i wonder if my mum would enjoy rental car
#we have surprisingly similar tastes?#like her taste in books is broader than mine for sure but mostly if ive enjoyed something she'll enjoy it#i wonder if that extends to my own writing xD#she was so salty for such a long time that i never let her read my stuff anymore#(hint: i was barely writing for five years bc of chronic mental and physical illness)#i want to impress her lol#i want to be like ''hey check out the start of my new novel!'' and share in the excitement of having#the start of a new novel#and there is a 75% chance she'll be nice but also not an impossible chance she'll say something rude accidentally or not#and my motivation will get crushed lol#idk how my mum would feel about some of the other fucky stuff that goes on in rental car eg fucked up unhealthy relationships#and. quinn#but at least the first couple of nat scenes I'm sure she would hypothetically enjoy unless she thinks my writing sucks now
