Okay. Been up since a bit after noon. Mostly been watching YouTube and whantot. But I also did my exercise.
First, today’s DD. 40 W-extensions with EC. This is still a fun exercise in isolation. Enjoyed myself here! :D
Second, Card 13 of AU, “Prometheus“. The skill was “Range Combat“. If it weren’t for all those jump knee tuck combos, I mighta been able to do more than Level 1. Because those truly kicked my ass. I definitely had to take a few breathers and spend a few minutes cooling down with walking in place after my sets. I loved the first two combos more. Way more sustainable in the CV department - plus super satisfying to execute!
I’m physically wiped out for the day, but I’m just glad I got through it. Here’s to hoping I can keep going with this program. There’s some really fun stuff in this one, but man does it have it’s brutal moments. Card 18 looks particularly scary this week. orz
(After serving myself some food. Kinda needed to get some protein in me. Tried making cheesy/savory cream of wheat for the first time and... it wasn’t too bad!)
Last, Day 13 of the MC. 25′ meditation with the OM Mantra. I chose to do this one while seated, and experimented with shifting my position in ways that felt good - in doing so, no parasthesia was felt this session. I admit my mind wandered to a few tangents, but that’s just how it is sometimes.
Pretty soon, I ought to get back to video editing.
