#so. my PHONE VANISHED#y'know how everything of mine vanishes? as in it falls under the bed and becomes inaccessible? yeah my phone was trying to do that#anyway I did the healthy thing and forgot to eat until my body decided to throw up. and I promptly started to choke.#god I feel horrible#I already feel Horrifcally dysphoric to start with (unalleviated and cannot be alleviated)#I can already feel a delusion growing in the back of my head and because I've played too much splatoon 3 it looks like a fuzzball from that#feels like it too. eugh#but I don't need that too I already had to deal with stopping myself from Actually Biting Someone Open yesterday#brain decided I needed to eat someone's blood in order to allow myself to die. not pleasant at all
