Aromanticism is more than just being single. If you did any research, you would know that. It's lack of romantic (or sexual, in the case of asexuals) attraction. It's clear from your posts that you think discrimination only counts when people have died- aromantics and asexuals have to deal with familial and societal pressure to 'get married' and 'have kids' (similar stuff that gay people go through, I might add) all while dealing with people like you telling them that they aren't real or valid in their identity. Sounds like arophobia to me lol. saying aromantics are just single straight people is basically the same thing as saying gay people are just straight people who couldn't find an opposite sex partner. Trying to approach this from a respectful point of view but you refuse to be respectful back so idk. What is the goal of name calling aro/ase people?
