a very uncooked thought i had yesterday, the biggest endgame spoilers

yes, s.olas (and maybe l.avellan) go into the fade to uphold the veil but do they have to be alone there? if l.avellan can go, why not others? clearly a mortal will survive in there. rook survived for however long the fade prison was again. maybe we can make the place stable like the lighthouse—fish have survived there, plants can grow so food wouldn't rely on an outside source, if it's even necessary. but spirits can materialize there as they struggle to do in the physical world. it's an area that functions as both the physical world and the fade, maybe more similar to how the world worked before the veil.

i just have an image of them going and others following. an exodus for those who want to. if the veil can't be torn down now because it would be too destructive for the world(s) it created, maybe we just have to make a new one in between.
