I spent one hour and a half at my physio trying to the block of stone that is my back into actual living muscles
#misc#my entire left meg was hurting badly#and usually when i walk it's getting better#but not this week#because even if it's my leg that hurts the most#it's the lower back that is the source of the problem#also the ernia#anyway i had a hot light session#and then a full massage to put my back in the right place#obviously my leg still hurts#but by tomorrow when I'll walk to work#it should be the regular amount of pain#anyway#it's funny because even if my back do hurt regularly#the worst one i had#was last year same period#whoever decided to have 'holidays' in the middle of winter is a fucker#everyone is sick#also i don't have holidays except the 25th and the 1st#so basically i'd be running everywhere and working at 7am#bad idea#but it's not that bad#I'm taking my vacations next Friday#i just have to survive the new year train trip
