Thank fuck I'm finally starting therapy on Tuesday (April 1... who scheduled this?). Between my dad, upcoming moving stress, the imminent Canadian federal election, and the general state of the world, I am a bit of a mental and emotional wreck right now.

#kel irl #kel vents #writing a doc atm to keep my mind focused while I'm giving the doc the whole 'so this is what's fucked up in my world' intro #mostly the fiasco with my father #but also stressing about the annexation threats against Canada #and the impending election #got put into a group chat (intentionally) about local political protests that a friend is heading up #so gonna try and get more involved in that #already wrote an email to my provincial legislature rep #and a few opposition reps #and actually got a response from one of the NDP reps #or their aide #so that was cool!
