Think about it... she's the one who started this whole conversation at the clock tower. There's no reason for her to do that if she doesn't even consider him a love interest. And like that other post i saw, she hesitated because the 2nd part of this love story is the ultimate deal breaker. But she waited on Miles to respond. She wanted Miles to take the LEAD.
