The fact that I'm having an almost identical experience tonight after surgery as I did when they kept me in the hospital overnight 10 years ago suggests to me that I was correct, and discharging me was probably not the best move.
#I'm fine#but I would be more fine if I were in the hospital right now#y'know with access to medical care when things happen like my pain meds are wearing off and I'm not supposed to take more yet#and also not having to bother my husband in the middle of the night every time I have to pee#he is the best person in the world and has not a single complaint about it but I still feel guilty#but yeah sending someone home who literally can't get out of bed on their own even with a caretaker seems umm questionable
