Rengoku
Rengoku’s golden eyes widened as you transformed before him. One moment, you were the human-like S/O he adored; the next, a plump little tanuki stood in your place, eyes wide with panic. Before you could dart off, his hand shot out, effortlessly scooping you up by the scruff of your neck.
“Running from me? Nonsense!” Rengoku exclaimed, his voice booming with excitement. He held you up to his face, a beaming smile plastered across his features. “You’re even more adorable than I imagined! This form only proves your uniqueness. I’ll cherish every part of youevery form of you!”
Despite your squirms and tiny growls, Rengoku cradled you protectively, his grip unyielding. “You can’t escape me, little one. I’m your protector, your partner. I’ll make sure you stay by my side, no matter what.”
Sanemi
The moment you shifted into your tanuki form, Sanemi froze, staring at you in stunned silence. The realization of your true form dawned on him, and before you could scurry away, his sharp instincts kicked in. With one swift motion, he caught you by the tail, holding you up in the air as you wriggled and squeaked in protest.
“What the hell do you think you’re doing, running away from me?” Sanemi growled, his tone low and dangerous. His lips curled into a twisted smirk. “You think I’d let you go just because you look like… this? You’re mine. Every part of you belongs to me, and I’ll kill anyone who even thinks of taking you away.”
He cradled you close, his grip firm yet oddly tender. “Try running again, and I’ll make sure you can’t. You’re safer with me than anywhere else.”
Giyuu
Giyuu’s calm exterior cracked ever so slightly when he saw your small, chubby tanuki form. His eyes softened, but the moment you tried to scamper away, his hand moved faster than you thought possible, pinning you gently yet firmly to the ground.
“You’re running from me?” he murmured, his voice cold yet tinged with hurt. “After everything, you’re still trying to leave?” He scooped you up with surprising ease, his grip unshakable despite your frantic movements.
“No matter what form you take, I won’t let you go. You’re mine, and nothing—not even your little tricks—will change that.” His tone was quiet but resolute, his obsession masked by his usual calm demeanor.
Obanai
Kaburamaru hissed as you shifted into your tanuki form, your round body a stark contrast to your human guise. The moment you bolted, Obanai’s eyes narrowed, and Kaburamaru slithered forward, coiling around you before you could escape.
“Running?” Obanai’s voice was sharp, his mismatched eyes glinting with dangerous intent. “You think I’d let you disappear? You’re mine, no matter what form you take.”
He gently picked you up, his hands surprisingly soft as they cradled your trembling body. “This form doesn’t change how I feel about you. If anything, it makes you even more precious. But don’t think I’ll let you hide from me again. I’ll always find you.”
Tengen and His Wives
The moment you transformed, Suma let out an excited squeal, while Makio and Hina froze in shock. You darted off, hoping to escape the embarrassment, but Tengen’s reflexes were far too fast. He caught you mid-scamper, lifting you high into the air with a triumphant laugh.
“Flamboyant! Absolutely flamboyant!” Tengen declared, examining your tanuki form with delight. Suma rushed over, practically vibrating with excitement. “They’re so cute! Can we keep them like this forever?”
Makio crossed her arms, smirking. “Looks like you can’t hide from us anymore.”
Hina gently stroked your fur, her calm demeanor masking the possessiveness in her eyes. Tengen grinned. “You’re stuck with us now, little one. Don’t even think about running away—we’ll always bring you back.”
Mitsuri
When you transformed into your tanuki form, Mitsuri’s eyes filled with sparkles. “Oh my gosh! You’re so adorable!” she squealed, hands clasped to her chest.
But as soon as you bolted, she sprang into action, catching you effortlessly. “No, no, no! Don’t run away from me!” she cried, holding you close to her chest. “You’re so precious—I could never let you go!”
Her grip tightened, her cheerful demeanor taking on a slightly obsessive edge. “You belong with me, okay? I’ll take care of you forever, no matter what form you’re in!”
Shinobu
Shinobu’s lips curved into a sweet yet chilling smile as you transformed. “My, my, what a surprise,” she said softly. When you tried to run, she was already in front of you, blocking your escape with a gentle but firm touch.
“Now, now, little one,” she cooed, kneeling to your level. “Why would you want to leave me? You’re even more fascinating like this.” She picked you up with ease, her hands delicate yet unyielding.
“I wonder… do you transform like this often? Or is it just for me?” Her voice was light, but the underlying possessiveness sent shivers down your spine. “No matter. I’ll make sure you stay where you belong—by my side.”
Gyomei
Gyomei’s expression didn’t change when you transformed, but his large hands reached out calmly as you tried to flee. He gently cupped you in his palms, holding you as if you were the most fragile thing in the world.
“There’s no need to run,” he said softly, his voice resonating with warmth and obsession. “This form only makes you more precious to me.”
Even as you squirmed, his grip remained steady. “You are a gift, and I will protect you with my life. No matter how small you are, you cannot escape my devotion.”
Aoi
Aoi’s jaw dropped when she saw your transformation. “What… what are you?!” she stammered. But before she could fully process it, you darted off, your tiny legs carrying you toward the nearest exit.
“Oh no, you don’t!” she yelled, chasing after you with surprising speed. She caught you by the tail, lifting you into the air with a mix of frustration and awe.
“You think you can just run away after showing me this?” she scolded, holding you close despite your protests. Her cheeks were flushed, and her grip betrayed an almost desperate need to keep you close. “You’re not getting away from me. Ever.”
Muichiro
Muichiro’s blank stare lingered on you after your transformation, his usually foggy mind sharpening in that moment. The sight of your chubby tanuki form made him tilt his head slightly, as if trying to understand what he was seeing.
You didn’t wait for him to process it. Panic overtook you, and you bolted for the nearest escape route. However, before you could get far, a gust of wind swept past you, and Muichiro appeared directly in your path, crouching to block you.
“Why are you running?” he asked, his voice soft but eerily calm. His hand reached out to grab you with startling precision, his fingers curling around your small, furry form. You squirmed and tried to wiggle free, but his grip was steady, almost gentle, yet impossible to escape.
“You’re… small,” he remarked, staring at you with wide, unblinking eyes. “But that doesn’t matter. You’re mine.” His tone was flat, but the possessive undertone sent a chill down your spine. “Even in this form, I won’t let you leave. You shouldn’t try to run… it’s pointless.”
Holding you close to his chest, his grip was protective yet suffocating. His gaze remained fixed on you as if memorizing every detail of your tanuki form. “Stay with me. Always. You don’t need to hide or run away—I’ll never let you go.”
Despite his usual distant demeanor, the obsession in his words made it clear: Muichiro was not going to let you escape, no matter what.

Wisteria
Chapter 4
This is a Yandere Demon Slayer x Female Reader Fic!
MDNI!!!
Tumblr media
The sun rose on the horizon, casting a warm glow over the verdant landscape surrounding the Butterfly Estate. Giyuu walked alongside Y/N, his presence steady and reassuring. The journey from the Water Estate had been uneventful, but the weight of the day ahead loomed heavily in the air. He could feel the tension in Y/N’s posture, the uncertainty that lingered in her eyes.
As they approached the elegant building, adorned with wisteria flowers that cascaded from the eaves, Giyuu stole a glance at Y/N. She wore the new yukata he had bought for her, a soft shade of lavender that complemented her features, but it couldn’t quite mask the sadness etched on her face. She had lost so much, and though she didn’t voice her pain, he could sense it.
“Are you ready?” he asked gently as they reached the entrance.
Y/N nodded, though her gaze remained fixed on the ground. Giyuu opened the door and led her inside, where the scent of herbs and flowers filled the air. Aoi Kanzaki appeared almost instantly, her expression softening when she spotted Y/N.
“Y/N! It’s good to see you,” Aoi greeted, her tone warm but laced with concern. “Shinobu is in the infirmary. I’ll let her know you’re here.”
Giyuu’s heart sank at the thought of leaving Y/N in the hands of others, but he had an urgent mission to attend to. He turned to her, trying to convey his support through his gaze. “I’ll be back as soon as I can. Just… trust them, okay?”
“Okay,” Y/N replied quietly, her voice barely above a whisper. Giyuu felt a pang of guilt but pushed it aside as he took a step back.
“Stay safe, Giyuu,” Aoi called as he walked toward the exit. “We’ll take good care of her.”
Once Giyuu left, Aoi led Y/N to the infirmary, where Shinobu awaited them, her petite figure bustling around with an air of purpose. The moment she turned to face them, a warm smile graced her lips, but Y/N could see the tension in her eyes.
“Y/N!” Shinobu exclaimed, her voice cheerful, though Y/N caught a flicker of something deeper beneath the surface. “I’m glad you’re here. Let’s get started on your check-up.”
Y/N followed Shinobu into the examination room, the walls adorned with various herbs and medical instruments. Aoi prepared the necessary supplies while Shinobu gestured for Y/N to sit on the examination table.
“First, let’s take a look at you,” Shinobu said, her tone professional yet soothing. “How are you feeling?”
“I’m… okay, I guess,” Y/N replied, shifting slightly under Shinobu’s gaze.
“Just okay?” Shinobu’s smile remained, but her eyes betrayed her underlying frustration. “We’re going to make sure you’re more than just okay.”
As the examination progressed, Y/N noticed Shinobu’s sharp focus, her fingers deftly checking for any injuries or ailments. Aoi assisted, providing the necessary tools while stealing worried glances at Y/N.
Despite the cheerful demeanor Shinobu wore like a mask, Y/N could sense the anger simmering beneath the surface. She could almost feel the intensity of Shinobu’s emotions, as if they were an electric current running through the air. But instead of voicing her concerns, Y/N kept quiet, opting to observe.
After a thorough examination, Shinobu stepped back, crossing her arms as she regarded Y/N with a mix of determination and compassion. “You’re healthy, but we need to keep an eye on your mental well-being. I’d like you to stay here and train in medicine and poisons. It could be beneficial for you.”
Y/N hesitated, uncertainty flickering in her eyes. “Train? But I don’t know anything about that.”
“Exactly! This is a fresh start for you. You can learn, and I’ll be here to guide you,” Shinobu insisted, her tone earnest. “We used to create poisons together to combat demons. It’ll be like old times, except this time, you’ll have a chance to regain your strength.”
Y/N’s heart ached at the mention of their past. The memories felt distant, like shadows dancing just out of reach. She wanted to remember, to grasp onto the fragments of her former life, but they eluded her.
“Will you help me?” Shinobu continued, her voice softening. “I want to bring back the Y/N I once knew. You don’t have to face this alone.”
There was a spark of recognition in Y/N’s mind, but she didn’t share it. Instead, she nodded slowly, a tentative smile forming on her lips. “I’ll try.”
“Good!” Shinobu exclaimed, her eyes lighting up with determination. “Together, we’ll make you stronger. I refuse to let you remain a lost little bird.”
As the conversation shifted to training and healing techniques, Y/N felt a sense of comfort begin to blossom within her. Perhaps this was the first step toward reclaiming her identity, even if the journey seemed daunting.
Outside, Giyuu stood in the shade of a nearby tree, his heart heavy as he contemplated the mission ahead. He couldn’t shake the feeling that he had left Y/N in capable hands, but the worry gnawed at him. He hoped that Shinobu’s presence would guide her toward healing, that she could help Y/N find the strength to move forward.
With a deep breath, Giyuu turned and walked away from the Butterfly Estate, determination propelling him forward. He would do everything in his power to protect Y/N and ensure she found her way back to herself, even if he had to face demons along the way.
Tumblr media
Word of Y/N’s arrival at the Butterfly Estate and her decision to train under Shinobu quickly spread among the Hashira, each of them processing the news in their own way.
Tumblr media
Sanemi Shinazugawa had been pounding his fists against a wooden training post for hours, trying to drive away the turmoil swirling inside his chest. It had been weeks since the Hashira meeting where Giyuu announced that Y/N, the Wisteria Hashira, was alive. At the time, Sanemi had remained stone-faced, a harsh mask that concealed the storm brewing within him. He hadn’t been able to truly process it, not really. But now, with whispers spreading through the Demon Slayer Corps about her training at the Butterfly Estate under Shinobu Kocho, the reality of the situation hit him like a tidal wave.
She’s alive.
The thought kept repeating in his mind, echoing louder with every punch he threw. Each strike against the post did nothing to ease the frustration, anger, and—though he refused to admit it—fear that threatened to consume him.
Y/N, the woman he had loved in his own quiet, violent way, had been gone. Dead. Taken from him in a battle against demons. Or so he thought. He had mourned her loss, tortured himself with the memory of the last time they had spoken, and the things he should have said but never did. Now, she was back, but the Y/N he had known—strong, fierce, and independent—was gone. She had no memory of him, of their time together, or of the Corps. She was like a blank slate, and the idea of Shinobu Kocho, of all people, filling that emptiness made his blood boil.
Sanemi wiped the sweat from his brow, his fists bleeding from the repeated impact. The memory of the Hashira meeting flashed in his mind again, Giyuu standing in front of them, his face as unreadable as ever, but his words cutting through the room like a blade.
"Y/N L/N has been found alive. She has no memory of her time as the Wisteria Hashira."
No one had dared to speak after that, the weight of the revelation pressing down on them all. Sanemi had sat there, his fingers twitching, fists clenched so tight he thought his bones might snap. He had wanted to ask a thousand questions, but they all died in his throat. Giyuu had continued, explaining how he had found her after completing a mission, how she was different now, how she had been living under another name. He had told them that Y/N was married now, though he had not mentioned to whom.
Married.
The word had nearly sent Sanemi over the edge then, and it still burned like acid now. Married to whom? The question had gnawed at him for days. But it wasn’t just the fact that she was married that bothered him—it was the fact that she was now under Shinobu’s influence. Shinobu, with her saccharine smiles and hidden cruelty. Shinobu, who would twist Y/N into something different, someone weaker, someone reliant on her poisons and medicine rather than the strength that had once made her a formidable Hashira.
Sanemi growled under his breath, delivering one final blow to the training post, the wood splintering under the force. He grabbed his haori and turned, ready to leave the training grounds, when he overheard a couple of lower-ranking Demon Slayers whispering nearby.
"Did you hear about Y/N?" one of them said, barely able to contain his excitement. "She’s training with Kocho now. I heard she’s already making progress!"
Sanemi’s blood turned cold.
“What are you two yapping about?” he barked, his voice sharp as a blade. He stalked toward them, his piercing gaze locking onto the two younger slayers. They froze, their faces paling as they looked up at the Wind Hashira.
“Shinazugawa-sama!” one of them stammered, clearly unnerved by his sudden approach. “We were just talking about Y/N-sama… You know, the Wisteria Hashira. She’s training with Shinobu-sama now at the Butterfly Estate.”
Sanemi’s jaw clenched. "Training with Kocho?" he echoed, his voice low, dangerous. His heart hammered in his chest, a cold fury building inside him. It had been one thing to hear about Y/N’s return in the official setting of the Hashira meeting, but to hear it casually tossed around by lower-ranking slayers? It felt like salt in a wound that had barely started to heal.
“Of all the people,” he muttered under his breath, “why her?”
The two slayers exchanged nervous glances, unsure whether they should respond. Sanemi ignored them, too lost in his own thoughts to care about their discomfort. He turned on his heel, storming off toward the forest outside the estate, needing to be away from everyone, from the whispers and the questions. The forest was one of the few places he could go where the noise of his own mind seemed to quiet, if only for a moment.
As he stomped through the dense trees, memories of Y/N began to flood his mind. He remembered the fierce determination in her eyes when she had fought beside him, the way she never backed down from a challenge, even when the odds were stacked against her. She had been a warrior, someone he respected not just for her strength, but for her spirit.
But now…
Now she didn’t even remember who she was. Worse, she was under Shinobu’s care. Sanemi could imagine Shinobu’s sickeningly sweet voice, manipulating Y/N, turning her into someone else. The idea made him want to tear something apart with his bare hands.
He stopped by a river, leaning against a tree as he tried to calm the raging storm within him. His fists still ached from training, but the pain barely registered. All he could think about was how everything had changed, how Y/N had been ripped from him, only to be placed in someone else’s care. Someone who couldn’t possibly understand her like he did.
“Shinobu is no good for her,” he muttered again, this time louder, the words feeling like a bitter truth on his tongue. He couldn’t stand the thought of Y/N being molded into something else, something weaker. She wasn’t meant to hide behind poisons and delicate tactics. She was a fighter, a Hashira.
Sanemi stared at the rushing water, his reflection distorted by the ripples. He had always been rough around the edges, but with Y/N, he had felt something different. Something softer. He hadn’t known how to express it back then, hadn’t known how to say the things he needed to say. And now… now it felt like that chance had been stolen from him.
But he wasn’t going to give up. He wasn’t going to let Shinobu—or anyone else—keep Y/N from remembering who she truly was.
Tumblr media
Mitsuri Kanroji sat on the wooden floor of her room, humming softly to herself as she cleaned her beloved pink and green katana, the same one she wielded with pride as the Love Hashira. The rhythmic motion of the cloth against the blade usually soothed her, but today her mind was restless. The Hashira meeting from two days ago still lingered in her thoughts, replaying over and over like a broken record.
Y/N is alive.
Mitsuri had been ecstatic when Giyuu had announced the news. Y/N, her dear friend, her closest companion, her cherished Wisteria Hashira, was back from the dead—or so it seemed. The relief and joy that had surged through her chest was unlike anything she had ever felt. For so long, Mitsuri had mourned Y/N’s loss, the heartache of it nearly unbearable. She had cried for weeks after the battle where Y/N was presumed dead, and now, suddenly, there was hope.
But that hope had quickly soured into something more painful.
Y/N has no memory of who she was.
The words Giyuu had spoken rang like a bell in her head. Y/N was alive, but she had forgotten everything—forgotten the Demon Slayer Corps, forgotten their friendship, forgotten the love Mitsuri had always felt for her. She had no recollection of the times they had trained together, laughed together, or shared quiet moments under the stars.
That was hard enough to swallow, but what had come next had felt like a punch to the gut.
Y/N is training under Shinobu.
Mitsuri’s hand stilled on her blade as that particular piece of information resurfaced in her mind, the frustration of it making her chest tighten. She heard voices outside her room, other Hashira discussing Y/N’s return, their excited whispers floating down the hallway. They were thrilled about Y/N being back, but every time Mitsuri heard her name mentioned, a pang of jealousy flared in her heart.
Suddenly, she heard it again.
“I heard she’s training with Shinobu-sama now. Isn’t it amazing?”
Mitsuri’s hand slipped, and her katana clattered loudly against the floor. Her heart leaped into her throat as she scrambled to pick it up, her hands trembling. Her usually bright, cheerful expression faltered, replaced with disbelief and confusion.
“What?” she gasped, her voice louder than she intended. “Y/N is back? And she’s training with Shinobu?”
The words tumbled out of her mouth before she could stop them, disbelief coursing through her veins like a cold, sharp dagger. Her mind whirled, and for a moment, everything seemed to blur around her. Why Shinobu? Why wasn’t Y/N training with her?
Mitsuri sat back on her heels, staring blankly at her katana. She had always imagined what it would be like when Y/N returned. She had dreamed about it for so long, fantasized about reuniting, holding her, and telling her how much she had missed her. They would train together like they used to, eat meals together, maybe even laugh like nothing had changed.
But that wasn’t how things were unfolding. Instead, Y/N was with Shinobu—someone Mitsuri cared for, but not in the same way. Not in the way she cared about Y/N.
Mitsuri’s heart squeezed painfully in her chest, jealousy gnawing at her like a hungry beast. The image of Y/N training with Shinobu made her feel ill. Her usually bright green eyes shimmered with unshed tears as she imagined Y/N laughing and bonding with the Insect Hashira instead of her. The thought alone sent her spiraling deeper into a mix of frustration and sorrow.
“Why not me?” Mitsuri whispered, her voice barely audible. “Why wouldn’t she want to train with me?”
The questions hung in the air, heavy and unanswered. She had always been close to Y/N, always cherished their bond. She had always thought they had something special—something that set them apart from everyone else. Was she wrong? Had Y/N forgotten everything about them?
Mitsuri wiped her eyes quickly, her hands trembling as she set her katana aside. She couldn’t stand this feeling—the overwhelming sense of loss that clung to her, even though Y/N was alive. The memory of their friendship seemed like a distant, unreachable dream, and now it felt like she was losing Y/N all over again. Not to death this time, but to someone else. To Shinobu.
Mitsuri’s love for Y/N had always been intense. She had fallen in love with her strength, her spirit, and the kindness she had shown even in the harshest of battles. Y/N had been everything to her—her heart, her soul, her reason for fighting. And now, even though Y/N was right there, she was just out of reach.
Mitsuri’s hands curled into fists as the jealousy turned into something sharper, something darker. She wasn’t angry at Shinobu, not exactly. She loved Shinobu in her own way, respected her for her intelligence and her strength. But the idea that Y/N, her Y/N, was spending so much time with her instead of Mitsuri… it hurt. It hurt in ways Mitsuri couldn’t even put into words.
No. This wasn’t how it was supposed to be.
Mitsuri stood up suddenly, her fists clenched at her sides, determination igniting like a fire in her chest. She wasn’t going to just sit here and let Shinobu steal Y/N away from her. She wasn’t going to let her heart be shattered again, not when she had finally gotten Y/N back.
“I’ll show them,” Mitsuri muttered under her breath, her voice filled with resolve. “I’ll show Y/N that she belongs with me.”
She would find a way to make Y/N remember, to bring her back to the woman she had once been. The woman who had fought by Mitsuri’s side, who had trusted her, who had cared for her just as deeply. And if Y/N couldn’t remember on her own, then Mitsuri would remind her.
Whatever it took, she would remind Y/N of what they had.
Mitsuri’s heart raced with a mix of jealousy and longing, her mind already forming plans. She would show Y/N that they were meant to be together, that their bond was stronger than any memory loss, stronger than Shinobu’s influence, stronger than anything. Y/N would remember, and when she did, Mitsuri would be right there, waiting for her.
With one final glance at her katana, Mitsuri straightened her shoulders and wiped the remaining tears from her eyes. She wasn’t going to lose Y/N again—not to Shinobu, not to anyone.
“I’ll make Y/N want to train with me instead,” Mitsuri whispered, a soft smile tugging at the corners of her lips. “I’ll bring her back to me.”
Tumblr media
Obanai Iguro sat in his quiet corner, meticulously polishing his sword in the dim light of the room. The repetitive motions of cleaning his blade usually provided him with a sense of calm, a way to ground himself amidst the chaos of being a Hashira. But today, something gnawed at the edges of his mind, making it hard to focus. He had been turning over the events of the last two days in his head, trying to process the news that had shaken the very foundation of his carefully guarded emotions.
Y/N is alive.
The revelation had come during the Hashira meeting two days ago, delivered by Giyuu in his usual stoic manner. Obanai remembered the way the words had hung in the air, heavy with meaning. It had taken everything in him to maintain his composure, to keep from reacting in front of the other Hashira. He had always kept his feelings for Y/N hidden, buried beneath layers of duty and professionalism. Yet, when he heard that she was alive, that she had somehow survived after all this time, something inside him had shifted.
But now, as he sat there polishing his sword, his thoughts spiraled deeper. It wasn’t just that Y/N was alive. It was the fact that she had no memory of her past, no memory of the Demon Slayer Corps, no memory of him. And worse, she was training under Shinobu Kocho.
“Y/N is training with Shinobu?” Obanai muttered under his breath, his grip tightening around the hilt of his sword.
He had overheard the news from a passing Demon Slayer, the words cutting through him like the very blade he was holding. The image of Y/N—his Y/N—being guided by Shinobu filled him with a mixture of disbelief and bitterness. It wasn’t that he didn’t trust Shinobu’s abilities; she was a skilled Hashira, after all. But something about Y/N being under her care felt wrong. It felt like a betrayal, even though Y/N likely had no say in the matter.
Obanai clenched his jaw, his usually calm demeanor cracking ever so slightly. He had always been distant, a shadow in the background, watching Y/N from afar. He had never been the type to openly express his emotions, not like Mitsuri or even Sanemi. His affection for Y/N had always been a quiet, unspoken thing, something he kept hidden deep within himself. But now, the thought of her being so close to Shinobu—of all people—was enough to stir something dark inside him.
“Doesn’t she realize how dangerous that could be?” Obanai muttered, his voice barely audible over the sound of his sword polishing. His movements became harsher, more erratic, as his frustration built.
Shinobu’s methods, though effective, were not without their risks. Her reliance on poisons and her cold, analytical approach to combat left little room for the warmth and care Y/N deserved. The thought of Shinobu shaping Y/N, molding her in her image, made Obanai’s blood boil. He couldn’t stand the idea of Y/N being influenced by someone who didn’t truly understand her—someone who could never appreciate her the way he did.
A bitter feeling settled in the pit of his stomach, twisting his insides with every thought of Y/N being under Shinobu’s watch. Obanai had always prided himself on his ability to remain detached, to focus on his duty above all else. But Y/N had always been his one exception. She had been the one person who could stir emotions in him that he thought he had buried long ago.
He had kept his distance from her, never daring to reveal the depth of his feelings. He had convinced himself that it was for the best, that by watching her from the shadows, he could protect her without burdening her with his emotions. But now, it felt like he was losing her all over again, and this time, it was to someone else’s influence.
Obanai’s hands stilled, his sword gleaming in the low light. He stared at his reflection in the blade, his own dark eyes staring back at him, filled with a mixture of pain and resolve. He couldn’t let this happen. He couldn’t let Shinobu take Y/N away from him, even if Y/N didn’t remember him—didn’t remember their connection.
“She’s mine,” Obanai whispered, the words slipping out before he could stop them.
He knew he had no right to claim her, no right to feel this possessive, especially when Y/N had no memory of their past. But the thought of her being so close to Shinobu, of her potentially bonding with the Insect Hashira, made his chest tighten with jealousy. Obanai had always been protective of Y/N, even if she had never known it. He had watched over her from afar, ensuring that no harm would come to her.
But now, things were different. Y/N was vulnerable, lost without her memories, and Shinobu was taking advantage of that. Obanai couldn’t shake the feeling that Shinobu would try to keep Y/N to herself, that she would try to shape Y/N into something different, something that wasn’t truly her.
“I need to keep an eye on her,” Obanai muttered, his resolve hardening. “I can’t let Shinobu change her.”
He didn’t want to confront the other Hashira about his feelings, didn’t want to draw attention to himself or to Y/N. But he couldn’t just sit idly by and watch as Shinobu took Y/N under her wing. Obanai knew he had to do something—he had to find a way to protect Y/N, to make sure she stayed safe and didn’t lose herself to Shinobu’s influence.
But how? How could he keep Y/N close without revealing the depth of his feelings? How could he ensure that she remained the woman he had cared for all these years, even if she didn’t remember him?
Obanai set his sword down, his mind racing with plans and possibilities. He couldn’t let Shinobu have Y/N, not completely. He would find a way to watch over her, to monitor her progress without drawing attention to himself. He would be there, in the shadows as always, ensuring that Y/N remained safe, even if it meant keeping his distance.
He stood up, his determination solidifying into a plan. He would watch Y/N, protect her from the dangers she didn’t even realize were there. And if Shinobu tried to take her away, tried to warp her mind with her poisons and her cold logic, Obanai would be ready.
Because Y/N had always been his to protect, even if she didn’t know it. And no one—not even Shinobu—would take her away from him.
With that final thought, Obanai left his room, his sword hanging at his side, ready to ensure that Y/N would remain the woman he had always loved from afar.

Kyojuro Rengoku strode through the gates of the Butterfly Estate, his usual bright energy muted by a mix of anticipation and anxiety. Two days had passed since the Hashira meeting, where Giyuu had shared the news that Y/N, the Wisteria Hashira, had been found alive. Alive but with no memory of her past—no memory of him or their time together as Demon Slayers. Kyojuro had been overwhelmed with relief at first, overjoyed that someone he admired so deeply had returned. But the news of her memory loss had gnawed at him ever since.
He had been looking forward to seeing her again, imagining how he might reintroduce himself, remind her of the strong bond they once shared, and reassure her that she wasn’t alone. But now, standing at the entrance of the Butterfly Estate, that hope was quickly dashed.
“What do you mean she’s training with Shinobu?” Kyojuro’s voice boomed, though there was a noticeable edge of disappointment in his tone. His usual boisterous nature was subdued, replaced by a hint of frustration. He looked down at the apprentice who had informed him of Y/N’s schedule, his bright orange and red hair catching the sunlight, but his usual flame-like energy seemed dimmer than usual.
“I’m sorry, Rengoku-sama,” the apprentice said nervously, bowing slightly. “Y/N-sama has already begun training under Shinobu-sama. She’s been very busy.”
Kyojuro’s eyes widened in surprise. “Training with Shinobu, you say?” His words were slower now, as if trying to process the information. He had known Y/N was alive and being looked after, but the idea that she was already so closely involved with Shinobu, learning medicine and poisons under her guidance, made his heart clench.
In his mind, it had been natural for him to help her readjust, to be the one to guide her back to the world they both knew so well. After all, he had always admired her. Y/N had been a beacon of strength and grace, someone who could rival him in combat and in spirit. They had shared a camaraderie that was built on mutual respect and admiration. And now, after all this time, she was back—but not with him. Not with the other Hashira. She was with Shinobu, someone who, despite her calm and gentle demeanor, could be cold and detached in her methods.
Kyojuro's thoughts raced, his usual wide smile faded into a thin line of determination. He knew Shinobu was skilled, one of the best when it came to the intricate art of poisons and medicine. But Y/N? She wasn’t meant for a role like that. She was a fighter, someone who thrived on the battlefield, leading with courage and strength. The thought of her being holed up, learning about toxins and antidotes, felt wrong to him.
“Why didn’t anyone tell me?” he muttered, his cheerful demeanor slipping further. His golden eyes darkened with concern as he considered the situation. He had come here, eager to see Y/N again, only to find out she was being swept away into another world—one he wasn’t part of.
Kyojuro clenched his fists tightly at his sides, his usual optimism faltering under the weight of disappointment. He wanted to help her, to be the one to remind her of who she was, of what she was capable of. But Shinobu had gotten to her first, and now, it seemed like Y/N was slipping further and further away from him. His heart ached at the thought. Was she being taught that this was her only role now? Was Shinobu trying to reshape her into something else, something that didn’t involve fighting demons head-on?
“Kyojuro-sama, if you’d like, I can pass along a message to Y/N-sama,” the apprentice offered, sensing his unease.
Kyojuro shook his head, trying to push away his frustration. “No, that’s alright,” he said, his voice softer now, though it still held a determined edge. “I’ll come by again later. Perhaps when she’s less busy.”
But as he turned to leave, the weight of it all settled on his shoulders. He had been looking forward to seeing her for so long, imagining what it would be like to fight alongside her again, to see her smile in the midst of battle, the way she had always inspired him with her bravery and skill. But now, it felt like that dream was slipping through his fingers.
As Kyojuro walked away from the Butterfly Estate, his thoughts lingered on Y/N. He couldn’t shake the unsettling feeling in his chest, the feeling that she was slowly being drawn away from the battlefield, away from the Hashira, and into a world of quiet study and healing. A noble pursuit, yes, but not what he had imagined for her.
His hand unconsciously moved to his side, where a deep cut from his most recent mission was still healing. The wound had been hastily bandaged by his fellow Slayers, but it ached with every movement. Kyojuro had ignored it for the most part, but now, the pain seemed sharper, more insistent. He could have gone to the Butterfly Estate for treatment, of course, but the idea of being tended to by Shinobu, of having to sit there and listen to her talk about Y/N, felt unbearable.
He clenched his fist again, steeling himself against the rising tide of emotions. “I’ll just have to drop by more often,” he muttered, determination flaring in his chest. “I won’t let her forget about me.”
Kyojuro’s mind raced with plans on how he could subtly remind Y/N of their past, of the friendship they had shared. Maybe he could bring her something from their old missions together, a small token to jog her memory. Or perhaps he could arrange a chance meeting, something that would give him the opportunity to talk to her, to reintroduce himself in a way that felt natural.
As he continued down the path away from the estate, the pain in his side throbbed, a reminder of the dangers they still faced. But more than the physical pain, it was the emotional wound that stung the most. Y/N was back, but she didn’t remember him. And now, it felt like she was slipping even further away, disappearing into Shinobu’s world of medicine and poisons.
Kyojuro would not let that happen. He would be there, as often as he could, finding excuses to visit, reasons to see her. He would remind her, little by little, of who she was and of the bond they once shared. He wasn’t about to let Shinobu take that away from him. Y/N was important to him, more than anyone realized, and he wasn’t going to lose her again.
With renewed resolve, Kyojuro set his sights on the future, determined to make sure that Y/N would remember him, that she would come back to the world they once shared. One way or another, he would make sure of it.

Muichiro Tokito wandered through the halls of the Butterfly Estate, his mind drifting as it often did. The soft rustling of leaves and the distant sound of footsteps echoed around him, but they barely registered. His thoughts were elsewhere, lost in the haze that often clouded his consciousness. He had never been one to linger on emotions, preferring to focus on the here and now, but the recent news from the Hashira meeting two days ago lingered in his mind like a stubborn fog.
Y/N was back.
He had learned of her return, just like the other Hashira, during that meeting, but the reality of it had yet to fully sink in. Y/N, the Wisteria Hashira, the woman who had once been a part of his life, had been found alive after everyone believed her to be dead. That fact alone was startling enough, but what truly unsettled Muichiro was the revelation that Y/N had no memory of her past. She didn’t remember the Demon Slayer Corps, the battles they fought, or the people she had once cared for. She didn’t even remember him.
The young Mist Hashira felt a dull ache in his chest at that thought. He had always viewed Y/N as something like an older sister. Though he wasn’t the type to openly express affection, he had admired her strength and her kindness. She had been one of the few people who could see through his aloofness, who understood that beneath his quiet demeanor was someone who cared deeply, even if he didn’t always show it.
As he walked down the corridor, his mind was a whirlwind of thoughts and memories. The fog that usually dulled his emotions was thinner now, allowing feelings he didn’t quite understand to surface. Muichiro wasn’t sure what to do with these emotions, so he did what he always did—he let them pass by like clouds in the sky, watching them come and go without fully grasping them.
It wasn’t until he overheard a conversation between two Demon Slayers passing through the estate that his wandering thoughts snapped into focus.
“Did you hear? Y/N is training with Shinobu now,” one of them whispered, clearly excited by the news.
“Yeah, she’s been at the Butterfly Estate ever since she returned. I heard she’s learning medicine and poisons from Shinobu-sama,” the other replied.
Muichiro’s steps faltered as the words floated around him, almost as if carried by the wind. He blinked, his mind slowly processing what he had just heard.
“Y/N is training with Shinobu?” he murmured, repeating the words to himself as though they didn’t quite make sense. Confusion flickered in his usually blank eyes, and he tilted his head slightly, trying to piece it together. Shinobu? Of all people, why her?
For a moment, Muichiro stood still, staring off into the distance as the conversation continued to buzz around him. The young Hashira had always admired Shinobu’s skills, especially her knowledge of medicine and poisons, but the idea of Y/N training under her felt… wrong somehow. Y/N had been a warrior, someone who fought alongside them with a strength and grace that few could match. To think of her now being taught to heal and mix poisons—it was as if she were being taken further away from the person she once was.
A quiet frustration began to build within Muichiro, though it was subtle, more like a faint pressure in his chest than an overwhelming surge of emotion. He had always been detached, allowing things to flow around him without becoming too attached to the outcome, but this felt different. This was Y/N. She had been important to him, and the idea of her being so close, yet so far from him emotionally, tugged at something deep inside him.
"Why Shinobu?" he muttered under his breath, the question hanging in the air.
Muichiro continued walking, his footsteps slow and measured. His mind was still processing the news, but the more he thought about it, the more unsettled he became. Y/N didn’t remember him, didn’t remember any of them. She was lost in a world where she had no past, no connections to the people who had once been her comrades, her friends. And now, instead of being with the people who had known her best, she was training with Shinobu, someone who, while skilled, didn’t share the same bond with Y/N that he and some of the others did.
A part of him wanted to go to her, to see her, to remind her of the connection they once had. He thought of the times she had ruffled his hair affectionately or teased him in that gentle way only she could. She had always been like a sister to him, someone who, despite his sometimes distant nature, had made him feel grounded, understood. But now, she wouldn’t remember any of that. To her, he was just another face, another stranger in a sea of unfamiliar people.
“Maybe I should go see her…” Muichiro murmured to himself, though the uncertainty in his voice was clear. He wanted to see her, to speak with her, but what would he say? How could he approach someone who didn’t remember him, didn’t remember the bond they once shared? The thought of standing before her and seeing no recognition in her eyes made his chest tighten.
But then, what else could he do? The idea of staying away, of letting her continue to drift further from him, felt unbearable. He couldn’t just sit idly by while Shinobu molded Y/N into something else, something that wasn’t the Y/N he had once known.
Still, he hesitated. Expressing his emotions had never been his strength. Muichiro had always struggled with putting his feelings into words, and now, when it mattered most, he found himself unsure of how to proceed. How could he explain to Y/N that she had been like family to him, that her loss had left a void he hadn’t even realized was there until now?
His steps slowed as he reached a small garden within the estate, the peaceful atmosphere doing little to soothe the turmoil within him. The sun filtered through the trees, casting dappled shadows across the stone path, but Muichiro barely noticed. His thoughts were consumed by Y/N—by the fear that she would never remember him, and the hope that, somehow, he could help her find her way back to the person she used to be.
“I’ll go,” he decided quietly, his voice barely audible in the soft breeze. “I’ll go see her.”
Even as he said the words, uncertainty clouded his mind. He didn’t know what he would say or how he would act when he finally stood before her, but he couldn’t stay away. Y/N had been important to him, more important than he had ever realized, and now that she was back, he couldn’t let her slip away again.
With newfound resolve, Muichiro turned and began walking toward the Butterfly Estate, his heart heavy with unspoken emotions and the hope that, somehow, he could find a way to reconnect with the sister he had lost.

Tengen Uzui was lounging in the main hall of his residence, surrounded by his wives, who were deep in hushed conversation. His larger-than-life personality filled the space, but he was momentarily distracted by their whispers. They were always talking about something, and usually, he’d take it as an opportunity to tease them, to bask in their laughter and admiration. But today, something caught his attention.
“Did you hear? Y/N is back!” one of his wives, Hinatsuru, said, her eyes sparkling with excitement. “And she’s training with Shinobu!”
The mention of Y/N sent a thrill of surprise through him, quickly followed by a rush of possessiveness that he couldn’t shake. Y/N, the Wisteria Hashira, was someone he had always admired. Her spirit and resilience had drawn him in, and the thought of her training with Shinobu—of all people—struck a nerve he hadn’t expected.
“Y/N’s back and training with Shinobu? That’s cool!” he said, his voice booming with an enthusiasm he was determined to project. He wanted to keep the mood light, to push down the irritation bubbling beneath the surface. He had to maintain his flamboyant image; he was Tengen Uzui, after all, the Sound Hashira, and a force to be reckoned with.
But as he leaned back against the wall, his trademark grin faltering for a moment, he couldn’t help but feel a pang of frustration. He had been there at the Hashira meeting two days ago when they announced Y/N’s return. The relief that she was alive should have been enough, but the stark reality of her amnesia was unsettling. She didn’t remember her past, didn’t remember any of them. And now, the idea of her spending time with Shinobu felt like a betrayal of their shared experiences, the bond they could have rekindled.
Tengen had always seen potential in Y/N—not just as a warrior, but as a partner. He had entertained thoughts of making her his fourth and final wife, imagining how their lives could intertwine, how they could support each other in their fight against demons. But that dream felt elusive now, overshadowed by the knowledge that she didn’t even know him.
“I should probably show up more often, then,” he said, his tone attempting to lighten the weight of his thoughts. “I can teach her how to fight like a real Hashira.” The words came out more confidently than he felt, a mask for the turmoil brewing beneath his vibrant exterior.
His wives exchanged glances, and Tengen could sense their concern. They knew him well enough to recognize when he was bothered, even when he put on a brave face. But he waved their worries aside, feeling the urgency to act. He couldn’t let Y/N slip away again, not when there was a chance to build something new with her, to forge a connection that could fill the void left by her absence.
“What do you think, ladies?” he asked, glancing around the room. “Should I pay her a visit? Show her how it’s done? She’s going to need someone to remind her what it means to be a true Hashira!”
Hinatsuru looked hesitant, her brow furrowed. “But Tengen, Shinobu—”
“Is not a problem!” he interjected, his enthusiasm returning. “Y/N is strong, and with my guidance, she’ll remember who she is. And when she does, I want her to know that I’m here for her, that I see her as more than just a comrade.”
His wives exchanged knowing smiles, and Tengen felt a spark of determination igniting within him. He wouldn’t let the fact that Y/N had lost her memories deter him from his feelings. He had always been a man of action, and if he wanted Y/N by his side, he had to show her that he was the one she could rely on, the one she could trust to help her reclaim her identity.
“Alright, I’m going!” he declared, rising to his feet with exaggerated flair. “I’ll show up at the Butterfly Estate and sweep her off her feet. If Shinobu thinks she can take my place, she’s got another thing coming!”
His wives chuckled softly, but Tengen’s mind was already racing with plans. He envisioned the day ahead: the warmth of the sun shining down as he walked into the Butterfly Estate, the anticipation bubbling within him as he sought out Y/N. He could picture her bright smile, her laughter ringing through the air like music, and it sent a thrill through him.
But there was also a weight of uncertainty in his chest. What if Y/N didn’t recognize him? What if she had formed a bond with Shinobu that he couldn’t penetrate? The thought clawed at him, but he brushed it aside. He had faced far worse demons in battle; this would be no different.
As he prepared to leave, he grabbed his sword, feeling its familiar weight in his hand. He could already feel the energy buzzing through him, the thrill of the impending confrontation with his own emotions. He had never been one to shy away from what he wanted, and now was no different.
“Y/N!” he would call out, his voice echoing through the estate, drawing her attention. “It’s Tengen! I’ve come to show you what it truly means to be a Hashira!”
He would be the one to help her remember, to guide her back to the person she once was—and maybe even to the person she could become with him at her side. He had always been drawn to her strength, her unwavering spirit, and now that she was back, he was determined to make her see him as more than just a fellow Hashira.
With that thought propelling him forward, Tengen strode confidently out of his home, a sense of purpose fueling his every step. The sound of his footsteps echoed behind him as he made his way toward the Butterfly Estate, a smile plastered on his face, his heart racing with the thrill of the unknown.
Today would be the day he would reclaim Y/N’s heart, the day he would show her that he was ready to stand by her side. As he approached the estate, Tengen felt a mixture of excitement and nerves—an exhilarating cocktail of emotions that drove him onward. With determination etched on his face and a fire in his heart, he prepared to fight for Y/N, to remind her of the connection they could forge together.

Gyomei Himejima stood at the edge of the courtyard, the sun casting long shadows on the ground. The serenity of the Butterfly Estate enveloped him, but inside, his heart was a tempest. Just two days ago, during the Hashira meeting, the news of Y/N’s return had sent a wave of relief crashing over him. However, as he reflected on the whispers of her training with Shinobu, a deep concern gnawed at his insides.
“Y/N is alive… and training with Shinobu?” he murmured to himself, his voice low and gravelly, almost lost in the breeze. The gravity of the situation pressed heavily on his broad shoulders, and he felt a tightness in his chest. He had always admired Y/N’s tenacity, her unyielding spirit in the face of adversity, and the thought of her under Shinobu’s guidance stirred a protective urge within him.
Gyomei had spent years as the Stone Hashira, a guardian to those who fought against the darkness of the demon world. He had lost too many friends—companions who had stood beside him in battle—and the fear of losing Y/N felt like a weight he could hardly bear. The mere idea of her being influenced by Shinobu, with her own motives and tragic past, sent a chill down his spine.
“I hope Shinobu knows how to handle her,” he said quietly, more to himself than to anyone else. His brow furrowed in thought, and he leaned against the wooden railing, looking out at the lush gardens. The vibrant colors of the flowers bloomed around him, a stark contrast to the worry that loomed in his mind.
It wasn’t that he doubted Shinobu’s abilities; he respected the Insect Hashira deeply. But Shinobu’s past was complicated, tainted by loss and revenge, and Gyomei couldn’t shake the feeling that her approach to training could be harmful, even if unintentionally. Y/N deserved to find her own way back to herself, to rediscover the strength she had always possessed.
His thoughts drifted to the Hashira meeting, where he had first heard Y/N’s name mentioned after so long. Relief had surged through him at the news of her return. But then the heart-wrenching realization hit him: she had no memory of her past. Gyomei’s heart ached for her, knowing how isolating it must feel to wake up in a world that had changed around her while she remained a stranger to herself.
“Does she even remember the battles we fought?” he wondered aloud, his voice heavy with concern. “Does she remember me?” The truth settled uncomfortably in his chest. He had not been close with Y/N in the past; their paths had crossed during missions, and he had admired her from a distance. But he couldn’t ignore the bond they had formed through shared struggles, even if it had been tenuous.
The thought of her standing beside Shinobu, laughing and training as if they were lifelong friends, twisted something deep within him. Gyomei had always believed that he could protect those he cared about, but with Y/N, he felt a helplessness that was unsettling. He had sworn to defend the innocent, to stand against demons and protect the Hashira, but now he felt paralyzed by the uncertainty of how to reach out to her, how to remind her of their shared experiences, their battles.
With a heavy sigh, he pushed himself away from the railing, feeling the weight of responsibility pressing down on him. “I cannot let my fears cloud my judgment,” he thought. He needed to trust that Y/N would find her way, that she had the strength to navigate this new reality.
Yet, deep down, he longed to be there for her. He imagined the days ahead, her determination sparking as she trained under Shinobu, and a part of him wished to be by her side, to remind her of the strength she possessed. But how could he do that when she didn’t even remember who he was? The thought haunted him.
Gyomei felt torn, caught between the desire to reach out and the need to give her space to rediscover herself. Perhaps it was best to let her grow on her own for now, to allow her to forge her own path. After all, he understood the importance of independence, of finding one’s strength without the weight of expectations pressing down on them.
“I will watch over her,” he finally resolved, a sense of purpose solidifying within him. “From the shadows if I must.” He would remain vigilant, ready to step in if she needed him. His heart might ache with the distance between them, but he would protect her from afar, ensuring that she was safe as she trained with Shinobu.
Gyomei knew he could trust her instincts. Y/N had always been fierce and resilient; that much was clear even from the fleeting memories he held onto. He had seen her fight, had witnessed her determination in the face of overwhelming odds, and he hoped that strength still resided within her.
As he turned to leave the courtyard, a newfound determination filled him. He wouldn’t intrude on her training, but he would remain a silent guardian, a shield against the dangers that lurked both within and outside the Butterfly Estate. Perhaps, one day, she would remember him, and when she did, he would be there, ready to help her reclaim her identity, to remind her that she was never truly alone.
His footsteps echoed softly as he walked back toward his quarters, his resolve strengthened. Y/N would learn and grow, and when the time was right, he would be there to help her navigate her past, to guide her back to the path she had once walked. Until then, he would remain a steadfast presence, ready to protect her from the shadows, ensuring that she never felt alone again.

Note
Good day! I have another scenario in mind that I'd like to request: the Hashira (+ the Uzui wives), Kanao & Aoi with a foreign y/n. I actually have a couple of foreign reader scenarios so this is probably the 1st one 😄
Okay, so foreign y/n is doing their best to learn Japanese diligently the way we do irl. Since Kanji characters are a big challenge, y/n has to practice writing them numerous times. However, being a fast learner, they quickly proceed to tackle more complex Kanji. And the good way to do start is to write people's names.
In y/n's notebook, there are full names of their friends written repeatedly. Prior to that, y/n went around asking their friends how their names were written in both Kanji and Hiragana, and asked them to show how to correctly write the Kanji characters. So I lowkey think that y/n's s/o might get jealous of seeing other people's names aside from THEIRS written with sm care and precision.
P.S: I feel quite bad for keeping sending you these requests the past few days as I'm concerned that you might have a lot on your plate atm. I'd hate for you to feel the pressure of having to rush to finish our requests asap. But your writing is great and I keep wanting to read more (or I'm just overthinking 🥲)
As always, take your time and have a great day!
The Hashira (+ Uzui’s Wives, Kanao & Aoi) React to Their Foreign S/O Practicing Kanji with Everyone’s Names
I HOPE YOU ENJOY SORRY FOR THE LONG WAIT❤️
Tumblr media
You had been studying Kanji tirelessly, dedicating yourself to learning the complex characters that made up the names of your friends and loved ones. Your notebook was filled with page after page of carefully written characters, each stroke placed with precision as you committed them to memory. Since names were an important part of learning, you had gone around asking everyone how theirs was written in both Kanji and Hiragana, then had them demonstrate the correct stroke order.
Of course, you thought nothing of it—until your significant other happened to see your notebook… and noticed whose names you had written most frequently.
Giyuu Tomioka
Giyuu had never been the type to hover or pry, so when he happened to pass by as you were practicing, he simply glanced at your notebook.
“You’ve been working hard,” he murmured, his voice as quiet and steady as always.
You smiled up at him. “I think I’m finally getting the hang of stroke order. Kanji is still difficult, though.”
He nodded, watching as your hand moved smoothly across the page. His gaze softened at the way you carefully traced each character, your dedication evident in every mark of ink. However, as his eyes drifted down the page, his expression changed ever so slightly.
Kocho Shinobu.
The name was written over and over, each iteration just as meticulous as the last. He noticed other names, too—Mitsuri Kanroji, Sanemi Shinazugawa, Tengen Uzui—but what stuck out to him the most was the sheer number of times you had written Shinobu’s name compared to the others.
His lips pressed into a thin line. “You’ve written Kocho’s name… quite a lot.”
You glanced at the page, blinking. “Oh, yeah. She was helping me with stroke order, so I practiced with hers first.”
Giyuu was quiet for a moment. He knew there was no real reason to be bothered, but for some reason, the idea that you had spent so much time carefully writing someone else’s name made something stir uncomfortably in his chest.
He wasn’t going to say it outright, but you could tell. The way his gaze lingered, the way his fingers twitched slightly at his side—it was subtle, but you’d learned to read him well.
You smiled, setting down your brush. “You know, I was just about to dedicate a whole page to you.”
Giyuu blinked, his blue eyes widening slightly. “You were?”
“Mhm. Want to help me write it?”
He hesitated for only a moment before sitting beside you. His fingers lightly rested on yours as he guided you through each stroke of Tomioka Giyuu. Though his expression remained neutral, you could see the faintest hint of pink dusting his cheeks.
Later, when you weren’t looking, he carefully tore out one of the pages with his name and tucked it into his uniform.
Kyojuro Rengoku
Kyojuro was absolutely thrilled to see how dedicated you were to learning. The moment he saw you practicing, he beamed with pride.
“Splendid! You are making great progress!” he declared, practically vibrating with enthusiasm as he leaned over your shoulder to inspect your work.
You grinned at his energy, always appreciating the way he encouraged you. “It’s still a little hard, but I think I’m improving.”
“I have no doubt! Your diligence is inspiring!”
However, as his eyes drifted across the page, his usual radiant expression faltered just a little. He wasn’t one to get jealous easily, but when he noticed that Sanemi’s name was written significantly more than his, something inside him stiffened.
“Oh?” His voice remained steady, but the slight pause before he spoke was uncharacteristic. “You have written Shinazugawa’s name many times, I see.”
You glanced at your notebook, completely oblivious to his change in demeanor. “Oh! Yeah, he helped me with some radicals, so I practiced using his name.”
“I see, I see…” Kyojuro nodded, but there was a flicker of something unreadable in his golden eyes. He wasn’t necessarily upset—he knew it was just practice—but still…
He suddenly clapped a hand on your shoulder. “In that case, I believe you should practice with a true challenge! My name, written in the boldest, most flame-like strokes imaginable!”
You couldn’t help but laugh at his dramatics, but the way his eyes gleamed told you he was completely serious.
And so, you dedicated an entire page to Rengoku Kyojuro, each character written with the fiery energy he deserved.
Shinobu Kocho
Shinobu had been the one to teach you stroke order in the first place, so she was already aware of your diligent practice. However, what she hadn’t expected was to see Mitsuri’s name written so many times in your notebook.
She had just been passing by when she caught sight of the page filled with careful repetitions of Kanroji Mitsuri. Her ever-present smile didn’t waver, but something in her golden eyes sharpened.
“My, my,” she murmured, her voice light as ever. “It seems you’ve taken quite an interest in Kanroji’s name.”
You looked up at her, blinking in surprise. “Oh, well, Mitsuri’s name was really fun to write. The strokes flow really well.”
Shinobu tilted her head, the same sweet smile still gracing her lips. “Is that so?”
There was something in her tone that made you pause. It wasn’t quite jealousy—no, Shinobu was too composed for that. But there was a teasing edge, a subtle warning hidden beneath her usual playful demeanor.
You set your brush down, smiling at her. “Would you like me to practice yours next?”
Her smile widened, and she hummed in approval. “Oh, only if you want to, of course.”
(You had a strong feeling that if you didn’t, you wouldn’t hear the end of it.)
And so, you spent the next hour writing Kocho Shinobu over and over, while she sat beside you, very pleased with herself.
Sanemi Shinazugawa
Sanemi wasn’t one to pay attention to things like handwriting or study materials, so when he passed by your workspace and saw you scribbling in your notebook, he barely gave it a glance.
At first.
But then something caught his eye, making him pause. His sharp gaze honed in on the page filled with carefully written names—some in delicate, practiced strokes, others a little rougher as you worked to perfect them.
And there, right in the middle of the page, was Himejima Gyomei’s name.
Not just once. Not twice. But over and over again.
Sanemi’s brow twitched. “Oi.”
You hummed in acknowledgment, still focused on your writing.
“The hell is this?” He snatched the notebook off the table before you could react, flipping through the pages with a deepening scowl. “Why is Himejima’s name all over this thing?”
You blinked at him. “Oh! He was helping me with proper stroke balance, so I practiced with his name for a while.”
Sanemi’s frown deepened. His grip on your notebook tightened slightly. “You practiced with his name?” His voice had that low, dangerous edge to it. “What, my name too damn hard for you?”
You let out a laugh, reaching for the notebook, but he yanked it just out of reach. “No, actually, yours is really complicated. I was saving it for later.”
“Tch.” Sanemi still looked irritated, but there was the faintest hint of red on his ears. His thumb ran over the edge of the paper as he stared at your careful penmanship, something unreadable flickering in his eyes.
After a moment, he dropped the notebook back onto the table and crossed his arms. “Write mine.”
You tilted your head, smirking. “Oh? You want me to—”
“Just do it.” He muttered, gaze averted.
With a chuckle, you dipped your brush into the ink and started writing Shinazugawa Sanemi over and over again. The entire time, he stood behind you, watching intently—arms still crossed, lips pressed in a firm line, but his posture just a little less tense.
And later, when he thought you weren’t looking, he ripped out the page and tucked it into his uniform.
Obanai Iguro
Obanai wasn’t the type to get openly jealous, but he was exceptionally observant. And right now, as he stood silently behind you, watching you scribble Kanji with intense concentration, his mismatched eyes caught something that made his muscles stiffen.
You had written Rengoku Kyojuro’s name.
Over and over.
The deliberate care in each stroke, the repeated precision, the sheer amount—it all gnawed at something deep inside him.
He stayed quiet for a long moment, staring at the page. Then, finally, his voice came out cool and controlled.
“You’ve written Rengoku’s name quite a lot.”
You nearly jumped, not realizing he was standing so close. “Oh! Obanai, you scared me.”
He didn’t respond to that. His gaze remained fixed on the notebook.
You followed his line of sight before giving him a sheepish smile. “Ah… yeah. Kyojuro has a fun name to write. He also taught me a good technique for balanced strokes.”
Obanai’s jaw clenched ever so slightly, though his voice remained neutral. “I see.”
You could feel the shift in his demeanor—the subtle tension in his shoulders, the way Kaburamaru coiled a little tighter around his neck.
You sighed, setting your brush down. “Would you like me to practice yours now?”
A pause. Then, a quiet, “Yes.”
You hid your grin as you flipped to a fresh page. “Alright then.”
As you carefully wrote Iguro Obanai over and over, he watched closely, his gaze never leaving your hands. When you were done, he reached out and gently took the page between his fingers, examining it in silence.
Satisfied, he gave a small nod. “Keep this one.”
You chuckled. “Why?”
His gaze flickered to you. “Because your strokes are finally precise enough.”
(But really, you knew he just wanted to keep it for himself.)
Tengen Uzui & His Wives
Tengen prided himself on being flashy, confident, and above all, the most important person in your life. So when he casually glanced at your notebook and saw Tokito Muichiro’s name written more times than his, he audibly gasped.
“You’ve written Muichiro’s name more than mine?!” He clutched his chest dramatically, staggering back as if you had just personally wounded him. “How unbelievably unflashy!”
Before you could even respond, Makio stomped over and snatched the notebook from the table. “Hold on—why isn’t my name here at all?!”
Suma, already in tears, wailed, “Do you love Aoi more than me?!”
Hinatsuru, ever the voice of reason, simply chuckled and patted your shoulder. “You should probably write ours next, dear.”
You sighed in exasperation. “Guys, I haven’t even gotten to your names yet—”
“No excuses!” Tengen interrupted, flipping the notebook open to a blank page. He grabbed a brush and practically shoved it into your hand. “Right now. Write Uzui Tengen in the largest, flashiest script possible.”
Makio huffed. “Mine too. And make it just as big as his.”
Suma sniffled. “And—and mine with little hearts next to it—”
Hinatsuru smiled. “Oh, I wouldn’t mind a few elegant flourishes on mine.”
You groaned in defeat, but secretly, you were amused by how deeply invested they all were. And so, for the next hour, you meticulously wrote each of their names in the most extravagant calligraphy you could manage.
By the end of it, your hand was cramping, your ink supply was nearly depleted, and Tengen was holding up the notebook like a prized work of art.
“Now this is proper dedication!” he declared proudly.
Makio nodded in satisfaction. “Much better.”
Suma threw herself into your arms, sobbing dramatically. “I forgive youuuu!”
Hinatsuru just chuckled, kissing your cheek. “We really do appreciate it, sweetheart.”
You let out a tired laugh. “You guys are ridiculous.”
Tengen grinned, slinging an arm around your shoulder. “And yet, you love us anyway.”
And honestly? He wasn’t wrong.
Mitsuri Kanr oji
Mitsuri was delighted when she first saw you practicing Kanji. She thought it was so cute how dedicated you were, and she showered you with praise the moment she saw your notebook.
“Wow! You’re amazing, Y/N-chan! You’ve written so much!” she gushed, leaning over your shoulder with sparkling eyes.
You beamed at her enthusiasm. “I still have a long way to go, but I think I’m improving!”
She giggled. “Oh, I’m sure you are! Let’s see what you’ve been practicing—”
And then, she saw it.
Right there, in the middle of the page, over and over again, was Iguro Obanai.
Her expression didn’t immediately change, but you noticed the way her cheerful energy faltered just slightly.
“You’ve been practicing Iguro-san’s name a lot,” she murmured, her voice still sweet, but with the slightest hint of something… off.
You blinked, glancing at the page. “Oh! Yeah, he helped me with stroke order, so I used his name for a while.”
Mitsuri’s lips pursed, her usual pout appearing. “I see…”
You turned to look at her fully and immediately recognized the signs. The tiny pout. The slightly puffed cheeks. The way her fingers fidgeted with the hem of her sleeve.
Mitsuri Kanroji was pouting.
You chuckled, setting your brush down. “Mitsuri, are you jealous?”
Her eyes widened. “Wha—no! Of course not! I mean—” She fidgeted even more, her cheeks turning pink. “I just thought maybe you would’ve practiced with my name first, that’s all…”
Your heart melted at how adorable she was. You reached out, taking her hand. “Do you want me to write yours now?”
She perked up immediately. “Really?! You’d do that?!”
“Of course.” You flipped to a new page and carefully wrote Kanroji Mitsuri in the neatest script possible. Mitsuri watched with a lovestruck expression, swaying happily beside you.
And later, when she thought you weren’t looking, she carefully tore out the page and tucked it into her sleeve, pressing it to her chest with a dreamy sigh.
Muichiro Tokito
Muichiro was passing by when he caught sight of your notebook, his curiosity piqued when he saw all the careful Kanji written on the page.
“You’re practicing?” he asked, peering over your shoulder.
You nodded. “Yeah, I’ve been working on stroke order.”
Muichiro hummed, scanning the page absentmindedly. His mind tended to drift, but when his eyes landed on a particular name, something inside him snapped into focus.
Kyojuro Rengoku.
It was written multiple times, each character precise and elegant.
Muichiro stared at it, his usual sleepy expression unreadable. “You wrote Rengoku’s name a lot.”
You barely glanced up. “Oh, yeah. He helped me with balance techniques, so I practiced with his name for a while.”
Muichiro said nothing, but his presence suddenly felt much heavier. His usual cloud-like demeanor darkened slightly, and his teal eyes sharpened in a way that sent a shiver down your spine.
Then, he plucked the brush from your hand.
“…Write mine,” he said flatly.
You blinked at him. “Huh?”
“My name,” he repeated, his voice eerily calm. “Write it now.”
You gulped. Why did this suddenly feel like an order?
Without questioning further, you quickly flipped to a new page and began writing Tokito Muichiro as neatly as possible.
Muichiro’s intense stare never wavered. He watched each stroke carefully, nodding in silent approval as you filled the page. Once you were finished, he picked up the notebook, flipped back to the page with Rengoku’s name, and—
Tore it out.
You gawked at him. “Muichiro—”
“It’s fine,” he said, slipping the paper into his sleeve as if nothing had happened. “You don’t need this anymore.”
And with that, he wandered off, looking completely unbothered.
Meanwhile, you sat there, gaping at the missing page.
Did… did Muichiro just erase Kyojuro from your practice records???
Kanao Tsuyuri
Kanao had been quietly observing your progress, always fascinated by how determined you were to learn. She admired your dedication, though she never voiced it aloud.
One day, as she passed by, she saw you practicing again and leaned in curiously.
You were so focused that you didn’t notice her at first. But when she suddenly spoke, you nearly jumped.
“You’ve written Aoi’s name a lot,” she murmured.
You looked at the page. Indeed, Aoi’s name was scribbled multiple times.
“Oh, yeah! She helped me a lot, so I used her name for practice,” you explained.
Kanao stared at the page, then at you. There was no immediate shift in her expression, but something about the way she clutched her coin told you she was thinking.
After a few moments, she held out her hand. “Write mine.”
You smiled, flipping to a fresh page. “Of course.”
As you wrote Tsuyuri Kanao over and over, she watched with the slightest glimmer of satisfaction in her violet eyes. And once you were done, she took the page for herself, slipping it into her sleeve without a word.
Aoi Kanzaki
Aoi sighed when she saw your notebook, hands on her hips. “You’re still practicing? Don’t overwork yourself.”
You chuckled. “I’m okay. I want to get better.”
She peered over your shoulder—and then, her eye twitched.
Because right there, in painstakingly neat handwriting, was Shinobu Kocho.
Multiple times.
Aoi immediately narrowed her eyes. “Why is Kocho’s name written so much?”
You blinked, confused by her sudden shift. “Huh? Oh, she helped me a lot, so I practiced with her name.”
Aoi huffed, crossing her arms. “I see…”
Her usual sharp tone masked her emotions well, but you knew better. You smirked. “You’re jealous.”
“Wha—I am not!” She turned away, cheeks turning pink. “It’s just… If you’re practicing, you should’ve used mine first!”
You couldn’t help but laugh, flipping to a fresh page. “Alright, alright. Aoi Kanzaki, coming up.”
As you wrote her name, she muttered something under her breath—but you caught it.
“…Make it better than Kocho’s.”
Gyomei Himejima
Gyomei had been quietly observing your progress for a while, always patient and supportive.
One day, he approached you as you practiced and knelt beside you. “You are doing well, Y/N.”
You smiled. “Thank you, Gyomei-san.”
Then, he felt your notebook, his large hands tracing over the pages. “May I?”
You handed it to him, and he carefully flipped through the pages, his blind eyes scanning the indentations of ink.
After a moment, he sighed deeply. “…You have written many names.”
You tilted your head. “Yes?”
His lips pressed together. “But mine is not here.”
Your eyes widened. Oh no.
He exhaled, his massive shoulders sagging slightly. “Am I… not important to you?”
Panicked, you immediately grabbed your brush and filled an entire page with Himejima Gyomei, each stroke filled with pure dedication.
Gyomei felt the fresh ink and nodded solemnly.
“…I will keep this safe,” he murmured, tucking it inside his robes.
(You were pretty sure he was smiling.)

Hi! I'm back with a little request 😊 So it's a day when things get a little peaceful, no demons wreaking havoc and everyone can breathe more easily, y/n and their s/o (the Hashira (Tengen + his wives), Kanao, Aoi) play hide and seek because why not. This time, y/n goes into hiding and their s/o will seek them out. Interestingly, y/n is able to conceal their presence, like stilling their breath and heartbeat, staying scentless, etc. thus making them nonexistent in order to stay hidden better. Both y/n and their s/o are determined to win.
I imagine that it'd turn into a spooky prey/predator situation at some point because it's yandere. But in the end, it's all fun and games and they all enjoy every second of it. Nothing beats getting adrenaline and a little fear of getting caught in a good way like that. Like, if y/n is found, they will squeak and laugh out loud instead of getting scared. Fluffy yandere is pretty nice 😆
As always, take your time and have a nice day!
Hello! I hope you enjoy this scenario! I’m trying a new font lemme know what yall think! Anyways enjoy this is lagging very badly😭
Tumblr media
You stood in the clearing with a grin, watching as your s/o and their group prepared to hunt you down. Little did they know, you had an advantage—your ability to completely conceal yourself. You could still your breath, quiet your heartbeat, and make yourself undetectable. This wasn’t just a game of hide-and-seek. It was a hunt.
Tengen Uzui & His Wives
The second the game started, Tengen smirked. “Alright, everyone,” he declared, “we’re not letting them win. Spread out and find them. I don’t care how good they are at hiding—this is a challenge, and the God of Festivals doesn’t lose challenges.”
Makio rolled her eyes, but there was a competitive glint there, too. “They’re not going to make it easy, you know.”
Suma, meanwhile, was already looking nervous. “What if we don’t find them? What if they’re too good? What if—”
“Suma, stop worrying!” Makio cut her off, exasperated but fond. “They’re hiding, not disappearing forever.”
Hinatsuru gave a soft laugh, already walking off with a sharp, calculated gaze. “Let’s just see who finds them first, alright?”
Tengen took a different approach. He moved with surprising grace for someone his size, scanning for clues while calling out, “You can’t hide forever, you know. You might be good, but I’m better!”
Despite his bravado, he couldn’t shake the thrill. You were nowhere to be seen, and even he had to admit he was impressed. His heartbeat quickened—not from fear, but from the excitement of the chase.
Hinatsuru, ever the strategist, noticed subtle disturbances in the area: a blade of grass bent unnaturally, a faint shift in the air. She followed these hints quietly, her soft footfalls barely disturbing the ground.
Makio was more direct, poking into hiding spots and grumbling when she came up empty-handed. Suma, meanwhile, was struggling to stay focused, muttering nervously as she searched.
When Tengen finally spotted the faintest hint of your silhouette, his grin widened. He crept closer, his movements eerily quiet, until he pounced with a triumphant, “Got you!”
Your squeak of surprise quickly turned into laughter, echoing through the clearing. His wives joined in moments later, Suma tackling you with a relieved hug while Makio teased you for hiding so well. Hinatsuru just smiled, her soft laugh adding to the joy.
Tengen ruffled your hair, his eyes gleaming. “You almost had me there. Almost. But no one hides from the God of Festivals for long.”
Kanao Tsuyuri
Kanao tilted her head slightly as she watched you run off. The rules were clear: she’d find you, no matter how long it took. Her quiet determination was almost unsettling—there was no trace of hesitation in her movements.
As she started searching, her sharp eyes took in every detail. A broken twig, a faint impression in the dirt—she cataloged everything silently, her focus unwavering. You were good at hiding, she realized, far better than she had anticipated.
The longer the game went on, the more her heart raced. It wasn’t fear, exactly, but an unfamiliar mix of emotions. You were out there, somewhere, and she needed to find you. The thought of you staying hidden too long stirred something possessive in her—she didn’t like the idea of losing sight of you, even in a game.
When she finally caught sight of you—a faint movement, just enough to give you away—she moved like a shadow, silent and swift.
“Found you,” she said softly, her voice steady despite the adrenaline coursing through her.
You jumped, a surprised laugh escaping as you turned to face her. “How did you—”
Kanao didn’t answer, her lips curving into a small, satisfied smile. She didn’t let you go immediately, lingering close as if to make sure you wouldn’t vanish again.
Aoi Kanzaki
“I can’t believe I agreed to this,” Aoi muttered, already scanning the area. She wasn’t as outwardly excited as the others, but the competitive spark in her eyes was unmistakable.
You’d been clever, vanishing without a trace, and Aoi found herself grudgingly impressed. Still, she wasn’t about to let you win. “You think you’re so sneaky,” she murmured, poking around hiding spots. “But I’ll find you.”
She moved with surprising stealth, her sharp eyes catching even the smallest details. The longer you stayed hidden, the more determined she became.
When she finally spotted you—thanks to a faint sound or a barely noticeable shift—her triumph was palpable. “There you are!” she exclaimed, grabbing your wrist as you squealed in surprise.
You couldn’t stop laughing, and though Aoi tried to maintain her usual stern demeanor, a smile tugged at her lips. “Don’t think you’ll win next time,” she said, her tone teasing despite the blush creeping up her cheeks.
Obanai Iguro
The game started with a calm but intense air between you and Obanai. His mismatched eyes narrowed as he watched you disappear into the trees. Kaburamaru, his ever-present companion, flicked his tongue as though sensing your trail.
“You can run and hide all you want, but I’ll find you,” Obanai murmured to himself, his voice carrying a soft, dangerous edge.
Once the countdown was over, he moved swiftly, blending into the shadows like a predator stalking prey. His footsteps were silent, his movements calculated. Obanai didn’t bother calling your name or announcing his presence—he wanted to catch you unaware.
Your ability to completely still your breath, heartbeat, and presence impressed him. He paused, crouching low to examine the forest floor. You’d left no obvious clues, but Obanai had the patience of a hunter. He scanned for subtle signs: disturbed leaves, a bent blade of grass, or a faint scent in the wind.
Every second that passed without finding you made his possessive side stir. The idea of you staying hidden for too long, away from his sight, gnawed at him. You were his, after all, and no game would change that.
Finally, Kaburamaru flicked his tongue in the direction of a dense cluster of bushes. Obanai approached silently, his eyes narrowing as he spotted the faintest movement—a tiny shift that betrayed your hiding spot.
“There you are,” he whispered, stepping into view with eerie precision.
You gasped in surprise, a laugh escaping your lips as he closed the distance between you. “How did you find me so fast?”
His lips curved into a faint smile as he crouched beside you. “You can’t hide from me, Y/N. No one can.” His tone was soft, but there was a possessive undertone that made your heart race.
Kaburamaru coiled down from his shoulder, flicking his tongue in approval as Obanai reached out to gently tug you closer. “You’re mine,” he said quietly, his eyes locking onto yours. “Even in a game like this, I’ll never let you out of my reach.”
Though his words carried a weighty intensity, the moment was softened by the warmth in his gaze. When you laughed again, Obanai’s shoulders relaxed slightly, and he allowed himself a small chuckle. The hunt was over, and you were exactly where he wanted you—by his side.
Mitsuri Kanroji
Mitsuri practically bounced with excitement as you ran off to hide. Her braided hair swayed behind her, and her bright eyes sparkled with enthusiasm. “Okay, Y/N, ready or not, here I come!” she called cheerfully after the countdown ended.
Mitsuri’s approach to hide-and-seek was filled with energy and joy. She darted through the forest, her movements swift but not entirely quiet. She didn’t care about being stealthy—she was too excited to find you.
“Oh, Y/N!” she sang out, scanning the trees with a grin. “You’re so good at hiding, but I’m going to find you!”
She paused every so often, tilting her head to listen for any sound. When nothing came, she let out an exaggerated gasp. “You’re so sneaky!”
Despite her bubbly nature, Mitsuri’s sharp instincts couldn’t be underestimated. She noticed a faint shift in the leaves, a tiny disturbance that might have been from your movements. Her heart raced with excitement as she followed the faint trail.
As she got closer, her smile widened. She spotted a small gap in the bushes where you might be hiding. Trying to be quiet—though her giddy energy made it hard—she crept forward before jumping out with a delighted cry.
“Found you!”
You yelped in surprise, your laugh ringing through the forest as Mitsuri practically tackled you in a hug. “Oh, Y/N, you’re so clever! I almost didn’t find you!”
Her arms tightened around you as she nuzzled into your shoulder, her cheeks flushed from both the chase and her overwhelming affection. “You’re so amazing, you know that? I could play this game with you forever!”
Even as her excitement calmed, her grip on you remained firm. There was something in her gaze—a mix of adoration and possessiveness. She wasn’t letting you go anytime soon, even if the game was over.
“I love spending time like this with you,” she said softly, her voice brimming with emotion. “You make my heart race in the best way. Let’s play again soon, okay?”
Her smile was so radiant, it was impossible to say no. Even if she had a competitive streak and an intense desire to keep you close, her love was so warm and genuine that it filled you with joy.
Giyu Tomioka
Giyu wasn’t entirely sure why he agreed to play. Perhaps it was the way you smiled at him, or maybe he wanted to spend a quiet moment with you—even if the activity itself didn’t suit his reserved nature. Either way, he stood silently as you darted into the trees to hide.
When the countdown ended, Giyu began moving. His steps were deliberate and silent, his sharp eyes scanning the forest. He didn’t rush. Giyu had always been patient, and this was no exception.
As he searched, he appreciated your skill. You’d stilled your presence so effectively that he couldn’t hear your heartbeat or sense your breathing. A faint feeling of worry began to creep in. What if you were so good at hiding that he couldn’t find you at all?
Shaking off the thought, Giyu focused harder. He noticed a subtle detail—a small scuff mark on the bark of a tree. It wasn’t much, but it was enough. He followed the clue with quiet determination, his heart beating just a little faster with every step.
When he finally spotted the faintest glimpse of your figure through the dense foliage, he stopped, his lips twitching into the barest hint of a smile.
“You’re good,” he said softly, stepping into view.
You jumped slightly before laughing, your smile lighting up the space between you. “How did you find me, Giyu?”
“I had to,” he replied simply, his gaze softening. “You’re important to me.”
Though his words were understated, the way he lingered, his eyes fixed on you, spoke volumes. Giyu didn’t like the idea of you being out of his reach, even for a game. Still, seeing you so happy made the hunt worth it.
“Next time,” he said, his voice quiet but firm, “I’ll find you even faster.”
Sanemi Shinazugawa
Sanemi smirked as he watched you run off into the forest. “Think you can hide from me, huh?” he called after you, his tone equal parts playful and challenging. “Good luck with that!”
When the countdown ended, he cracked his knuckles, his sharp eyes scanning the area. Sanemi treated the game less like a friendly activity and more like a competition. He had to win—not just because he was competitive, but because the idea of anyone else finding you first made his blood boil.
His approach was loud at first, deliberately crunching twigs underfoot and calling out taunts. “You can’t hide forever, Y/N! I’ll find you!” But as the minutes passed and you remained undetected, his tone shifted.
The forest grew quieter as he started moving more carefully, his voice lowering to a growl. “You’re good, I’ll give you that. But not good enough to outsmart me.”
Sanemi’s heightened senses kicked in, and he caught the faintest hint of movement—a disturbance in the underbrush that was almost imperceptible. His smirk returned as he moved swiftly and silently toward the source.
When he finally caught you crouched behind a fallen log, he lunged forward with lightning speed, grabbing you before you could react. “Gotcha!”
You let out a surprised yelp before dissolving into laughter. “Sanemi! You scared me!”
“Damn right I did,” he said, his grin wicked but his grip gentle. “That’s what you get for thinking you could hide from me.”
Despite his tough exterior, Sanemi’s expression softened as he looked at you. He brushed a stray leaf from your hair, his thumb lingering against your cheek. “Don’t think I’ll let anyone else catch you, even in a stupid game like this,” he muttered, his voice low.
Kyojuro Rengoku
Rengoku’s booming laugh filled the clearing as you disappeared into the forest. “What a splendid idea for a game!” he declared, clapping his hands together. “Hide as well as you can, Y/N—I’ll make sure to find you!”
When the countdown ended, he moved with boundless energy, his bright eyes scanning the area. Though Rengoku was known for his strength and intensity, there was a warmth to his search that made it clear he was enjoying every moment.
“Y/N!” he called out cheerfully, his voice carrying through the trees. “You’re quite skilled at hiding, but I’ll find you all the same!”
He noticed small details as he searched—the way the grass bent slightly in one direction, or how a few leaves seemed to have been displaced. Rengoku followed these clues with unshakable confidence, his grin widening with every step closer to your hiding spot.
When he finally found you, tucked behind a cluster of bushes, his eyes lit up with triumph. “Ah-ha! Found you, my dear Y/N!”
You burst into laughter as Rengoku reached down to pull you to your feet. “How did you find me so fast?” you asked, still giggling.
He laughed heartily, the sound warm and infectious. “Your hiding skills are exceptional, but nothing can escape my determination!”
Rengoku’s hand lingered on yours as he looked at you with unmistakable affection. “You make even the simplest games so exhilarating,” he said earnestly. “Let’s play again soon—I could chase after you forever.”
Though his words were playful, there was a depth to his tone that made your cheeks flush. Being near Rengoku always felt like standing in the sun, and his joy was so genuine that you couldn’t help but smile back.
Here’s how the hide-and-seek game unfolds with Gyomei Himejima, Muichiro Tokito, and Shinobu Kocho, with their unique approaches and personalities shining through:
Gyomei Himejima
Gyomei knelt on the ground, his prayer beads in hand as you disappeared into the forest. Despite his massive frame, there was an air of serenity about him, his closed eyes giving nothing away.
“Hide well, Y/N,” he said softly, his deep voice carrying across the clearing. “But know this—I will find you.”
When the countdown ended, Gyomei rose gracefully, his towering form moving with surprising quietness. Though blind, his heightened senses allowed him to perceive the world in ways others couldn’t. He listened for subtle shifts in the air, the faintest rustle of leaves, and even the rhythm of your heartbeat—though you had expertly stilled it to make yourself undetectable.
“You’ve trained yourself well,” Gyomei murmured, a faint smile tugging at his lips. “But even the quietest soul cannot escape the truth of their existence.”
As he walked, his presence was both calming and formidable, like a mountain moving through the forest. He paused suddenly, tilting his head slightly as he sensed a faint disturbance nearby. The shift in energy was almost imperceptible, but Gyomei honed in on it with unwavering precision.
He stopped just outside your hiding spot, his voice soft but resolute. “You’re here, aren’t you, Y/N?”
When you didn’t respond, he extended a hand, his gentle movements betraying the strength behind them. “I’ve found you.”
You couldn’t hold back a laugh as you stepped out of hiding. “How did you know?”
Gyomei’s smile was kind, his expression serene. “The world speaks to those who listen,” he said simply, his large hand resting lightly on your shoulder. “You are a part of that world, and I will always find you within it.”
Though his words were calm, there was an unspoken intensity in them—a promise that no matter where you went, Gyomei would always be there to protect you.
Muichiro Tokito
Muichiro barely reacted when you told him about the game, his usual distant expression in place. “Hide-and-seek? Alright,” he said with a shrug, though a faint glimmer of curiosity sparkled in his eyes.
When you disappeared into the forest, he stood still for a moment, gazing at the trees with an almost dreamy detachment. But as soon as the countdown ended, his demeanor shifted.
Muichiro moved through the forest with a fluid grace, his mind sharp despite his aloof appearance. He didn’t waste time calling out or making noise—his focus was entirely on finding you.
Your ability to conceal your presence intrigued him. Most people left traces without realizing it, but you were different. For a brief moment, Muichiro hesitated, wondering if he’d underestimated you.
Then, a faint detail caught his attention—a single leaf slightly out of place. His sharp mind pieced it together instantly, and he moved silently toward the source.
When he finally spotted you crouched behind a tree, he didn’t make a sound. Instead, he appeared suddenly beside you, his voice calm but tinged with amusement. “You’re good at this.”
You jumped slightly, laughing at how silently he had approached. “How did you get here so fast?”
Muichiro tilted his head, his expression unreadable. “I don’t waste time,” he said simply. “But you made it challenging. I liked that.”
Though his tone was calm, there was a flicker of possessiveness in his gaze. “Next time, don’t stay hidden so long,” he added, his words soft but carrying a subtle edge. “I don’t like it when you’re too far away.”
Shinobu Kocho
Shinobu’s violet eyes sparkled with amusement as you explained the rules of the game. “Oh, how fun! I’ve been looking forward to this,” she said with a sweet smile. “Go ahead and hide, Y/N. I’ll be sure to find you.”
When the countdown ended, Shinobu moved through the forest with a dancer’s grace, her every step light and purposeful. She hummed softly to herself, the sound both playful and unsettling.
“Oh, Y/N~” she called out in a singsong voice. “Where could you be hiding?”
Despite her cheerful tone, Shinobu’s sharp mind was fully engaged. She noticed the smallest details—a broken twig, a faint disturbance in the dirt—and followed them like a predator stalking its prey.
“You’re quite clever,” she murmured to herself, her smile never faltering. “But I wonder…how long can you stay hidden?”
Shinobu’s voice carried through the forest, and though it sounded sweet, there was an undercurrent of something more. “You know, Y/N, I don’t mind a good challenge. In fact, I enjoy it. But if you stay hidden too long, I might start to worry.”
Finally, she spotted you, your figure barely visible behind a thick cluster of bushes. Instead of rushing forward, she circled around silently, appearing behind you with an almost eerie swiftness.
“Got you~” she whispered, her voice right next to your ear.
You yelped in surprise before bursting into laughter. “Shinobu! That was scary!”
Her smile widened, her eyes glinting mischievously. “Oh, was it? I didn’t mean to frighten you.” She tilted her head, her gaze softening slightly. “You’re very good at this game, Y/N. But no matter how well you hide, I’ll always find you.”
Though her words were light, there was a lingering intensity to them—a reminder that Shinobu’s affection ran far deeper than her gentle demeanor suggested.

Note
I have another request for you. Yandere hashira plus kanao Aoi and the wives with a reader who’s like howl from howls moving castle in that they’re magical and have a moving castle alongside being very whiny. Please And thank you, also sorry if I’ve been requesting you too much.
Here’s your request and I hope you enjoy it!
Tumblr media
Giyu Tomioka
Giyu doesn’t fully understand your magic, but that doesn’t stop him from being captivated by you. Your moving castle is a wonder to him, though he doesn’t dare to say so aloud. When you flop dramatically onto a couch, sighing, “I can’t believe the world is so cruel to someone as beautiful as me,” Giyu quietly sits nearby, glancing at you with concern.
He’s not great at words, so he shows his obsession in other ways—fixing small broken parts of the castle, silently leaving gifts, or standing watch outside for hours to ensure no one intrudes. While he’d never say it, Giyu enjoys your melodramatic side. It makes you seem approachable, even if he still struggles to respond to your over-the-top moments. If you ever cry or get truly upset, Giyu would stay by your side silently, unable to handle the thought of you being unhappy.
His yandere tendencies manifest in his quiet protectiveness. You may not notice it at first, but Giyu subtly ensures no one else gets too close to you. Anyone trying to enter your moving castle without his approval is silently dealt with.
Sanemi Shinazugawa
Sanemi finds your dramatic behavior both infuriating and endearing. He constantly scolds you, yelling things like, “Quit whining about your hair! It looks fine!” whenever you launch into a tirade about how your beauty has been ruined by a rogue spell. But underneath his bluster is a fierce protectiveness.
He’s obsessed with keeping your castle—and by extension, you—safe. He’s always patrolling its perimeter or barking at others to stay away. If anyone dares to criticize your theatrics, Sanemi is the first to snap, threatening them with his blade. Deep down, he secretly loves your complaining because it gives him an excuse to step in and “fix” things for you, whether you actually need him to or not.
His yandere tendencies are loud and aggressive. Sanemi doesn’t shy away from making his obsession known, often chasing off potential rivals with threats or outright violence.
Kyojuro Rengoku
Kyojuro is utterly enchanted by you. Your magical nature and flamboyant personality are like a magnet for his boundless enthusiasm. Whenever you collapse in despair, saying something like, “This is the worst day of my life! My outfit is ruined!” Kyojuro springs into action, loudly proclaiming, “Fear not! I shall bring you the finest silks and garments to replace it!”
He sees your moving castle as a place of wonder and excitement, always eager to explore its many magical rooms. Kyojuro’s protective instincts go into overdrive whenever someone approaches the castle uninvited. He views your melodramatic outbursts as a sign of how special you are, and he cherishes the opportunity to be the one to cheer you up.
His yandere tendencies are fiery but warm, manifesting as over-the-top devotion. He doesn’t realize how suffocating his constant presence might be; he just wants to ensure you’re happy and safe.
Gyomei Himejima
Gyomei treats you like a fragile work of art. Your whiny personality only amplifies his desire to care for you. When you lament, “I can’t go on! My magic is failing, and I’m utterly helpless!” he gently reassures you with his calming presence, saying, “I will take care of everything. You have nothing to fear.”
Gyomei is fascinated by your moving castle but views it as a dangerous place where others might try to reach you. He often meditates outside its doors, silently guarding against intruders. His yandere tendencies are quiet but intense—he will do anything to keep you safe, even if it means isolating you from the outside world.
Muichiro Tokito
Muichiro is drawn to the magical nature of your moving castle, often losing himself in its shifting rooms and enchanted mechanisms. He doesn’t mind your whining; in fact, he finds it strangely comforting. When you pout, “Why must everything be so difficult?!” Muichiro tilts his head and calmly offers to help, his voice monotone but sincere.
He has a quiet, obsessive streak that grows the more time he spends with you. Muichiro doesn’t fully understand why he feels the need to keep others away from your castle, but his possessiveness manifests in subtle ways. He’ll quietly sabotage anyone who tries to get too close or linger too long.
Mitsuri Kanroji
Mitsuri absolutely adores you, quirks and all. Your dramatic outbursts make her heart flutter, and she’s always ready to cheer you up. When you sigh, “I’m doomed! My life is ruined!” Mitsuri clings to you, gushing, “You’re the most amazing person ever! Don’t say such sad things!”
She’s completely smitten with your magical abilities, often following you around your castle and marveling at everything you do. Mitsuri’s yandere tendencies come from her overwhelming love—she wants to be the only one who can make you smile and will fiercely protect you from anyone she sees as a threat to your happiness.
Shinobu Kocho
Shinobu finds your dramatics amusing and uses them as an excuse to keep you reliant on her. “Oh dear, you poor thing,” she says with a sweet smile when you complain about a spell gone wrong. She loves solving your problems, but only after you’ve had a good moment to stew in your misery—just long enough to remind you how much you need her.
Her obsession manifests in subtle manipulation. Shinobu ensures you depend on her for everything, from calming your magical mishaps to managing the upkeep of your castle. Anyone who tries to interfere with her role in your life is dealt with quietly but effectively.
Tengen Uzui and His Wives
• Tengen loves your dramatic personality, often joining in with his own flamboyant flair. When you throw yourself onto a chaise lounge, moaning about how “My beauty is fading!” Tengen dramatically retorts, “Nonsense! No one is more glamorous than you and me!” He sees your moving castle as a stage for his own performances and thrives in the chaos.
• Suma is your emotional twin, crying alongside you whenever something goes wrong. “You’re right! Life is so unfair!” she sobs, holding onto you for comfort.
• Makio acts annoyed but secretly loves your antics. “Get a grip already!” she yells, though she’s always the first to chase off anyone who bothers you.
• Hinatsuru is calm and nurturing, always ready with a solution to your problems. She quietly encourages your dependence on her, ensuring you see her as indispensable.
Together, they make a fearsome and obsessive group, each vying for your attention in their own way while ensuring your moving castle remains a fortress no one else can breach.
Aoi Kanzaki
Aoi pretends to be irritated by your antics, sighing loudly whenever you start complaining. But deep down, she loves taking care of you. When you groan, “I can’t possibly deal with this today!” she huffs, “Fine, I’ll handle it. Just sit there and don’t make it worse.”
She’s fiercely protective of your castle, often taking over its kitchen and ensuring you’re well-fed and cared for. Her yandere tendencies are quiet but intense—she won’t hesitate to chase off anyone who tries to interfere with your life.
Kanao Tsuyuri
Kanao is utterly captivated by you and your magical world. She follows you silently, her fixation growing with every passing day. Whenever you whine, “Why can’t things ever go my way?” she silently offers you flowers or helps with your chores, desperate for your approval.
Her yandere tendencies are subtle but dangerous. She quietly ensures no one else can get close to you, hiding in your castle and sabotaging any rivals before they become a threat.
Obanai Iguro
Obanai is deeply intrigued and simultaneously wary of your moving castle. At first, he sees it as a threat—a dangerous, unpredictable force that could take you away from him at any moment. However, as he learns more about its intricacies, he becomes obsessed with it, viewing it as a representation of your brilliance and mystery.
Obanai patrols the exterior relentlessly, ensuring no one unworthy enters. Kaburamaru often slithers ahead to scout the castle’s shifting rooms, reporting back to Obanai in his own way. Obanai doesn’t trust the magic entirely and makes it his personal mission to understand every corner of the castle, believing that controlling it means controlling your safety.
Inside, he’s uneasy with how vast and ever-changing the castle is, as it feels like it could hide secrets from him. He tends to linger in the spaces you frequent most, always staying close but just out of your direct line of sight. He’s particularly drawn to watching you use your magic, mesmerized by the way you command the castle’s mechanisms.
When you whine about the castle misbehaving—“Why does the door always send me to the wrong place?!”—Obanai calmly steps in. “You shouldn’t rely so much on something so fickle. Let me handle it for you.” He doesn’t say it aloud, but he secretly loves when the castle frustrates you because it gives him the chance to step in and “fix” things.
How would they react to their darlings castle
Giyu Tomioka
Giyu is quietly in awe of your moving castle but doesn’t openly express it. He spends hours observing it from a distance, mesmerized by the intricate gears and magical mechanisms. Though he doesn’t fully understand its magic, he respects its connection to you. He’s fiercely protective of the castle, often standing guard at its entrance to ward off potential intruders.
Inside, Giyu feels overwhelmed by its endless, shifting rooms. He tends to linger in quieter spaces, where he can watch you work your magic. He loves the castle because it’s your sanctuary, but he secretly despises how it allows you the freedom to move wherever you please, making it harder for him to keep track of you.
Yandere Move: Giyu might subtly manipulate the door’s magical settings to ensure the castle only travels to places where he can protect you.
Sanemi Shinazugawa
Sanemi initially complains about the moving castle, calling it “a deathtrap” or “ridiculous nonsense,” but he’s secretly impressed by its complexity. He’s incredibly possessive of the castle and sees it as a fortress that he must defend at all costs. He patrols the exterior constantly, glaring at anyone who dares approach.
Inside, Sanemi finds the ever-changing layout frustrating. He’s the type to yell, “Why the hell does this hallway lead to a bathroom now?!” Yet, he loves how unique it is because it’s yours. He doesn’t trust anyone else inside the castle and will go as far as to physically drag out visitors he doesn’t like.
Yandere Move: Sanemi might try to limit access to the castle, breaking the door’s mechanisms so that only he can control where it travels.
Kyojuro Rengoku
Kyojuro is utterly captivated by the moving castle and treats it as a living testament to your brilliance. He’s the type to loudly declare, “What a magnificent creation! It is as unique and splendid as you are!” He’s fascinated by its magical design and spends hours exploring every nook and cranny, marveling at its shifting structure.
Rengoku views the castle as a symbol of your incredible potential, which makes him even more devoted to protecting you. He wants to help maintain it, constantly offering to assist with repairs or upgrades. However, he gets jealous of how easily the castle can take you away from him.
Yandere Move: Rengoku might secretly sabotage the castle’s magical door to ensure it always leads back to him, no matter where you try to go.
Gyomei Himejima
Gyomei views the moving castle as a sacred and wondrous place. He admires its craftsmanship and sees it as an extension of your soul. Gyomei is deeply protective of the castle, often praying for its safety and ensuring that no harm comes to it.
He appreciates the serenity of certain rooms within the castle, often meditating in quiet spaces while keeping an ear out for any signs of trouble. However, Gyomei also worries about how much freedom the castle gives you, fearing that it might lead you into danger.
Yandere Move: Gyomei would use his strength to seal off parts of the castle or block the door entirely, claiming it’s for your safety.
Muichiro Tokito
Muichiro finds the moving castle endlessly fascinating. He’s captivated by its shifting rooms and magical mechanisms, often wandering aimlessly through its corridors, lost in thought. To him, the castle feels like a dream made real, and he associates it entirely with you.
Muichiro’s possessiveness grows as he spends more time in the castle. He starts to see it as his home as much as yours and subtly begins rearranging things to suit his preferences. He doesn’t care if the layout confuses others; he loves the fact that only you and he seem to truly understand it.
Yandere Move: Muichiro might enchant certain rooms to lead only to him, ensuring you’ll always end up by his side, no matter where you go.
Mitsuri Kanroji
Mitsuri is completely enchanted by your moving castle, gushing about how magical and romantic it is. “It’s like something out of a fairy tale!” she exclaims, her eyes sparkling with wonder. She loves exploring its rooms, marveling at the whimsical details and magical touches that reflect your personality.
Mitsuri views the castle as a perfect symbol of your love story—she even dreams of living there with you forever. However, her obsession with the castle and its connection to you makes her fiercely protective. She gets visibly upset if anyone else enters the castle without her approval.
Yandere Move: Mitsuri might start decorating the castle with items that remind you of her, subtly marking the space as hers.
Shinobu Kocho
Shinobu is deeply intrigued by the moving castle and its magic. She spends hours studying its mechanisms, hoping to understand how it works. While she admires its brilliance, she also sees it as a potential threat—it allows you too much freedom, and she doesn’t like the idea of you wandering off without her knowledge.
Inside the castle, Shinobu maintains a calm demeanor but subtly asserts control. She “helps” you by organizing your magical tools and ingredients, all while making sure certain parts of the castle are inaccessible to others.
Yandere Move: Shinobu might create potions to alter the castle’s magic, ensuring it only responds to her or prevents you from traveling too far.
Tengen Uzui and His Wives
• Tengen is immediately enamored with the castle’s grandeur, declaring it “flamboyant!” He loves the idea of living in such a unique and magical space, especially since it matches his larger-than-life personality. However, Tengen quickly becomes possessive, insisting that he should be the one to help maintain and control it.
• Suma is easily overwhelmed by the castle’s size and shifting rooms, often getting lost and clinging to you for comfort. She adores the magic but is nervous about the freedom it gives you to leave.
• Makio pretends to be unimpressed by the castle but secretly loves it. She sees it as a fortress to protect you from the outside world and takes it upon herself to monitor who enters and exits.
• Hinatsuru appreciates the castle’s magic and quietly ensures it’s always running smoothly. She’s the calmest of the three and subtly manipulates the castle’s layout to ensure it feels like home for all of you.
Yandere Move: The group might conspire to enchant the castle so it only moves to places they approve of, ensuring they always know where you are.
Aoi Kanzaki
Aoi is both impressed and annoyed by your moving castle. She mutters things like, “Does everything about you have to be so over the top?” while secretly admiring its magical beauty. She takes it upon herself to manage the castle’s daily operations, especially the kitchen, and becomes increasingly territorial over her role.
Though she pretends to dislike the castle’s constant movement, Aoi grows attached to it because it symbolizes your bond. She starts to view herself as its unofficial caretaker and resents anyone else who tries to take over her duties.
Yandere Move: Aoi might sabotage the castle’s mechanisms so it relies on her to function properly.
Kanao Tsuyuri
Kanao is utterly fascinated by the moving castle and spends hours exploring its shifting rooms. She often follows you silently, observing how you interact with the castle’s magic. To her, the castle is a reflection of your brilliance and uniqueness, which only deepens her obsession.
She becomes possessive of the castle, seeing it as a sacred space meant for you and her alone. Kanao quietly ensures that no one else lingers too long, often rearranging things or subtly leading others out of the castle.
Yandere Move: Kanao might enchant certain rooms to lead people in circles, ensuring no one can find you except for her.
Obanai Iguro
Obanai is both in awe and highly suspicious of your moving castle at first. The constantly shifting gears, magical doorways, and enchanted interior put him on edge, as he sees them as potential risks to your safety. He’s hyper-vigilant about inspecting every corner of the castle, looking for vulnerabilities or threats. “This place is too open. Anyone could use your magic against you,” he’d mutter, his tone laced with quiet concern.
Over time, Obanai grows possessive of the castle, viewing it as an extension of you. He spends countless hours patrolling its exterior and testing the magical door’s destinations to ensure no one unwanted can enter. If anyone tries to sneak in or harm the castle, he’ll handle them swiftly, ensuring your home—and by extension, your life—remains undisturbed.
Inside the castle, Obanai tends to stick close to you, often lurking in the shadows and watching as you work your magic. Kaburamaru, his snake, is also mesmerized by the castle’s mechanisms, often winding around gears or perching on your shoulder as you enchant various rooms.
Yandere move: Obanai knows the magical door is one of the most important parts of your castle, allowing you to travel anywhere and interact with the outside world. He would quietly alter the mechanisms behind it, redirecting its destinations to only safe, isolated places he approves of. If someone tries to use the door to reach you, they’ll find themselves transported to a desolate area far from your castle—or trapped in a dangerous location where they’re unlikely to return.

Kyojuro Rengoku (Flame Hashira)
Kyojuro had always been observant, but the night he stumbled upon your true form in the quiet woods, his usual exuberance was replaced by a rare, stunned silence. The soft glow of the moonlight illuminated your fox ears and tail, your once-hidden presence radiating a mystical aura that left him momentarily speechless.
“Incredible!” he finally exclaimed, his voice booming in the otherwise still night. He took a step closer, his wide eyes brimming with both awe and something deeper, more intense. “You’re a kitsune? Why would you ever hide such a radiant truth?”
Though his admiration seemed innocent at first, his behavior soon shifted. Kyojuro became obsessed with ensuring your “safety.” He insisted on being with you at all times, claiming that as someone so extraordinary, you were bound to attract unwanted attention.
“You carry an unmatched brilliance,” he declared one evening, his hand lingering on your shoulder. “Someone as unique as you must be cherished and protected. No harm will ever come to you under my watch.”
His enthusiasm for protecting you became overwhelming. He’d appear wherever you went, his fiery gaze scanning your surroundings for threats that weren’t there. Despite his smiles and kind words, his intense devotion felt like a cage tightening around you.
Sanemi Shinazugawa (Wind Hashira)
The discovery of your kitsune form unleashed Sanemi’s volatile temper. His sword was drawn before you could even explain, the moonlight reflecting off its sharp edge as he barked, “What kind of sick joke is this? Are you some demon in disguise?”
You quickly raised your hands in a gesture of surrender, your voice trembling as you insisted you were no demon. For a while, he didn’t trust you. His sharp eyes watched your every move with suspicion, his anger simmering just beneath the surface.
However, as days passed, Sanemi’s distrust turned into something far more unnerving. His fascination with you grew, and he began to hover around you, finding reasons to join your missions or drag you away from others.
One day, as another Kakushi playfully teased you about your fox tail, Sanemi appeared out of nowhere, shoving them aside. “Touch them again, and I’ll make sure you lose that hand,” he growled, his tone dripping with venom.
When you confronted him, his expression softened, but only slightly. “You don’t get it, do you?” he said, his voice low as he grabbed your wrist, pulling you closer. “I don’t trust anyone else to keep you safe. You’re mine to look after now.”
His possessiveness was overwhelming, his protectiveness bordering on dangerous obsession.
Giyu Tomioka (Water Hashira)
Giyu’s reaction to seeing your true form was subdued but no less intense. His blue eyes locked onto you, his face betraying no emotion as he quietly turned and walked away without a word.
For days afterward, he was always near. He didn’t speak much, but his silent presence was suffocating. Whether you were tending to a mission or simply resting, you could feel his gaze on you.
When you finally gathered the courage to confront him, Giyu’s reply was as quiet as his actions. “You don’t have to be afraid,” he said, his voice soft but firm. “I’ll keep you safe.”
His obsession manifested in subtle ways. He would show up unannounced, standing silently in the corner of the room as if to guard you. At night, you’d catch glimpses of his shadow outside your quarters.
“You’re unique,” he murmured one evening, his hand brushing lightly against your fox tail. “You don’t need anyone else. I’ll make sure no one ever hurts you.”
Tengen Uzui (Sound Hashira) and His Wives
Tengen was patrolling with his three wives—Makio, Suma, and Hinatsuru—when your kitsune form was revealed. His mismatched eyes widened with intrigue, a grin spreading across his face as he leaned against his swords.
“Well, aren’t you the flashiest little secret!” he said, his deep voice tinged with amusement. “A Kakushi hiding such an extravagant truth. I should have guessed!”
Makio smirked, her hands on her hips as she inspected your fox ears. “You’ve been holding out on us, haven’t you? That’s sneaky!”
Suma gasped dramatically, clinging to your arm. “You’re so adorable! Oh, I just want to hug you forever!”
Hinatsuru, ever the calm and gentle one, offered you a soft smile. “You don’t have to hide anymore. We’ll take care of you.”
From that moment, your life became intertwined with theirs. Tengen insisted you join their team, claiming someone with your abilities was far too “valuable” to remain a simple Kakushi. His wives, meanwhile, smothered you with attention. Makio and Suma often fought over who got to sit next to you, while Hinatsuru quietly brushed your tail, murmuring about how soft it was.
“You’re part of my treasure now,” Tengen declared one day, his arm draped around your shoulders. “And no one takes what belongs to me.”
Their combined attention was overwhelming, leaving you with little time to yourself and no room to breathe.
Mitsuri Kanroji (Love Hashira)
Mitsuri’s reaction was one of pure adoration. The moment she saw your kitsune form, her cheeks flushed a deep pink as she squealed in delight.
“You’re so beautiful!” she cried, rushing forward to touch your ears. “How could you keep this a secret from us? We could have been so close!”
From that day on, Mitsuri became your self-proclaimed protector. She followed you everywhere, her constant compliments and affectionate gestures making it impossible to escape her attention.
“You’re perfect,” she whispered one evening, resting her head on your shoulder as her arms wrapped around you. “I’ll never let anything happen to you. I’ll always be by your side.”
Her love, though genuine, quickly became suffocating. She clung to you at every opportunity, her eyes sparkling with a possessiveness that made your heart race with unease.
Muichiro Tokito (Mist Hashira)
Muichiro’s reaction was quiet, his expression as blank as ever when he first saw your kitsune form. “Oh,” he said simply, tilting his head slightly. “You’re different.”
Though he seemed indifferent, you soon noticed him lingering near you more often. He would sit silently nearby as you worked, his cloudy eyes fixed on you with an intensity that was difficult to ignore.
One day, he handed you a small flower, his voice soft as he said, “This suits you. You should stay close to me.”
His obsession was subtle but persistent. He didn’t demand your attention, but his constant presence left you feeling trapped. The quiet weight of his fixation was as heavy as any words.
Gyomei Himejima (Stone Hashira)
Gyomei’s reaction was one of reverence. Upon seeing your true form, he knelt before you, his massive hands clasped in prayer as tears streamed down his face.
“You are a being of great beauty and mystery,” he said, his deep voice trembling with emotion. “I will protect you with my life.”
From that day forward, Gyomei became your shadow. His towering presence was a constant reminder of his devotion, and his gentle but firm insistence on being near you left no room for argument.
“You are precious,” he told you one evening, his large hands gently brushing against your fox ears. “I will not allow anyone to harm you—or take you away.”
His kindness was suffocating, his devotion leaving you feeling more like a treasure to be guarded than a person.
Obanai Iguro (Serpent Hashira)
Obanai’s mismatched eyes narrowed the moment he saw your true form. Kaburamaru hissed softly around his neck as he took a step closer, his voice low and dangerous.
“A kitsune hiding among the Demon Slayers,” he murmured. “How… interesting.”
His initial reaction was cold, his sharp gaze never leaving you. But as days passed, his fascination with you grew. He began to appear wherever you went, his presence unsettlingly silent.
“You’ve been hiding your true self for so long,” he said one night, cornering you in a quiet hallway. His voice was barely above a whisper, but it sent chills down your spine. “But you can’t hide from me. I see you for what you are—and you’re mine now.”
His obsession was suffocating, his possessiveness like a serpent coiling tighter and tighter around you.
Shinobu Kocho (Insect Hashira)
Shinobu’s reaction was far more subtle. Her usual calm smile remained in place as she approached you, her sharp eyes gleaming with curiosity.
“A kitsune,” she said, her voice soft but tinged with intrigue. “How fascinating. You’ve been keeping such an interesting secret.”
She didn’t confront you outright, but her questions were pointed, her gaze lingering on your ears and tail with unsettling focus.
“You must have been so lonely, hiding this part of yourself,” she said one day, her tone gentle as she placed a hand on your arm. “Don’t worry—I’ll make sure no one else finds out.”
Her obsession grew quietly. She began keeping close tabs on you, her soft-spoken words masking the possessiveness in her actions. One evening, as she brushed a strand of hair from your face, she murmured, “You’re too precious to let go. Stay with me, won’t you?”
Her gentle demeanor only made her fixation more chilling, her subtle control leaving you feeling trapped.
Aoi Kanzaki
Aoi’s reaction was one of frustration and worry. “Do you realize how dangerous this is?” she scolded, her hands on her hips. “You could have been exposed to demons!”
From that moment, Aoi took it upon herself to care for you. She insisted on overseeing your meals and rest, claiming it was for your health. But her care quickly turned into control.
“You’re not leaving my sight,” she said one evening, her tone firm. “If I have to, I’ll tie you down to keep you safe.”
Kanao Tsuyuri
Kanao’s quiet nature made her reaction all the more unsettling. She didn’t speak much after discovering your secret, but her violet eyes never left you.
She began following you everywhere, her silent footsteps a constant reminder of her presence. When you finally confronted her, she simply smiled. “You’re beautiful,” she said softly. “I want to keep you safe. Forever.”
Her obsession grew over time, her gentle demeanor hiding a possessiveness that left you feeling trapped.

Note
I got another idea for a request. Yandere hashira plus Aoi, kanao and the wives with a kakushi reader who likes building secret rooms and hideouts under peoples homes. Please and thank you.
Here’s your request and I hope you enjoy!
Tumblr media
Giyu Tomioka (Water Hashira)
Giyu is the quiet, brooding type, but your habit of sneaking off to build secret hideouts sets off alarm bells in his mind. He’s convinced you’re preparing an escape route to get away from him.
• “If you ever feel unsafe… you can stay by my side. There’s no need to hide from me. I won’t let anyone take you away.”
• You’d find Giyu lurking near your hideouts, observing in silence. Eventually, he’ll corner you, offering a mix of protection and veiled threats about never leaving.
Shinobu Kocho (Insect Hashira)
Shinobu finds your creativity fascinating and even compliments your craftsmanship, but there’s a sinister undertone to her words.
• “How interesting. Do you think these secret rooms would be enough to hide from me? I wonder how long it would take for me to find you.”
• She’ll playfully test your hideouts by sneaking into them herself, only to show up behind you with a sweet but unnerving smile. “Found you~”
Kyojuro Rengoku (Flame Hashira)
Kyojuro is overly enthusiastic and supportive of your skills. He genuinely sees your work as a valuable asset, but his obsession with keeping you close turns into a problem.
• “Your talents are incredible! But why do you keep disappearing into these hideouts? I must know where you are at all times—to protect you, of course!”
• He might even suggest building a hideout together, only to subtly design it in a way that traps you inside.
Tengen Uzui (Sound Hashira) and His Wives
Tengen is fascinated by your knack for secret rooms, calling it “flashy in a unique way.” His wives, however, take a more possessive approach.
• Tengen: “Secret hideouts? How bold! Show me what you’ve built—I want to see this masterpiece myself.”
• Makio: “Are you trying to run away from us? Why else would you need to hide?”
• Suma: “Please don’t leave us! I’ll cry forever if you disappear!”
• Hinatsuru: “If these are for safety, that’s fine, but we’ll all use them together. That way, you’ll never be alone.”
• They’ll eventually take over your hideouts, turning them into shared spaces to ensure you can’t escape their overwhelming affection.
Mitsuri Kanroji (Love Hashira)
Mitsuri adores your work and sees it as an expression of your individuality. However, her intense love for you manifests in obsessive ways.
• “Wow! You’re so talented! But… why are you hiding? Do you think I wouldn’t find you if you disappeared? I’d search the whole world for you, you know!”
• She starts spending more time in your secret rooms, sometimes decorating them with personal touches to make you feel like you belong there—with her, forever.
Muichiro Tokito (Mist Hashira)
Muichiro is initially indifferent but becomes hyper-focused once he notices your actions. He doesn’t understand why you feel the need to hide, and it bothers him more than he admits.
• “You’re building more hideouts… Are you trying to avoid me? That’s unnecessary. I’ll find you no matter where you go.”
• You’d frequently find him already in the hideout you’re working on, his blank stare unnerving as he calmly states, “You’re not going anywhere.”
Sanemi Shinazugawa (Wind Hashira)
Sanemi is furious when he discovers your secret rooms, mistaking them for escape routes. His anger stems from his overwhelming fear of losing you.
• “What the hell is this? Are you planning to run away? Over my dead body!”
• He’ll destroy parts of your hideouts, demanding you explain yourself, but deep down, he’s terrified of you leaving. He may end up guarding your secret entrances obsessively.
Gyomei Himejima (Stone Hashira)
Gyomei is calm on the surface but deeply emotional about your actions. He views your secret hideouts as a sign that you don’t feel safe with him, and that thought breaks his heart.
• “Why do you feel the need to hide? Do you not trust me to protect you?”
• He’ll subtly make it harder for you to access your hideouts, praying silently that you’ll rely on him instead.
Obanai Iguro (Serpent Hashira)
Obanai is deeply possessive and paranoid about your hideouts. He’s convinced you’re preparing to leave him, and he can’t bear the thought.
• “You’re making these to hide from me, aren’t you? I won’t allow it.”
• Kaburamaru, his snake, will be tasked with monitoring you, ensuring you never get too far. Obanai will even use your own hideouts as traps to keep you close.
Aoi Kanzaki
Aoi is baffled by your obsession but secretly admires your ingenuity. Her tsundere nature makes her lash out at first, but her possessive side surfaces when she realizes how skilled you are at disappearing.
• “Why are you so good at this? You better not be thinking of running away from me!”
• She might try to guilt you into staying put by playing up how much work she does for you.
Kanao Tsuyuri
Kanao silently watches your work with fascination. Her yandere tendencies are subtle but deeply unsettling. She memorizes every secret room and might start using them to ambush you.
• “Why do you need to hide? Are you trying to leave me? I won’t let that happen.”
• You’d often find her waiting in one of your hideouts, her soft voice cutting through the silence: “You won’t get away from me.”

I have a request. Yandere Aoi and kanao with tiny reader and how they’d spoil them please.
Yandere Aoi Kanzaki and Kanao Tsuyuri x Tiny Reader – How They’d Spoil You
Aoi Kanzaki
Tumblr media
Aoi’s care is practical yet overwhelming. From the moment she finds you, she takes it upon herself to ensure that your every need is met, though her way of “spoiling” you comes with an unrelenting sense of control.
When she first discovered you hiding in the infirmary, her initial shock quickly turned into possessiveness. “You’re so small… How have you even survived this long? Never mind, you’re staying here with me.”
She immediately sets to work, creating a perfectly safe environment for you. She scours the estate for materials, crafting tiny furniture, clothes, and even a cozy bed from scraps of fabric. Every inch of your living space is meticulously arranged, leaving no room for error—or escape.
“Don’t even think about running off,” she scolds while serving you a meal. She’s an incredible cook, and she takes great pride in preparing miniature portions of nutritious food for you. “You’re already small enough. You need to eat properly so you can stay healthy.”
Aoi’s way of spoiling you includes strict schedules. She insists on monitoring your health constantly, checking your weight, energy levels, and even your mental well-being. While she acts annoyed when you resist her care, there’s no denying the warmth in her eyes when she sees you enjoying her efforts.
However, Aoi’s “love” can be suffocating. She doesn’t allow you to take risks or leave her sight for too long. “I’m doing this because I care about you,” she says, her voice firm but tender. “You wouldn’t survive without me.”
Kanao Tsuyuri
Tumblr media
Kanao’s spoiling is quieter but far more obsessive. When she first found you wandering near the Butterfly Estate, she was immediately captivated. She didn’t say anything at first—just watched you from the shadows, her wide, curious eyes drinking in every detail of your tiny form.
When she finally approached, her movements were soft and careful, as though she was afraid you might break. “You’re so small…” she murmured, her voice barely above a whisper. “I need to keep you safe.”
Kanao dotes on you in subtle yet intense ways. She’s constantly bringing you small gifts—a single flower petal, a shiny bead, or a perfectly rounded pebble she found during her training. Her fixation with you grows stronger every day, and she spends hours crafting intricate, doll-sized items for your home.
“You’ll like this, won’t you?” she asks softly, her voice tinged with desperation as she hands you a tiny, handwoven blanket. “Please say you like it…”
Kanao’s way of spoiling you also involves keeping you close at all times. She carries you around in her hands or in a small pouch she keeps strapped to her chest, humming softly as she moves about the estate. If you try to protest, she simply smiles and says, “You’re safest with me. I don’t want anything bad to happen to you.”
Her quiet demeanor hides a deep possessiveness. She doesn’t tolerate anyone else getting too close to you, and her subtle jealousy can lead to tense situations with others at the estate. “You don’t need anyone else,” she whispers one night, her large, glassy eyes fixed on you. “I’ll take care of you forever.”
Together
When Aoi and Kanao work together to spoil you, their combined care becomes overbearing. Aoi takes charge of your physical needs, ensuring you’re well-fed, healthy, and comfortable, while Kanao focuses on your emotional well-being, constantly showering you with quiet affection and gifts.
“You’re so lucky to have us,” Aoi says one day, placing a tiny cup of tea in front of you.
Kanao nods, her soft smile widening as she leans in closer. “We’ll take care of everything. You don’t have to worry about a thing.”
Their bond over you only strengthens their possessiveness, and they work tirelessly to make sure you never feel the need—or the ability—to leave.

I have a request to make if you’re willing. Yandere Aoi Kanzaki x kakushi reader.
Yandere Aoi Kanzaki x Kakushi Reader Headcanons
Tumblr media
Headcanons
1. Overprotective Nature:
• Aoi’s motherly instincts kick in at full force with her S/O, especially given their clumsy and self-sacrificing nature. She constantly hovers around them, lecturing them about being more careful.
• “If you can’t even walk without tripping, then you shouldn’t be doing anything dangerous,” she’d say, crossing her arms, though her eyes betray her deep worry.
2. Micromanaging Their Life:
• Aoi insists on managing their daily schedule, from meals to rest, to ensure they don’t overwork themselves or get hurt. She even goes so far as to deliver their tasks to avoid them risking accidents.
• “You’re not going out there. I’ll take care of it. Just sit still, and don’t move.”
3. Sharp Words, Gentle Actions:
• While her tone can be sharp and scolding, her actions reveal her true feelings. She meticulously bandages their wounds, cooks their favorite meals, and even silently cleans up after their disasters.
• “I swear, you’re more trouble than anyone I’ve ever met,” she’d mutter while patching up yet another scrape. “But… you’re my trouble.”
4. Jealousy Masked as Concern:
• Aoi dislikes anyone getting too close to her S/O, fearing they’ll encourage reckless behavior or take their attention away from her. She disguises her jealousy as concern, warning them about “untrustworthy” people.
• “You don’t need anyone else to help you. I’m more than capable of taking care of you.”
5. Possessive Care:
• Aoi’s love becomes suffocating as she slowly takes over every aspect of their life. She convinces them that they’re too clumsy to function without her, subtly fostering dependence.
• “You’re so hopeless without me. What would you do if I wasn’t here to keep you safe?”
Small Scenario: Aoi Saves the Day (Again)
The Kakushi S/O decides to take on a simple task of delivering supplies to a nearby village, despite Aoi’s repeated protests. She reluctantly lets them go but secretly follows them, knowing disaster is inevitable.
As expected, the S/O trips over a tree root near a steep slope, tumbling dangerously close to the edge. Before they can fall, Aoi appears out of nowhere, grabbing their wrist and pulling them back with surprising strength.
Her hands tremble slightly as she grips their shoulders, her usual sharp tone replaced by a mix of anger and fear.
• “What were you thinking?! You could’ve gotten yourself killed!”
Before they can respond, she wraps her arms around them tightly, her voice softening.
• “I told you not to go alone. You’re too important to me… I can’t lose you.”
From that day forward, Aoi refuses to let them leave her sight, using this incident as proof that they need her constant protection. Her care becomes even more stifling, but her determination to keep them safe leaves no room for argument.
