Inktober 2023 Day 28: ✨️Sparkle✨️

I've always admired how animated shows could create such sparkly and beautiful eyes (not to mention that I'm not very confident with eye stylization), and so I wanted to draw something similar👁✨️ I hope this makes sense! I don't think the prompt Sparkle is clear enough, but I had less time than expected😅 I do hope the image qualities are good enough so the sparkles can be seen well!
