i reposted this last night with another update but i posted it to the wrong blog and i was half-asleep so i wrote this??

i dont know what i was dreaming while writing that, but anyway!

my schedule has unexpectedly freed up and i now have a lot more time to write. in fact, i’ve written 4343 words in the last two days. The whole chapter itself is capping out at 5199 words as of this post, and it’s actually almost done.

what comes next will be the hardest part to write, but even then its pretty easy! if i keep going at this pace, i estimate it may be done by the end of this week. lets hope i can keep up the pace!

thank you again for your patience! im super excited to share the last chapter with yall, as well as what ive been cooking up in my google docs.

TLWAH Chapter 5 Update (Part 2: Electric Boogalo)

Okay so it’s been a sec, but I figured I should probably give an update as to how chapter 5 is going.

I haven’t worked on it in awhile due to other obligations irl, but after the 28th I’ll have a lot more time to write. Even aside from the lack of free time, I’ve found myself swept into another fanfic idea I had recently and haven’t had the motivation to write TLWAH.

Thankfully I’ve now finally found the drive to keep writing TLWAH, so I’ll keep working on it soon. It might take a bit longer because of my schedule, but don’t worry—The final chapter will probably be out by early October.

I want to make something of quality for y’all, and that takes time sadly. But thank you for your patience!

(P.S. Just a heads up; chapter 5 is basically 90% fluff. the sillies earned this after chapter 4)

the overwhelming mind numbing gut wrenching urge ive just gotten to write a long fic set in an old-timey fantasy-esque AU where reader is a local villager and dca is like an ancient primordial being that’s part of the village’s folklore and the plot progresses like how to train your dragon but w them instead of dragons

TLWAH - Chapter 5 Update

Hey! This is just a quick progress report to say that I have officially finished the rough draft to chapter 5 of TLWAH. After I write the final draft and revise, which may take around a week, I’ll be able to publish it!

Just a heads up, this is the last chapter of TLWAH. It’s based on the 5 stages of grief ofc, so it was originally planned with the intention of only having 5 chapters. I have considered making a separate collection of oneshots and snippets in the TLWAH storyline in a fic just for fun, but haven’t decided yet. If I do decide to make that, I’ll post an update here.
