5 weeks post-injury and i'm finally back to hitting 12 on my plank
#which im sure is my PR but now i have this feeling i've hit 14 before . but 12 is the most consistent pr for me so thats the number to hit#plus anything beyond 10 is starting to feel like a drag now#still haven't been back for a run but i'm taking up jump rope again in the mean time
