i recently deactivated my facebook and twitter accounts n deleted the apps on my phone because at some point it had made me downright insane n i feel so much lighter now. i'm not ready to deleted instagram yet tho cause i’m boo boo the fool.jpg but i’m trying to have an healthier approach to it at least
