My Chapter choices would be

Loyalist: First choice would be Salamanders. Second would be Dragonspears, Dark Krakens, or Space Wolves. Third Choice would be Steel Knights, Blood Angels, or Raven Guard.

Chaos: Thousand Sons or Alpha.
