there's something beautifully romantic about heterosexuals. despite their differences, despite being raised differently in different cultures and with different expectations put on them, despite coming from different worlds and being kept apart their whole upbringings, they still manage to bridge that gap to find love. it's unfortunate that they don't like each other and don't view each other as human, but i digress

#been thinking about heterosexual relations recently #how exotic. how enticing. how romantic. how tragic #you might claim it's only straight men who objectify and dehumanise women but i have seen how straight women talk about men and boyfriends #a whole bunch of them do not like their partners and view them more as 'men' than as people #it doesn't matter as much on a societal level of course as it isn't systemic or oppressive. but still. they mutually do not like each other #i'm generalising but still #anywayyy #pickapost #i'm looking at fictional m/f couples and giggling. oh how beautiful isn't it when you remove the patriarchy and misogyny from the equation #i hope everyone can read this post as a joke and have a laugh. i am not being serious. but also i'm being for real #summan av kardemumman är såklart att being gay just makes sense #but it's beautiful that people could find love elsewhere
