka” “thanks, gojo” you said while trying not to giggle. He looks you up and down, then you notice his face and ears turning a light shade of red. “Is he seriously blushing? At me?..” a small wave of tension fills the air again.

As gojo takes your hand, you both walk up the stairs, and into the building. Turns out the place was a run-down Pizza Hut. “Gojo...did you really drive an hour away just to take me to a Pizza Hut?” You asked. “Well... I thought the aesthetic would be cool. Like america-core? Isn’t that what you guys like” he said. “Yes gojo, this is...very nice of you. It’s the thought that counts right?” You said. You could obviously tell he was annoyed by your comment. He ask the waiter for a seat for 2. As you were about to decline the entire date, gojo says “Did you really think I would have you dress up this nice for a Pizza Hut date?” He takes you through the mini arcade, and on the other side was a huge ballroom, filled with girls in their poofy dresses, and men in their tuxedos.

After seeing it, you apologized. “Gojo I sincerely apologize for declining your date at first” “it’s fine. I wouldn’t wanna be on a date like that either” he takes your hand leads you to the special table he rented out. This one was much nicer than the standard ones. As you two take a seat, he pulls a snake out of his pocket and gives it to you as a gift. You don’t except it, so you proceed to throw it outside. Gojo throws a fit an starts running away crying. “WHY DID YOU DO THAT. IT WAS MY SPECIAL SNAKE YOU HOODRAT BIMBO” you just laugh at him.

He leaves you at the ballroom and drives an hour back home. You had to catch an Uber to get home. You walk into the room to see him laying across the bed in his pajamas. You could clearly tell he was still upset by the incident. You go to shower, but little did you know, he put a snake in the shower head. It comes out as you turn the water on, and bites your neck. What gojo didn’t know, is that the snake...was a different snake. A species unknown to mankind. It then somehow turns you into a vampire. You still had a small sense of your own consciousness before your demon / vampire form completely took over. “If I bite gojo, will he turn into a hybrid like me?” You asked yourself. gojo begins to panic because he didn’t mean to actually hurt you. He just wanted to get back at you. As you’re preparing to bite gojo, you remember something your mother told you before she passed away.

“Don’t tell anyone this, but you were born with a special type of blood. This blood helps you to survive if you’re ever in a life or death situation. Giving you a sharper reflex, and enhances your brain to stay alive longer than normal people. The blood also cannot be transferred to other people except your own biological offspring.”

Meaning, if you were to bite gojo, he would die, almost immediately. “HEY” gojo shouted. “I know I haven’t told you this, but I also have a special type of blood. I can read thoughts, and my brain also enhances by 10%. But it’s still very different from yours since it’s made of different molecules.”

“So..what would happen if we were the mix the two together?” you said. You could feel yourself slowly fading out. “I don’t know...let’s try it”

Your Pov: 

“I miss you.” Jake said while on face time with me one night. 

“I know, I miss you too.” I said back to him while pouting slightly. “But hey, on the bright side your coming to visit me in two months.” 

He chuckled lightly. 

“That’s way too long.” 

“I know but at least it’s something to look forward too. You gotta think positive baby.” I told him trying to cheer him up. 

“This is why I love you.” Jake said while leaning in and kissing the camera jokingly. 

I laughed and did the same pretending it was him. We talked for another hour before I had to log off and go to bed since it was getting pretty late here in Indiana. 

“Alright baby, I’ll let you get some sleep. I love you and I’ll talk to you tomorrow.” Jake said while blowing a kiss my way. 

“I love you to babe. See ya.” I said back to him while throwing up a peace sign. 

Jake chuckled slightly and ended call. Once I knew I was fully hung up from him I texted Colby. Two months just wasn’t gonna cut it. I missed Jake so much. 

You: Hey, I wanna surprise Jake and come visit him early in LA . Do you think you could help me? 

Colby: Sure, I can help you. Jake’s been a mess without you haha. 

You: I know. He sounded so sad when we face timed tonight. I’m gonna book my flight tonight and I’ll just send you the information so you can pick me up at the airport and take me to his apartment. 

Colby: Sounds good. He’ll be so happy to see you he’s been acting crazier than usual. 

You: I know, I’ve seen from your guys videos. 

Colby and I continued to text back and forth for the next hour until I decided that I should probably get to bed so I wouldn’t be tired the next morning. 

You: I’m gonna head to bed. It’s getting pretty late over here. Goodnight I’ll talk to you sometime tomorrow.

It’s been a couple of days since I last talked to Colby or Jake and during that time I’ve booked my flight and started to pack. I leave tonight so I’ve been trying to get everything ready. As I was loading my makeup in my bag my phone pinged signaling that I received a new message. 

Jake: Wanna face time? I haven’t seen your beautiful face in a couple of days. I miss you:(

I was currently in an uber on the way to the airport. I was so excited to see Jake. Once I arrived to the airport I went through security and customs(have no clue how actual airports work lol) and was finally boarding my plane. While waiting in line I texted Colby. 

You: Hey, I’m about to board my plane rn. I should be there soon! 

Colby: awesome! Can’t wait, Jake's gonna be so excited to see you! 

You: He texted me earlier asking me to face time him. I lied and told him I was at a friends house lol. I want this surprise to be good.  

Colby: lmao. That’s why Jake was in bad mood when we hung out earlier. And don’t worry it’s gonna be good. He has no clue that your coming:)

After Colby texted I put my phone in my pocket and headed into the plane. I found my seat and immediately sat down. My legs were killing me from waiting in that long line. Before we took off I put my air pods in and blasted some Billie Eilish and fell asleep.

I have just gotten off of the plane and was standing in line to grab my luggage. Once I spotted the bright purple suitcase I grabbed it and started to head towards the exit of the airport where Colby was supposed to pick me up. 

Once I got outside I immediately spotted his red Toyota Corolla. Running up to the car I banged on the window hoping to scare him. 

“Jesus Y/N.” He said while rolling down the passenger side window with one hand and holding the other over his heart. 

“You almost gave me a heart attack!”  

“Sorry!” I yelled while laughing. 

He gave me a knowing look. 

“Yeah sure ya are.” 

After my mini prank on him I went around to trunk of car and waited for Colby to come and help me put my suitcase in. 

Once everything was situated we were off to give Jake the surprise of a lifetime. The car ride over to Jake’s apartment was filled Colby and catching up. He’s always been like another brother to me and he’s the reason that Jake and I met. 

Upon arriving to the apartment complex I could tell it was much nicer and cleaner than the trap house was.

“Wow,” I said while Colby and I walked up the stairs to Jake’s floor. “This place is cleaner than the last house.” 

He laughed. 

“It really is. The trap house was disgusting.” 

“That’s cause your the ones who made it that way!” I exclaimed. 

“Trueeee.” He said while dragging out the e. 

We continued our banter until Colby we reached floor 3. Once inside the hallway Colby lead me to Jake's apartment number which was conveniently right across from his. 

“Knock.” He said while pointing to the white door.

I nodded and brought my hand up. My knuckles hitting the hard wood. After a couple of agonizing minutes the door swung open and I was met with a pink hair colored Jake. 

“Surprise!” I shouted while throwing my arms around his neck. 

“Oh my gosh! What are you even doing here? How did you even get here?” Jake asked in confusion. 

“Remembered when we face timed a couple of nights ago? After we hung up I decided that I couldn’t wait any longer to see you so I texted Colby and him and I planned the whole thing out.” I explained to him while pulling away.

“Your amazing and I love you.” Jake told me while pulling me in for a kiss. 

“And that right there is my cue to go. Bye guys.” Colby said while heading towards his door. 

Jake and I pulled away laughing. 

“See ya Colby, thanks for helping me. “ I told him. 

“Yeah, see ya brother. Thanks for the surprise.”  

He nodded in welcome and closed his door. 

“Well, let’s go inside shall we? I’ve been wanting you to see my new place.” Jake said excitingly. 

“I cant wait!” I told him with a smile on my face. 

After Jake showed me around his new place we decided to just sit and cuddle on the couch since I was a little tired from my flight. We’ve been talking about anything and everything. 

“Can I ask you something?” Jake asked. 

“Well you technically just did ask me something but sure!” I said jokingly. 

He rolled his eyes. 

“Haha very funny. But I wanna ask you a serious question and it’s okay if you say no.” 

“Okay.” I said unsure of what his question could possibly be. 

“You like it here right?” 

I nodded. 

“Yes?” 

“What do you think about taking our relationship to the next step? Do you want to move in with me?” 

As soon as those words came out of his mouth my face broke out into a smile. 

“Yes! A hundred percent Yes! I don’t think I can do long distance anymore.” I all but yelled to him while attacking his face with kisses. 

Jake laughed. 

“Perfect. I for sure thought you were gonna say no babe.” He told me once I pulled away from his face. 

“Why would I say no? All my friends are over here and I get to see you everyday. Sounds like a win to me.” 

Jake broke out into a grin. 

“This is why I made you mine.” 

And with that he leaned into my lips sealing the deal and our promise of forever.

"Do you know of the butterfly effect?" Y/N shook her head at the old man sitting on the wheelchair. "It's when the theory that whenever something happens, even something small, it causes a chain reaction of another catastrophic event." Y/N nodded slowly, "Oh yes I've heard of that...it's called the butterfly effect because of even something as small as a butterfly flapping its wings it could have caused a giant hurricane across the world right?" The old man nodded, "You think that if I had been nicer to my children and wife, they would be here by my side rather than you?" Y/N gasped, intentionally overexaggerating, playing around with the older man, "Does that mean me being here is not good enough." She said before mock crying. He laughed shaking his head, "Dr. Choi am I dying?" Y/N looked down, "That's fine...everyone dies eventually right? I just wish my wife and kids are here..."

"Mr. Kim, they'll be here...I just know it." He looked up at the kind-hearted doctor who always wore the same kind smile, "You're almost like my daughter. But she's grown too bratty over the years." Y/N shook her head, "I'm not any better I have my fair share of brattiness. Anyhow, let's get you back in your bed okay?"

Slowly leaving the room Y/N carefully closed the door leaving the dying old man to rest. "Hey June, can you ring up his family one more time..." The male nurse nodded as he picked up the phone. As she walked down the corridors she heard a familiar voice calling out her name, "Y/N!" She turned her head and there they were BTS much more beautiful than the last time. The man calling out her name was Taehyung. Pretending she didn't hear or know them she increased her pace walking towards the opposite direction. "Wait!" Groaning she stopped turning around, "Taehyung. BTS." Y/N said rather coldly. "So you do remember us." Y/N gave out a dry chuckle, indicating what may have been the remnants of prolonging grudge against the men, "How can I forget." She said glancing towards Jimin and Jungkook. "Well we're here because Jungkook hurt himself and we have a show in 2 weeks and our doctor says Choi Y/N we didn't think it'd be you." Y/N looked down at her clipboard seeing Jungkook's name she bit her lips, "Okay well follow me. You really shouldn't be out of your room." Jungkook shrugged, "I needed fresh air." Jungkook looked at her features—after disappearing and meeting her again five years later— nothing had changed. She still had that same stoic look on her face but somehow much more tired. "How you been?" Jungkook and Jimin asked in unison as she instructed Jungkook to lay down as she set up the IV shots he had needed. "Good." Jungkook looked at her face, "You don't sound good." Y/N scoffed. "Well I mean I left the University and went back to the city hoping to never have to see your faces again and here we are."

"Why?"

"Why Jungkook did you and Jimin forget what you did to me? Well recap, you both played me. You both took advantage of me."

"I was young and stupid Y/N."

"Well, we were all young and stupid especially me though, right? Done." Y/N said as she carefully threw away the trash. "You just need to make sure to take enough water. Don't overdo it with performances and don't over do it with the dieting or exercising. Also--" Jungkook continued to nod but as he grew amazed by the maturity and the beauty on her face he had stopped listening ages ago. His thoughts interrupted when Y/N finally said, "Got it?" Jungkook nodded, "Yup. No overdoing it. Got it." Y/N smiled, "Okay well. That button there will call me if anything is wrong. I'll see you guys around."

Jungkook aimlessly wondered the hospital corridors he didn't want to admit he was looking for someone, but he was. He was looking for Y/N. He found her right outside the doors of the hospital by the garden. "You know Dr. Choi...I don't remember a day where you are never so kind to me..." He watched Y/N shrug, "I know that everyone needs a little kindness. God knows how much my mom needed it."

"You never talk about your family...are they well?" Y/N laughed a little Jungkook noticed the hint of sadness on the tone of her laughs. "Well I don't really know my dad...and about five years ago my mother took her own life while I was in Uni." Jungkook was shocked. He was shocked about how little he knew about Y/N and what she had gone through. The old man looked up with sadness in his eyes towards the stranger who had been so kind to him, "I'm sorry." Y/N shook her head, "We are all good. How about I get you back inside?" The old man nodded when from the distance you hear a young woman, who seemed so familiar, yelling, "Daddy." Y/N watched as the old man's face lit up as the young woman got closer hugging him. "Y/N, this is Jennie, my daughter."

"Jennie...Have we met?" She shrugged," I don't think so." Y/N nodded as she left the father-daughter duo alone. Jungkook, on the other hand, knew the young woman more than anyone. She was Jimin's fiance. He observed Y/N's face and noticed the moment she had realized who this woman had been. He followed her. Her steps were so faint but the clicks of her heels overfilled the halls of the hospital when it came to a sudden stop. "I know you're following me."

Coming out, Jungkook let out a sigh, "You got me." Y/N turned around her hair falling in place so perfectly that Jungkook's heart skipped a beat. "Why are you following me?"

"I didn't mean to I was on my way to the bathroom when I saw you racing down the halls." Y/N rolled her eyes, "Right well I was about to do my rounds. Why don't we just go ahead and bring you back to your room?" Jungkook nodded as Y/N led him back to his room careful to always be a step behind.

"So idols huh?" Jungkook nodded, "Yup who knew right?"

"Well I mean singing and dancing was always your thing. I just didn't expect the rest of BTS to follow you around until now." Jungkook shook his head looking down at his feet, "We all followed Namjoon...he was into this whole rapping thing...underground...until he graduated and suddenly we were all dragged into joining Big Hit. You know the story." Y/N nodded. "Uhm I saw Jennie was it?"

"Yeah, she's uh..."

"Jimin's fiance right?" There was a silence that Y/N broke with her cute little chuckle. "I'm not hung over you guys anymore. I just want you guys to know. There is still a little bit of anger but for myself not for you guys. I moved on." Jungkook nodded his head a little unconvinced, "No seriously...I am actually engaged now too." Y/N held up her hand not realizing the ring that had been sitting on her fourth finger the entire time. "He's a doctor here. The psych ward."

Jungkook's heart stung a little. He admitted to himself that he had hoped there had been a chance for them to possibly be together but he watched as she smiled at the looking up at him. It was a smile he wanted to no longer destroy by bringing complications into her life as he had five years ago. "Well good thing he's a psychologist because you are one crazy girl." Jungkook joked to mask his heartbreak but smiled genuinely as Y/N burst out laughing like they always have before she confessed. He wanted to hold her but that wasn't his job. His job was to stay away so she can become happy.
