here are my two cents about Tales of the Empire:

1. although it was short and simplified and could use a little bit more work, I liked where they went with Barriss;

2. Morgan's character just breaths and breaks the lore, I can't wrap my head neither around her nor her motivation, girl doesn't make any sense, she's not convincing and somehow she's still here, WHY.

#star wars #tales of the empire #I would prefer if Barriss would've went with Maul and not with the Inquisitors and I'm gonna die on this hill #but I understand that storywise the Inquisitor-arc makes much more sense #anyway #Morgan my dudette #what the fuck is you #and not _with_ you but straight up just _YOU_#her being a Nightsister is a huge mess #why did her marks disappear when Merrin's and Ventress' stayed the same even after the slaughter on Dathomir #or is it because she's not a Force/magick user #gimme some answers damnit #also I had to sit on her motivations for THREE HOURS to say the least and I still have a lot of questions #now I can accept that the thought about her was not bad the execution was certainly one of the worst I've seen so far in the new canon #even Reva was better written and that says something #yes I'll be butthurt about Reva until I took my last breath
