i can picture the van was dead the whole time scene perfectly in my mind. yellowjackets season 2 writers i know you’ve “wrapped” and the season is actually “airing” but if you have a sudden need to kill off van palmer. please contact me i have some thoughts.

#we spend the entire 2021 timeline with van and tai. and it's a little off but we dont KNOW van as an adult.#so it's easy to write it off.#make sure absolutely no one else interacts with adult van. just tai.#maybe tai texts shauna something about it #and we see multiple missed calls from shauna on tai's homescreen but she doesnt call back so we cant hear from shauna #and in 1996 the sleepwalking is getting progressively worse and worse. maybe some violence. maybe someone else sees tai sleepwalking.#& then in like the last 30 seconds of the episode:#it's early morning in the attic and we're close up on tai's face. and we slowly zoom out. tai is asleep.#zoom out further. the rope is cut between tai and van. we can see van's wrist #and hand. and then we can see the hunting knife in van's chest. she's obviously dead & has been for hours.#zoom in on tai's face in 1996 still asleep. and then cut to tai's face in 2021. she wakes up.#and it's all actually set to the last half of ani difranco's both hands. just for fun for Me.#.txt #yellowjackets
