“you can’t talk about argentina sheltering nazis when there were nazis in france” yeah idk how to tell you that being forcibly invaded and having to try and play nice with the invaders who are also going around genociding everything within sight throughout europe is not remotely the same as hitler’s friends being allowed to stay at their vacation resorts and live long happy lives with the full acceptance of the local government
