reluctantly excited for new x-comics again due to the big plot in immortal x-men and x-men red being the Storm-Xavier ideological schism
#this was my NUMBER ONE wished for outcome after judgment day lol#I have dms I sent to brenna from last year about it#but god this character work#this is the most anyone has cared about xavier as a character with an interior life and not a plot lever in YEARS#also smart to root it in the wake of sins of sinister#which IS about imperialism and roots that timeline in xavier's worst self#cynical as always about that lens of analysis actually having any kind of long term presence in x-men but you know#to the x men then! who do not die the old fashioned way
