So while I'm down here in 2F I thought I oughta explore the area on its far western side. Nothing very interesting there except a shitton of Wild Dogs and a similar amount of Myconids—both of which are more than manageable by this point. Also this

The Healing Knife is a neat little doohickey that has a neat little weapon skill that heals a bit of HP and I tossed it immediately because its ATK score of 16 is even at this point abysmal for a physical attacker like Aurora, and it does not deal stab damage, making it useless for everyone else. Too bad!
With that while lotta nothing out of the way, we continue through 3F...

...and find what's probably one of Jenetta's best moments. Her sheer punniness here is frankly far too much to contain within the limits of this liveblog update, so I'll probably make a whole Jenetta Bread Puns Masterpost later just to show off all the ones I can find.

Elsewhere, I stumble upon Hamao.
I want to offer an apology to Hamao.
For the longest time, I've overlooked Hamao as just a sucky in-between mixture of the far superior Medica and Amrita. While I'm sure there's at least 1 game where Hamao is just as bad as I think it is, EO5 is not that game.
At a whopping 100-point HP restoration, and 25-point TP restoration, Hamao in EO5 is.... alright. They're pretty sparse before you're able to gather them in the 2nd stratum (they certainly aren't handed to you by the handful like Theriaca in Nexus), and justifiably so; 25 TP is no small sum in the 1st stratum, and is still no small amount 2nd—as the guy with two Rovers, I can be sure of that.
Anyways, I hadn't done all of this reflection by the time I opened this chest (I wasn't aware of the exact numbers on Hamao, either), so I promptly tossed this Hamao as soon as I got it.
