well no wonder it didn't feel like the ceiling fan was doing that much in my room. it was set to Winter not Summer.
#i'm currently dying it's fine don't worry about it#i've got it corrected so it should *cool* the room now#not just move the air around#i mean all it does is move the air around that's how it works but the like physics behind it#anyway i figured out the lil switchydo and got it spinning the correct direction and it is making a difference already#wish i'd thought of that at like noon instead of 10p but no one ever called me a clever man#and if they did they had no idea what they were talking about#anyway this is a good reminder for everyone that your ceiling fan goes two ways and one way is better in the summer#for keeping things feeling cool#and the other is better in winter for making things warmer#and i hadn't noticed until now because the AC did the work#but our AC is out right now until (hopefully) tomorrow when the landlord comes and looks at it#and until then everything hurts always forever and i hate it
