i have been hearing a new dog barking shrilly all day and the acoustics sound like the dog is 1. small, under 10lbs (it's 38F) and 2. outdoors, and the location sounds like a non-residential area of this valley so I think my scrupulosity OCD is going to obligate me to go try to find it later tonight because its either abandoned in a lot somewhere or the owners are just begging for a mean and threatening note from yours truly

edit: dog stopped barking before I could go out...hope it's ok
