I think nothing really speaks to how deep the Navy bias runs in Leto like that one encounter between a Navy officer and a runaway noble woman. Like Leto heard the word "pirate" from a Navy officer and didn't need to hear anything else, without hearing her side of the story, even though when you do it's obvious that the Navy guy is an absolute piece of shit.
