on the valentine’s display in our school, all the bigger paper hearts were pride flag hearts (bi, pride, trans, nonbinary). in my class of 18 people of vastly different ages and backgrounds, there are two out trans people, one woman and one whose gender i’ve not asked about. (also me, but, you know. gestures to a closet.)

have i mentioned how much i adore living in a city again

#within my week and some of living here the number of antifa stickers and patches i've seen around--on people; streets; the lift at school---#has already vastly outnumbered the amount of neonazi stickers i had to rip off in my old town bc no one else was apparently bothering #i'm. genuinely considering putting on my gender asterisk necklace for valentine's day #i'm already putting on my pan pride shirt with dragons bc we're encouraged to wear pink and that's. literally the most pink-including articl #e of clothing i own besides like socks so.#also literally on my first evening here i talked with two foreign students in the underground and one had bi and enby pride wrist bands on #god life can be. un-shitty sometimes
