my headphones are broken and i have no idea what happened to them. They sound like when something’s haunted by a benevolent spirit in movies, not just junked up. the sounds all distorted like one of those song edits that’s like “willow tree march emanating from a creepy cave” and it’s only picking up certain things accurately, but, like, in an oddly aesthetic way? it’s SO frickin weird man, i was listenin to can’t sleep love, and for some reason Kirstin is the loudest at some parts? Like, where I usually wouldn’t be able to hear her as well, I can her perfectly. ...It’s so spooky, like things people would do purposefully to edit sounds, and oddly sounds good? Like, yeah, I’d rather they worked, since some things just get cut out, and I can get them to work normal unless I keep my hand on the cord pushing it in firmly while I listen but...I kinda wanna play around hearin what it does. When it first started happenin, it wasn’t too apparent, and I was listenin to ajr Call my Dad, and wasn’t sure if I was wrong, since Call my Dad is lovingly melancholy and just kind of like that, but it’s gotten worse? even though i haven’t done anything?

Once I realized how ethereal it got at times I immediately went to star vs’s Waiting for You and was not disappointed. This is a weird night.

#it's all so quiet and moody #surreal #i dunno man i'm trippin out #it could be there's a teeny tiny rip in the cord somewhere?#maybe my dancing around jerked it too far from the laptop; i was too rough and for some reason it's gettin worse now? but i stopped dancing?#i used earbuds yesterday; did i yank these out too hard when it happened? why would it wait 24 hours to not work?#it gets weirder #when i fiddle with the cord and move it around it sometimes randomly comes it like messing with a tv antenna #MAN listenin to i can't decide is terrifying #so many lyics just don't come out but the piano holds on #it's like i'm in a bar in an old western ghost town and the ghost is playin the piano #and then SUDDENLY HE'S SINGIN AGAIN #and then the chorus sounded like more #more than one person?#who of the yugioh fandom have i angered i'd like to leave the shadow realm please #this is so cool but seein as how i dance around with these the most and was using them when they went my bro is NOT gonna be happy #bruh i can't afford new ones i either need to hold my left hand in place for now on or just. become a spoopier person
