*While Ziv has nothing against stargazing, she is also a person who is 99% of her time occupied with work. So she is, whenever she is looking up, actually searching for signs of weatherchange, temperaturechanges and the change of seasons. Accordingly while the stars are pretty, the clouds are what give her informations about what weather she should expect and what to look out for when watching over her growing gardens. For someone who clearly comes from a religious upbringing with a lot of mysticism , Ziv is uncharacteristic down to earth (pun intended) and scientific in her methodes and way of working .

** In general Ziv is neutral to whatever crawls in the soil she is working with, though she is occaisonally more irritated by birds eating the fruitpeels she uses as feritlizer for her gardens, than she is of the reptiles occiasonally slithering through the grass or weeds. Reptiles are however a very good bug-control to keep the bug population in reguation. And when she had been a child they had been her favorite animals. Obviously they were ( and still are her favorite animals) because snakes and lizards are very far from looking fluffy or mammalian adorable and since these are features belonging to Ziv as a Tynnan with which she is struggling with as someone wanting to be seen as the sentient person she is, she finds comfort in them beeing not at all adorable looking.

***Ziv is most of her tIme reading non-fiction books for research, but when she is reading fictional books it alwas are those very slushy and very horny Jedi-Romance-Novellas and she has the fun of her life reading them to point out all the mistakes in them. She also has especially the fun of her life to read those books on public transportions or when she is waiting in public places for everyone to see, to make the people uncomfortable knowing she is just reading a very slushy AND INFAMOUSLY VERY STEAMY book, because she just loves to mess with people.

1) Does your PC believe it's possible to be saved?

I think they do in a sense!

2) What does saving someone involve?

I think to them, it's a lot of patience and time. I feel like to them, saving someone isn't necessarily like swooping in and getting them away from a bad guy/bad situation. I think to Zivka it involves being present during their vulnerable times and doing their best to guide them to a place where ultimately the person in question can save themselves. I think saving someone to them is very much a, "I'll be by your side during the worst times rgardless, but it's up to you to make the decisions that ultimately save you."

3) How would your PC describe themselves?

I think he would describe herself as a romantic dreamer. They want a good life and they want to explore the world with somebody by their side. I also think that he doesn't view themselves all too highly due to some past trauma, so I think ultimately on a not so sweet note, they view themselves as underwhelming and simply, nothing more than a midwife

32) How much does your character think about their actions before they execute them?

Zivka usually gives it a little before they act in battle. They try to think methodically about it. Though usually when it comes to other situations, it's usually a quick decision which she ultimately lets herself suffer and learn from the consequences, usually in more social settings

JERUSALEM – An ancient tomb traditionally associated with Jesus’s midwife is being excavated anew by archaeologists in the hills southwest of Jerusalem, the antiquities authority said Tuesday.

The intricately decorated Jewish burial cave complex dates to around the first century A.D., but it was later associated by local Christians with Salome, the midwife of Jesus in the Gospels. A Byzantine chapel was built at the site, which was a place of pilgrimage and veneration for centuries thereafter.

The cave was first found and excavated decades ago by an Israeli archaeologist. The cave's large forecourt is now under excavation by archaeologists as part of a heritage trail development project in the region.

Crosses and inscriptions in Greek and Arabic carved in the cave walls during the Byzantine and Islamic periods indicate that the chapel was dedicated to Salome.

“Did you know that when Arallutes wither, they close their pretty petals and dry up, closing the seeds inside so they start rattling? Traditionally those are used as babyrattles, so eventually those pretty little violet thing were connected with childbirth and young married couples because can you imagine, young married couples tend to kriff around a lot and pups happen this way. When I accompany couples as a midwife through their first pregnancy and the first months after childbirth, I usually gift them a pot with a Arallute. Its a kriffing nice gesture and arallutes are suprisingly hard to kill and since young parents are alwas on the verge of dying themself from exhaustion arallutes are not only pretty looking but the only thing able to survive when noone looks after them because the parents are either sleeping or taking care of their pup and sometimes even at the same time doing both. In fact did you know that when people marry their friends and family plant arallutes in their gardens to bless the connection and also probably wish them a helathy life of kriffing around, but anyway- instead of actually beeing pretty seldom on Alderaans plains, Arallutes do not need much to grow and act as a very kriffing pretty ground-cover-plant with their stark violet colour, so how about we plant some Arallutes to freshen up some of the beds in my greenhouse?” Ziv wriggled her eyebrows up at Tamlen, doing her best in seducing people with the glory of plant lore!   [Keeping up the tradition of Zivs horrible flirtations!]

“Back on my homeplanet, it wasn’t unusual for the Clan to step in and help take care of children if the parents ended up needing help,” Tamlen offered, unsure what exactly to do with the sudden infodump on planets. Though despite the uncertainty, the Dalish certainly seemed to be interested despite himself. Even had he wanted to ignore the vastness of the unknown (to him) galaxy, the temptation to learn more always seemed to prickle at the back of his mind.

It’s left over from when he used to get into trouble trying to learn more back in the Dales, no doubt. No amount of discipline ever seemed to completely curb Tamlen’s thirst for learning new things-- it merely taught him how better to hide it.

A shrug soon follows suit at Ziv’s question-- suggestion?-- about planting some. Despite his grousing over the incident with apparent exploding plants, Tamlen didn’t actually hold any distaste towards them. Six months after the Battle of Endor Ziv gives birth to twinpups: Ullr and Thrud. As they are born in the Quarantaine Zone on Dathomir, the girls are actually per definition native Dathomirian, as they were born on the planet. So yes, in her Star Wars Verse, she has two daughters eventually, who were definitive not planned or expected because they were fathered by the Kiffar Thore who very obviously is a Near-Human and very much not a Tynnan, so the children were not only concieved cross-species but also cross-kingdom. For very obvious reasons Ziv had not expected to have the pups- for one she does not feel any emotional pull to other members of her species (which obviously she thought would be the only people she would be able to concieve with) and also as a Member of the Jedi-Order, she had never had the wish to have a own family because her duty lies with the people of the Galaxy, the whole Galaxy, and not only the two pups who popped out of her. She eventually does adjust, accepts and steps up to her duty as a Mother in combination with finally becoming the Warden of the Murakami Orchid and by that redrawing from the Galaxy to keep the Orchid and her pups safe. Ziv stepped up to her duty, but she had not planned having children of her own for one because of the direct danger (Tynnan having the weasle problem in the manner that they easily develop bonecancer with an overproduction of estrogen as happens during Heat) and because she was happy serving the people around herself as a Healer and had no need for a biological family on her own or let alone a legacy. She loves her daugthers and she is eventually happy at the end of her journey, but she had not expected her journey ending with her having a family of her own and not becoming a JediKnight.

On a complete different sidenote: Ziv works as a midwife not because it is her work, but because it is her passion and while she is a very good and reliebable andperfectly trained healer, she studies excessive to be able to fullfill her role as a midwife. Accordingly she also enjoys working with the young children she delivers and watches over for as long as the family wants her service and help in the first years. She is very good at it and researchs keenly on the cultural backgrounds and traditions of her patients to give the children the care they need during and after pregnancy and birth. Also Ziv is a very fluffy, adorable looking Tynnan who has the metabolism of a squirrle on crack and who purrs in the exact frequenze that supports the healing of tissue and bones, so infants and small children love cuddling up to her and Ziv as a Healer is not above to use her species features to make her work more efficient.

ORIGINAL CHARACTER QUESTIONS& HEADCANONS: * collection #1

X'Ma - X'Ma was a Verpine Jedi Healer who at some point after becoming a Knight was called to help a by a natural disaster destroyed community on a Outer Rim world. The catastrophe was a lot of more devasting than she had been informed and after months of beeing on the planet the population turned to canibalism and X'ma and only one other of her Jedi-Healer group were able to flee. After years of redrawing, X'Ma eventually figured that all problems in the Galaxy came from hunger (For food, for more riches etc) and that she was able to at least help with the Hunger for Food and joined the AgriCorps. When Ziv was send to the AGriCorps, she was specifically send to learn under X'Ma, so her Force-Healing-abilities could grow. X'Ma was therefor Zivs Master in the AgriCorps and teached a group of Adepts. She was also the person on whichs example Ziv decided that she wanted to present specifically feminine. She was murdered during Order 66. Ziv refers to X'Ma often as "old bug" since X'mas petname for her group of Adepts was "my little grubs".

Malkhaz- Malkhaz is a Kiffar with psychometric abilities, who had been send to the AgriCorps at the start of the Clone Wars. He was Zivs best friend in the AgriCorps and boyfriend only for them eventually realizing that they were better of as friends. Zivs earring is a gift from him. Depending on the Plot when a antagonist is needed, Malkhaz is a inquisitor. Ziv regulary remembers him as "a sweet boy".

Malaarrii- is a Wookie artist who worked for the same Crimelord as Ziv did shortly after she became the Murakamis Warden. When Ziv took the Murakami with her she figured she would need to be able to fight against Lightsabers and joined the service of a Crimelord as a personal Doctor in exchange for a cortosis vembrace. She thought she would pay off her debt to the crimelord, but obviously she had not yet grasped the fact that she wold never be able to pay off her debt as long as she was useful for the crimelord. Malaarrii was a woodcarver and since Ziv could understand his langauge they often sat together. As Malaarriis favorite pastime was carving childrentoys and Ziv as a midwife was earning money on the side working woth new parents, they bounded overtheir interest together and Malaarrii was the first time Ziv actually fell in Love. After around two years Ziv eventually figured that she would never be able to pay off her debt and Malaarrii helped her escape out of the crimelords grasp. They still love eachother dearly but had ahd no contact since that time. Ziv still unknowingly looks for features and personalitytraits in other people and people she is romantically attracted all have in some way some similatritys to Malaarrii.

Joon -Joon is a Rhodian Force-Sensetive who was a member of Zivs Youngling Clan and with that was essentially Zivs brother in the manner that they grew up together since they were laying in the Crib and therefor knew eachother inside and out . He survived the purge and became a Bounty Hunter. And he utterly hates Ziv. For a complete understandable reason from his perspective, but anyway: The members of the different Hawkbat Clans are known to be creative, caring, determinated and very intelligent and have the potential to be mischievous, if not even very cunning just as the animal Hawkbats who are considered to be  elegant animals but also a animal on whichs bad sides one should never end up. In a group the animals were strong and could take down any prey. They adjusted to the life on planets like corouscant through intelligence and teamwork and became the symbol of many pirate-groups due to their slyness and ableness to adjust to their changing enviorment (Like hawkbats adjusted in Legends to the new biological components on Coruscant after the Yuuzhan Vong War). The animals personality features are very good features to have in a personality as learning children, especially the social side of it, but also give birth to very colourful characters in adults- Like Ziv is one obviously, who is with her intelligence, willingness to serve the community (or flock if one wants to stay in Hawkbat terms) and determination that often grows into cunningness a typical personality found in a Hawkbat Clan. The task of growing up in such a Clan is to balance those features- to make sure that ones determination does not grow into obstinacy, to make sure that ones caring nature does not grow into giving oneself up for others, to make sure ones creativeness and mischief does not grow into cruelness. Joon struggled with this balance- in fact, he failed. Just as Ziv would numerouse timesduring her life. He was determinated to become a Jedi Knight and would not allowe that his Clans preformances slowed him down. If he would have worked with the other children, that would have been fine, yet his determination turned into cruelness because there was on eof the children who always lacked behind, especially in Lightsaber Practice. The children of the Clan decided as a group that this child should be taken on easily and train with the younger chlidren of another clan who were on their level, but Joon would not join in this decision and always pick out this child a  sparring-partner to essentially beat that child down into a bloody mush everyday over and over and over again. The children of the Hawkbat Clan took Joon to th side and told him to go easy on their sibling, Joon promised and said that all he was thinking of was the education of the clan. Then he again picked on that child, picked them as a sparring partner and again beat them to a bloody mush. This went on for weeks until Ziv decided it was enough and one night while everyone was sleeping she went over to Joons bed, pinnend him down into the sleepingmath with her weight and remainded him that she has very sharp claws and very sharp teeth, that she was sleeping every night right next to him and especially:That her mind could not be read. To make her point she burried her teeth in the boys throat and left permanent scars that damaged the boys vocal Chords or the rest of his life.Joon left the other child alone after that and redrew from the other children and while he never snitched on Ziv, she was eventually months later send to the AgriCorps. So while her mind could not be read there were probably catched flickers of this episode in Joons mind by older Masters in the Temple. Joon can be used as a occaisonal antagonist in theards and his relationship with Ziv is obviously complicated: They are siblings they grew up like siblings, thy love eachother like siblings and they are for eachother the only thing left of the Hawkbatclan but they also hate eachothers guts.

Thore Wotans - Thore is one of the Imps Ziv used for intel. He originally joined the empire to protect himself and his family from histilitys as he as a Kiffar and with that "only" a Near-human was for the empire not human enough. They lived together for a little over a year in the starharbour on which Thore was stationed only for Thore to be seen as unimportant enough to not be evacuated by the empire when the starharbour was used as a testfield for the Blackwing virus to nuke out the rebelcell stationed there. WHich obvious was there because Ziv was part of it. Thore and Ziv evntually managed to flee the starharbour but as it obviously was revealed that Ziv had constantly used Thore for intel and drugged him with avabush they broke appart. A year later Thore joined the rebellion. Ziv and Thore became friendly after a longer time and eventually occaisonal lovers, but they never reconected again for the obvious reason that the trust was gone. There is still love, but no trust. Thore is the Father of Ullr and Thrud, however he has no idea that he is a biological miracle who managed to concieve crosspecies since him and Ziv had had no contact after Endor.

Sos - A whipid prostitue in whichs Borthel Ziv worked as a midwife and medic. The Borthel, located in a big starharbour and therefor often visited by Imps on shoreleave which among other people Sos used to get Intel for the Rebellion. Ziv and Sos had a short affair, which lead to her intreducing Ziv to Saltbite and with that to the Rebellion.

Deep Current Squad, but especially Óss Saltbite and Ár Southriver- Since Ziv is named after Sif, the Deep Current Members are all named after runes in the Elder and Younger Futhark in some connection to Sif. With Óss (Wotan, Odin, inspiration, Wisdom) and Ár (plenty, bounty of Frey, good harvest), beeing examples. Saltbite obviously had been the one who had been contactd by Sos when Ziv joined the Rebellion and he is also the only one who knows about Zivs Jedi Background. This secret makes them closer, but also they are more distantly in thir personalitys because Saltbite is the oldest of the Group and really has not the nerve to deal with Zivs antics that happen because Ziv had not been socialized by Tynnan and also loves messing with people.Ár and Ziv mostly ended up often sitting together because Ár needed estrogenshots and Ziv as a medic was the one giving them to her. Accordingly after a long time they ended up beeing friends with Ziv even beeing the midwife when Árs mates had litters. This friendship was eventually shaken up a bit after ZIvs Jedi-background became known to the other members of Deep Current but they eventually reconnected again. In the Sequel verse in which Ziv had been frozen in carbonite, Ár is the one who took care of Zivs Daughters when she vanished.

Thrud and Ullr: Zivs twindaughters, that had till now not played a big role in any theard. They are Endor-babys, and eventually more of an epilogue aspect of her story and a reason why she redrew from the rebellion. Thrud and Ullr are forcesensetive, though they never joined Lukes school. Thrud becomes a Doctor and Ullr uses her forcesensetivity for little crimes.

The Murakami Orchid- For someone who had influenced Zivs life so much and in fact is the one person that protecting and keeping save is Zivs lifeduty, there can be not much said about the Orchid. They are young and they are learning and they might be just as stubborn and foulmouthed as Ziv.

Zivs tasks is suppose to be beeing the Warden of the Murakami Orchid and keep it away and hidden and therefor keep herself away and hidden.She is not a Jedi, she is not suppose to be a Jedi. She is the Warden of that specific Murakami orchid and that is all she should be. Not a Healer, not a farmer and terraformer, not a spy, not a rebel, not a friend, not a mother. And keeping it save means keeping it out of anyones reach and knowledge. Isolating herself and the Orchid. Zivs stubborn struggle to still be part of the Galaxy (to still be a Jedi as she wanted to since she was a pup), to help people as a Healer, farmer and midwife, to seek out places where the Empire had tested the Blackwing Virus, to support the rebellion as a Deep Current Spy, to continue researching on Darth Drear, to keep in contact with the people around her, is her way of rebelling against that task put upon her. The Murakami Orchid-after all a curious child- is rebelling themself by beeing curious about that Galaxy Ziv takes part in against both their actual tasks. As a Healer Ziv had decided that a sickness can not be defeated by leaving it on its own but by actively fighting it (with naturally a cure or knowledge in the Sickness case).

Ziv is not especially bothered by death or by people dying.In a medical sense. That belongs to her job and she is sad when she looses a patient but when she dwells too long on that she looses her strenght and focus to help other people because she would be afraid of making mistakes or can nolonger focus enough on what other patients need and only on what she should have done for that other patient. That is a circle that stops her form helping people needing her now. The bad kind of attatchment in that manner, focusing on mistake sin the past instead of learning from them. For Ziv specifically it is the fact that she is a Healer and had been trained as a Healer since she had been six years old and send to the Halls of Healing. She is trained to make people better and if not better, to support them in their lifes. Having to face the by a by the Dark Side corrupted plant whos only desire is to spread and eat, infected people and not beeing able to help them but isolate them until the eat themself up and slove the problem themself goes against anything Ziv stands for. She is there to heal. Especially since the problem does not slove itself by beeing left alone and isolated because the Infected just fall into stasis and wait for the next not infected victim to start the whole thing again and especially also because as longer the infected are left alone as more the Virus concious develops and as more it learns from the collected memories of the infected so it very much will move itself to new victims themself if noone comes for them ( aka.flying themselfs ships with infected into Dathomir). There is a horror like trying to face against a stormwave ready to swallow and drown one when facing the councious SIckness that is the Blackwing Virus and even more the Original SIcknss from Odacer Faustin and Ziv lives with it everyday and indeed, tries to not let the dead sleep, because she is still a Healer who tries to heal.

WHAT DOES YOUR MUSE SMELL LIKE? As a Botanist and herbal Healer there is a very damp, bitter scent sticking to Ziv that is as best desribed as Petrichor. She smells of dried grass, cut leafs, her herbs and damp fresh earth. Ziv is mostly only sweating for communication, so she actually has a very neutral bodily odor and usually either smells of the herbs she is working with or of the enviorment she is in.

WHAT DO YOUR MUSE’S HANDS FEEL LIKE? The inside of her  paws is covered in a thick, rough and very leatherlike skin that protects her from most enviorments properly and isolates her from coldness perfectly. Her paws are very warm and dry and while the inside it rough from work and as a natural protection, the upperside of her paws is covered in soft, velvetly fur that is nice to touch. The only time Zivs paws are uncomfortable to touch is in hot enviorments as the inside of her paws is the only place she can sweat and cool herself and accordingly she does.

WHAT DOES YOUR MUSE USUALLY EAT IN A DAY? Everything she is able to at any time. As a hyperactive aquatic Mammal made to live in icy oceans, Ziv has a very high metabolism and her body very easily starts to eat off her protective layer of fat, which will have obviously no good effects on Zivs health and physical activity. Considering her very high metabolism that is made to heat her up in frozen temperatures that means she needs to eat a lot, which she does not always manages to do. So for Tynnan standarts Ziv actually has suprisingly little bodyfat (And is probably pretty shredded for a tynnan. A tiny and buff runt). However, she has the problem that a) Ziv is a hypercarnivore, so if she does not eat daily fresh blood and meat, she will get sick and b) she is still an alien. Accordingly her body is adjusted to the bacteria,parasites and chmicals typical in the meat and plants on Tynna. If she eats meat from different planets, her body will react allergic to the different bacteria and chemicals in it. Accordingly she usually eats a artifical made, cheap Protein-mush to get herself the proper calories to keep herself healthy, which is (artifical made and prepared for long spacetravels) free of any bacteria or chemicals that would cause her an extrem allergic reaction. It tastes as appealing as it sounds.

DOES YOUR MUSE HAVE A GOOD SINGING VOICE? Ziv can sing on tune, but she usually only humms. As a midwife she either humms to keep her patients calm, or if there is a big amount of distress, she will purr and use the calming vibration to sooth her patients.

DOES YOUR MUSE HAVE ANY BAD HABITS OR NERVOUS TICKS? When the young woman is nervouse, anxious, annoyed or in general just uncomfortable, she will start to pinch the thin, senstive webbing between her ingers with her fingers. Accordingly the best way to read Ziv, is to take a look at the webbing between her fingers.

WHAT DOES YOUR MUSE USUALLY LOOK LIKE / WEAR? As a Tynnan Ziv does not need to wear clothes because similar to wookies Tynnan are covered in a thick pelt. However, in Zivs case she is a Albino, so she has not much protection from sunlight through her pelt and therefor has to cover up; and also she is a Tynnan socialised between aliens, so she does has a cultural connection to wearing clothes and has a appreciation of their usefulness. However, due to the isolation her pelt provides Ziv usually wears clothes out of natural material so make sure she is not heating up too much. She wears

IS YOUR MUSE AFFECTIONATE? HOW SO? the Woman does not like to be touched without her premission. In facts she loathes it. It is a result from her beeing part of a species who look very adorabe and cute, so the Tynnan had been often handled like a little child or a pet even by people who knew better. A hand running over her head, a finger stroking her fluffy cheek, a sudden hug she really did not wanted- the young woman had beared those since she had been a young child and only when she started to literally bite back, people started to keep their distance to her. Accordingly Ziv will not allow any touch unless it was started from her or she is in a situation where she is completly relaxed and safe and expects to be touched (like for example when she is specifically flirting with another person). She is of course also a medic and knows that she regulary has to touch people all the time, but as soon as she is off work she becomes a little reluctantly to touch especially when it is with a affectionatly intention. She loves affection when she has small private moments with another person, she loves kisses, she loves hugs and nuzzles, but only in said private moments and not in public.

WHAT POSITION DOES YOUR MUSE SLEEP IN? The rare occaisons Ziv actually sleeps and is not knocked outcold and unexpected because her herbal stimulants suddenly wear off drastically, she usually sleeps on her side and curled around Aiaias transperisteel-container that is usually bound to the Tynnans Rucksack. Aiaia will act as Zivs guarddog and usually wil bite whoever gets close to Ziv. If Ziv is sleping in a bed, she will curl around a pillow held to her chest and Aiaia stands on the nightstand, still keeping up guard.

COULD YOU HEAR YOUR MUSE IN THE HALLWAY FROM ANOTHER ROOM? You WILL hear Ziv from another room. Until you don’t. What is often forgotten about Ziv, because she makes sure that its forgotten, is that she is indeed still a carnivore and still very much of a species that is its planets apex predetor. Ziv will speak loud and brash and curse even louder with a fitting personality and fitting big movements so people notice she is there and nolonger bother to seek her out. But when she wants to, Ziv can not only move completly soundless due to biology and training (toebeans of a killer), but she is also not detectable through other senses: She has a natural mindshield, so she can neither be sensed telepathically nor precieved with the mind, she can not be heard, she can not be smelled because she smells like her enviorment for as someone with fur she only uses her sweat for communication and masks her scent with the flora round her, and eventually she is not exactly on the same eyelevel as most other aliens so she is literally overlooked. And the fact that Ziv makes sure that she is noticed through her purposeful loudness usually masks that she can not be sensed through any other sense. If Ziv wants to, she is only noticed when she is standing right behind you, tapping  a sharp claw against your back. It is even hard to detect her through her bodyheat because her pelt is made to keep the heat in due to its working as a isolation from Tynnas icy oceans, so while it may detects her, it s hard to make her out against a average temperature enviorment because she is almost the same temperature through her pelts perfect isolation. This is one of the reasons why the Murakami Orchid choosed to bound to Ziv, because if she needs to, she canand will  vanish and hide perfectly and noone will expect it. Is Ziv good at kissing on a physical level? No. Not at all. After all- not only is she very far away height-wise from most of her partners face, but she is a carnivore with carnivorous teeth. While she keeps her species-specific frontteeth grinded down because she does not see them as a tool of usage, she still has other very sharp teeth that very easily get in the way. In the same manner Ziv is also very worried that she would accidentally cut her partners and while she is usually not someone who holds back or avoids showing affection, kisses are something that will make her lean back or twitch back out of reach.

Is Ziv good at kissing on a entusiastic level? When it comes to pecks on the forehead or the cheek, she is very enthusiastic although its far from a romantic gesture. Its more a gesture to lift someones mood up or to show care , as she is used to handle very young children and infants while taking care of the parents when they just had another child with her as the midwife. So her pecks are to make children relax and laugh- usually it works because her whiskers are tickling and her nose is cool to the touch and this is usually enough to make children and adults squeak in delight (She does kiss @kyberllcore's Cal very often on the forehead for that reason). However when it comes to romantical kissing, ziv would only be enthusiastic at kissing when her partner directly tells her to kiss them and even then she would probably lift her paws defensive and talk down a novella of reasons about keeping her partners facial structure in-tact.

While her daughters were till noon before the monitors at their home to finish their schoolwork that was given them over the holonet, Ziv had been going to the market to stock up her supplies on a few herbs. A day old maybe?“, the womans ears twitched as if she was a focused animal, then she looked up again to the man, squinting her horrible myoptic eyes to have a better look at the behind a helmet hid face: “Do you need help to patch that up? I am a healer and live nearby.”, she pointed down the street and then, her left ear drooping down which might was her species equivalent of a small frown, Ziv added: “Well, mainly I am a kriffing midwife, but medicine is medicine so kriff it, I can patch up everyone and everything.”

How does your muse communicate to others they they’re in the mood? Ziv communicating that she is in the mood usually includes her walking over to the person who showers her in pheromones to ask : "Hey, big guy, you up for a kriff in the backalley?".In General for a alien like Ziv who relies on her sense of smell more than anything, it is usually very clear when someone is attracted to her through the pheromones they automatically throw in her direction. And its that pheromones that make her usually start beeing physically attracted to them and get in the mood. However she is also very aware that just because someone wants her, it does not mean that they will act on that want .So if she clicks with a person, she will become maybe more attentive and more flirty but she will wait for the other person to initate anything that goes past words and flirtings, because she is very insecure about communication and does not want to overstep any boundarys the person had set for themself. This might be frustrating for partners.

In general, Ziv uses herbal contraception by using certaine herbs that change her hormonecycle and completly stop her heatcycle by keeping her in a permanent state of anoestrus. Most herbal contraceptive do not stop feterlization but they work early abortive (pennyroyal is a good example: a poisonous herb that works also against headaches and when a Patient asks her for contraceptives and the species has no immidiate danger in becoming pregnant ziv will explain and lead her patient through the process. But ziv herself does not want to risk goinginto heat in the first place.)Accordingly the Tynnan uses the equivalent of using the deathstar to burn away a bug and just decided for herself that she does not want to go through the cycle and just blasted her whole reproductive system out into space. That has of course other reasons than Ziv just wanting to avoid pregnancy or in general going through the exhausting and irritating stages of a heat, but that will be described in the next part. So Ziv uses daily the herbs to keep her hormones in check and on top of that she is also a midwife who can keenly list every possible sexual transmitted disease findable in the Galaxy to a partner,so beside the herbs she usually also uses the equivalent to condomes. One does not joke with Ziv about ' not using contraceptives', because she will start a very unsexy lecture about sexual transmitted diseases until her partner just gives in.Or leaves. Because she is defintive not taking chances. Also did you ever tried to wash body fluids out of fur? That is so annoying and takes so long, and Ziv is after all covered in fur.

Is reproductive health a part of ziv's life? tynnan are a r-selected species and "R-selected species are those that produce a large number of offspring and contribute few resources to each individual offspring. They often offer little to no parental care, have high offspring mortality, short life spans, and small body sizes.", but as Tynnan are also sentient, culturally socialists and brutally social aliens they usually make all kits survive through taking care of the litter as a group (resulting in polyamorous clutches of up to six to ten adults beeing "married" to take care of one litter. That Ziv is polyamorous seems to be not especially uncommon in her species.).

Which results in the question of: how does Mother nature make sure that the planet Tynna does not suffer from Tynnan overpopulating? By giving the Species Tynnan the female weasle-problem. Which means that if a Tynnan with a Uterus goes into a heatcycle they will overproduce estrogen until the production is stopped by the hormonal change after a feterlization. If that feterlization is not happening than the estrogen overproduction will not stop and the person will start to get sick and eventually develop bonecancer and die. As in:Mother nature proceeds to do populationcontrol by brutally and painfully killing 50% of the population of Tynna as soon as that population becomes around ten years old before they are even fully grown mentally and physically. Especiallysince Tynnan social structure is (actually canonly) socialism, so every person born is educated and supported in the same way so they can serve the community themself eventually. So having 50% of the carefully raised and lovingly educated population suddenly die off in the socialism-based-system is kind of a very big problem. You just spend ten years of love and money and care in educating and raising that people to be independent, smart and social pillars of your community. And you are only half way throught with that education, and they are not even fully grown yet!

Now it happens that Tynnan are not only brutally social aliens but also very smart people, so the first thing they learned was to shut down through hormonal changing medicine (First herbal and the alternative-aligned-people probably still use herbal versions although there are now chemical alternatives) the heatcycle in the people they had spend the last ten years lovingly raising and educating so they can support the community with that education and care. Accordingly in modern age on Tynna the process of getting pregnant is still dangerouse for the poeple deciding to become pregnant because they risk their health, so there are not many Tynnan who decide to actually become pregnant. For example in a mated group of six Tynnan, maybe one Tynnan with a Uterus wants to have a litter for all of them to raise together. A group of mated people will usually seek out a midwife to lead the member of the group who want to risk pregnancy to have litters through the process. As Tynnan are also highly beurocratic this process also includes a lot of forms and applications through which the midwife helps the mated group,so the group can get the proper free medical support. As this also needs weeks if not months, this applications also are a extra safety measure to make sure that the group takes every proper safety measures. It is a normal process and nolonger lifethreatening, but there is still danger and Tynnan as a species are pragmatic enough to not let luck decide.

Accordingly Tynnan might have big litters of up to six kits in a mated group, but they have a very low birthrate and reproductive health is since before the Tynnans stoneage a very important topic.

That Ziv focused her medical studies on midwifery is actually suprisingly in line with one of the most widespread and respected jobs in the Tynnanspecies (including one of her Sires), because its so very important to keep over 50% of the population healthy. Yet Ziv never learned that aspect of her species culture. In other words: Yes, reproductive health plays a big role in Zivs life because otherwise she would die very fast very painfully. And she really does not want to die that way.

Also Ziv is a Healer specialised in Midwifery, so its not only her own reproductive Health she has to be informed about but also that of all her patients including their species so one could say Ziv is a expert in reproductive health.

Can she reproduce? If Ziv would put off her herbal medicine and wait a few weeks until her system has stabilized her hormonal cycle, she would start to have a heatcycle again and in that manner, yes, she woud be able to reproduce as soon as she stops beeing "springless". Its just a question of: If she wants to, if that would be healthy for her body (She is still a under average small person and that her dam only had three cubs with one stillborn, one small, albinistic and underdevelopted and only one actually completly healthy, instead of the "average" six, might mean something for her), and most importantly: with whom. As said before, since Ziv grew up in the Jedi Temple and has no cultural connection to other Tynnan she is coined on features of Non-Tynnans and is definitive completly xenophile. So she has no interest in members of her own species. Accordingly Ziv would need to find a partner with whom she is gentically compatible, which wouldn´t be so hard if she would be part of the ape kingdom, but she is a caniformia so its not going to be an easy task. Let alone finding a alien whos species way of reproduction fits hers (inner feterilzation), because when their way of reproduction is outer feterlization or an asexual way of reproduction, than there is also nothing going to work in the manner of reproduction.

Although you would never catch Ziv ever neglect her using contraceptive when hooking up with a Human or Near-Human, because as a Midwife she had met so many mixed-alien-couples and when there was a hybrid- pregnancy they Seeked her out for advice for, it was always because one of the partners was a human. So she does not trust the human-reproductive-system as far as she can throw a stone. Which is not far. Humans are freaks of nature who have fun breaking biology and as a midwife that means PURE STRESS .

But it is not only a question of "can she reproduce with that alien", but it is also a question of "would the offspring be able to live outside her body", "would that offspring be able to be liveable at all" and even more important:"What would that pregnancy do to her body" and "if she would be able to take care of the liveable offspring after going through such a hybrid-pregnancy at all "? Easiest example:A humaninfant needs nine months to develop and even than they are kind of a unfinished larva and a tynnanpregnancy lasts at best six months. The math does not work, so how can that fetus even develop fully. And if her body would just adjust to carry the fetus longer what would that do to her health and especially her vitals. Especially the last question makes Ziv very keenly watch her contraceptive-usage, because with her expierences as a midwife she knows how most hybrid-pregnancys end. and it is not a happy end for anyone involved.

As someone who works as a midwife and therefor is used to caring for toddlers and infants as she assists the new parents int he first months in their new chapter of life, Ziv is very aware how calming she is as a person. Not her personality, but simply her physic- she has a incredibile high metabolism that is suppose to keep her warm in temperatures of oceans below -50° celsius which makes her comfortable warm and even hot to the touch as if she is a hot water bottle. In the same manner she is very soft for one because she has a natural layer of fat as isolation from coldness but she also has a very dense, soft fur that in combination does not only makes her very warm but also very comfortable. In this way Ziv has not often a choice if she wants to be the big or the little spoon, but she usually just ends up beeing the big spoon because her partners will lay down beside her, cuddle up and then instantly turn into the alien version of a purring loth-kitten kneading blissfully mindless on the mattrasswith their equivalent of paws. Accordingly Ziv has already long given up on her own wish to feel secure, enveloped and held, and usually serves her partners wish for that by holding them and make them feel safe. therefor the Tynnan is in 99,99% of the cases the big spoon to a usually a lot of taller partner. Which is in itself a very hialrious image but everythign with that tiny space-weasle is an hilarious image.
