Okay, so apparently I was just about to post a text explaining how much I despise stomach aches and explicitly detailing how I'd pull out a suplex move on it if they were a person standing in front of me. Suddenly, it started being less intense. like yeah that's right. know your goddamn place.

I struggle with chronic stres! And fun fact, the human body's second largest nerve system is the digestive system! Which is why tummy doesn't feel well when stressed or a lot of anxiety.
Also I think I could bring IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome) into this discussion.
Excessive cortisol in body/chronic stress/anxiety disorder all mix into a lovely mixture of pain in the body.
I have gone to the hospital for it and only recently started taking medication for it!
Apologies for the rant, this is a topic I have strong feelings towards because I had suffered for too long without any help or understanding of what the heck was going on.
