For my utopian and realistic objects, I chose my WooZoo fan, and a window. My dorm window is quite realistic and is a very basic window found in buildings everywhere. It opens, closes, has a screen built in, and has locks on it. In society today, seeing these types of windows is a very common thing. On the contrary, I consider my mini fan to be utopian. It has features such as a power button, a timer for one to set how many hours they want it on before it will automatically turn off, buttons to change the way the fan head will blow air (up, down, or both at the same time), increasing or decreasing the speed, and an oscillating option. In a perfect society, technology like this could be easily accessible, and would most likely be even more upgraded than this fan. Although both objects are used to cool a person down, or to allow air flow, the window is realistic as it has been around for centuries, while this advanced technology fan is something that one may view as being utopian, for its advanced techniques and abilities.

In a utopian society, advanced technology that is environmentally friendly would most likely rule, and realistic or basic things that we are familiar with now could perhaps be a thing of the past. A window vs a fan can relate to many other objects in society, such as walking vs flying a plane, a pencil and paper vs a computer and a printer, and so much more. With advanced technology continuing to make our society more efficient and easy to run, our “realistic” objects may soon be seen as a thing of the past.

Worst thing I’ve ever realized is that I don’t really need to do any work on Mondays or Fridays and I can get away with maybe half a day on Tuesday and still get every single task done on time without anyone saying a damn thing to me.

It’s really making the procrastination so much worse. I have a woozoo oscillating and moving my mouse to keep me active in teams. Guys I’m gonna go take a nap 😂 work sucks work sucks work sucks

Wisselstroom S03E01 Kidd Nebula X de Best

Afgelopen augustus heb ik bij muziekstudio Lake Woozoo in Leeuwarden een gloednieuwe pokoe gemaakt binnen 24 uur met een artiest die ik nog nooit eerder had ontmoet genaamd Kidd Nebula. Alsof dat nog niet genoeg uitdaging is, was er ook constant een cameraman bij die het hele proces en optreden heeft vastgelegd voor de youtube serie Wisselstroom.

Last August I made a brand new song in 24 hours at music-studio Lake Woozoo in Leeuwarden with an artist I had never met before named Kidd Nebula. As if that’s not challenging enough, there was a cameraman present documenting the entire process and performance for youtube series Wisselstroom.

what are some things i should ask for for my freshman dorm next year for christmas?

ooo good question!

-ambience lighting. the overhead lighting in dorms is harsh, especially at night. LEDs, fairy lights, and space projectors are great choices!

-going out clothes (if you're into that!). corset tops, jean skirts, etc

-ice cube trays with lids so you can stack them

-a woozoo fan (mine hasn't been turned off since august)

-storage ottoman (can be used for getting into your bed if it's lofted and hiding stuff you don't want out in the open)
