you'd think the sun would be the easiest thing in the world to find with a telescope, but it's really not
#//juri speaks#you cant let the sun directly into the scope bc it's bad for it#you cant look directly through the sight bc its bad for you#ended up having to put the cover on the scope and hold the solar filter in front of the sight#which did work well enough tho trying to hot-swap the cover and solar filter w/o jostling the scope is stressful#would love to get a computerized base and either a drop in camera#or one i can mount a dslr to the end of#would REALLY love one of those collapsible 10 or 12'' ones thats easy to transport#but augh. money. and none of the reviews i saw for the cameras were like. very good or newer than like 2015
