Wishing the happiest birthday to the bestiest bestie, @cal-puddies . This is the fifth birthday I've been blessed to celebrate with you and each year I grow more and more grateful the universe (and this silly band) brought us together. You'll always be my favorite author, my closest friend and the best person I've known. I love you! ๐ฆฆ๐ฆฆ

A late night clown concept in our chat suddenly turned into dialogue and a story and before we knew it, we'd co-written an entire fic going back and forth on WhatsApp ๐๐
Happy birthday to the first fic @cal-puddies and I ever truly co-wrote together. One year later and not much has changed, other than the fact that we now use shared Google Docs (๐คฃ) and I actually call myself a writer.
Thank you to everyone who has supported us and our stories during this weird ass year - I cannot overstate how much writing has saved me during quarantine. And Cass, thank you for always encouraging me and pushing me and for inviting me to create with you. No one I'd rather galaxybrain with. ๐ฅบ๐ฅฐ๐ฆฆ๐ฆฆ

this is 100% a joint effort with @kindahoping4foreverโ. So if you are lucky enough to live in the midwest of the US, then you know we had a random one day snow storm the other and I was talking to crystal about it. mind you i was drinking so i launched into the tropiest idea i could and this is what came out. Make sure you give her extra love too because she doesnโt realize how fucking good she is at writing.
Cal had been your best friend for a while, you couldnโt exactly remember when you met, but youโd run into him and Ashton and he quite literally ran into you, knocking you on your ass and itโs all history from there.ย
The two of you had decided a get away was in order, work stress for you and him being home from tour for too long, you both needed a break.ย
And getting there was a disaster, Cal had mistaken AM flights for PM flights and booked because they were a good deal, and you didnโt actually see the tickets until last minute only to realize you needed to be up at 3 am and it had been midnight and you were tipsy and still not fully packed.ย
Then the airline lost your bag. You had to wait in the airport for hours to get a rental because they were all out and you were 12 hours early.

My bestie is graduating today!!! She's worked so unbelievably hard and sacrificed so much to accomplish this for herself (and during a pandemic, no less!), it's been truly inspiring to witness.
