yes it is. in episode 4 of this season toni (girl with book) gave cheryl (redhead) the cost of pepper while cheryl was going through some weird gay panic stuff (she almost got married to archie to appease her homophobic family in the 50s) and now cheryl and toni are dating in secret but they're also really really gay and are doing lesbian photoshoots in cheyls homophoic mothers house
