additional top surgery fact that's a bit TMI for main but still worth knowing if it's a thing that matters to you: nipple clamps really don't work with grafts. or at least in many cases they won't. both for "severed nerves" reasons and because if you're like me and have a lot of scarring and minimal body fat, the fuckers just kind of. slip off. and it hurts like hell but in a bad way.

#have you ever fumbled a bag clip while getting chips and pinched the hell out of your finger #yeah #won't make that mistake again #you also won't likely be able to get them pierced after grafts #like to me this was worth it because I had so much chest dysphoria it's not like I was having fun anyway #but it's still something you should know when looking at your options if you're into that #also don't be afraid to mention this shit to your surgeon I definitely should have
