✦ — fluffy sora !
sora is always content with just being around the people that he likes, he simply finds comfort in their presence, in their calm colors, as they relax after a long day. they don't have to do or say anything—they can sit next to each other silently, minding their own business, and sora will be happy anyway.
but more than silently being around each other, he likes having fun with them! the best way to have fun in his book is by playing games together. the more the merrier—sora has the strange ability to pull the most random, unlikeliest individuals into his orbit. perhaps it's his energy? nobody knows! all that matters to him is that they're having lots of fun together.
"hoho! what's that?", sora asked, a finger pointed at the strange rock. it was shiny, black dotted with all kinds of pretty colors. the little sunlight they reflected was dyed a pretty blue on his fingertip.
nagisa picked the stone out of the box, holding it out to him. the blonde happily took it, turning it between his fingers to watch the light reflect. like a disco ball. "....honduran opal.", he replied after a while, "....such an opal is rarer than any diamond. it is a representative of harmony and equity."
a tuft of orange popped out of nowhere, shoving himself between sora and nagisa to peer into the rock. "uuuchuuu~! hound run mopal?! hopal?! this mopal is giving me so many ideas!", leo grinned, the cap of a pen between his teeth.
"....please do not write on the opal."
"sora thinks opal is really beautiful!", he laughed, holding the stone away from leo and towards the window. patches of reds and greens and blues decorated the black surface. "haha, it reminds him of nagishan! sora can't see much in it, and light passes through it.. but it's full of pretty colors!"
"heeeey! a song can make it even prettier! gimme, gimme, before my inspiration runs out, soraaaaa!~"
sora sees the world very colorfully. he thinks every shade has its own nice things to it, everything has its beauty. muted colors are calming, vibrant colors make him feel happy, cold ones make him refreshed and warm ones make him feel welcome. he likes to tell that to people—so sometimes, he'll even get the color wheel to help him out. he's naturally good with colors, so give him a canvas and watch him create wonders.
he likes showing them off sometimes. sora may not draw too well, but the use of colors really makes his little paintings.. interesting. many times before he's attempted to rope tsukasa into his little hobby, simply because they're friends. painting together with friends on one canvas is the best! tsukasa really considers bringing a hazmat suit to their painting sessions though, because sora really likes to swing the brush. half the painting ended up on his face.
"haruk— ah..", tsukasa sighed, swiping another patch of blue off of his face. his apron was not the color it used to be, covered in splashes and splatters of all shades of the rainbow. and so was the cover underneath their feet, and his socks.
sora hummed at the call of his name, turning his head. "wow!! haha, tsuka-chan looks like a reaaaal artist!", he laughed, then went to swipe a stripe of green down his own cheek. "hehe, look, we match now!"
"i believe we appear more like the creation, rather than the creators.", the redhead retorted, looking into the mirror at the opposite side of the room. both of their heads were full of paint. "harukawa-kun, please, tell me that this is washable."
sora really likes video games, all kinds of them. and a lot of video games have that sweet, sweet multiplayer option! he very much prefers to play with his friends at the same console rather than simply online, because being with them makes the game much more fun than being alone in his room, talking to the screen. and the fact that there's a console right in the school makes everything better because that means all of his friends can play.
experienced or not, sora doesn't care. he likes to teach people to play the games—he thinks it's really nice to watch their colors change from unsure to confident, the more they play the game. but there's a certain someone that never seems to change colors from unsure. the more he knows, the more unsure tsumugi gets with the controller.
"..eh? how did he?..", tsumugi blinked, looking as if he's seen a ghost. the game over screen flashed, bright and red. "oh goodness.. i'm so sorry!.. i'm not very good at these video games.. here, i'll go call natsume-kun to play with you!", he blabbered, placing the controller down to go grab his phone.
sora turned, draping himself over the back of the sofa. "noooo!! don't call shishou, sora wants to play with you today!", he interrupted, "sora always spends so much time with shishou, he wants to spend some with you too! it's okay if you make mistakes, sora still likes playing with you! he thinks senpai is a great partner!"
tsumugi instantly dropped his phone, going starry-eyed.
