I just finished rereading the Magicians of Caprona and i have so many thoughts!!!!!!

general:

- how did no one look at marco and go hm. there is one really famous ginger family in town. curious.

- marco and rosa are so iconic and I love them very much. also they are the ultimate older siblings????

- Chrestomanci is canonically That Guy who tells you he knew you as a baby. He would tell you he held you as a child and you would be so concerned

- Rinaldo SUCKS

- The punch and judy show bit was?? so good? yet so traumatising are they not like. ten year olds

- THE WAY THAT TONINO’S FANTASY BOOKS ARE BOOKS WITHOUT MAGIC IS SENDING ME

- All of them are kind of sibling goals!!! Look at them go!

- THE DIFFERENCE IN HOW ROSA IS TREATED AS THE ELDEST DAUGHTER COMPARED TO RINALDO AS PROBABLY THE ELDEST SON ON HIS SIDE. ANGERS ME GREATLY no but fr if they’re like similar ages why the fuck is she the one that has to get married. she is so right for this.
