I think they’d watch movies together, and if they’re working they’d decorate the hub (Owen would hate it) they’d probably play hide and seek in it too until Jack told them to stop fucking around (or joined in, it wouldn’t be naked hide and seek like that one episode tho bc aria and Ianto are like siblings)

Aria, who people just see as the “kid of the group”… the one people give the easy work to.. the cleanup jobs… the one “too unstable” to cope with the important jobs, “too young” to understand the rift and its properties..

And Ianto, who people just see as the “tea boy”.. the one people give their coats to when they arrive, the one too “timid” to deal with the confrontational jobs, “too soft” to understand why the group does things the way they do…

they’d bond over the way the get consistently underestimated and judged by the group, they’d bond over the way they feel about Jack, they’d just… bond.
