(These graphs are about where the media people write fanfic about is from, not what the fan works are written in, so there may well be plenty of spanish speaking fan content out there (I know there is from people speaking spanish in my own One Piece (made the ranking, is in the japanese media chunk on this graph) notes sometimes), but we do not consume spanish speaking original/trad. media industry content. Not a single spanish-language-origin fandom made the 2013-2023 AO3 rankings. (Also to keep in mind this is only AO3 data and only about ships, I'm just using it as An Example I've come across, it is not representative of all fandom ever that exists across the internet.) The closest thing was one of the minecraft youtubers being mexican but making english-speaking content with his US/UK friends.
If there is no international (as in inter-language) engagement with a country/language group's media, its popularity, however high it may be, will be limited to its own language group, unlike these fandoms. F.e. the japanese bit is almost exclusively anime, and the korean bit is almost exclusively kpop rpf. Over half of the chinese bit is just Genshin by itself. All of these things have international marketing and major translation efforts behind them. Other major countries/language groups like spanish speaking ones or India have not seen the same level of international spread despite their population size and original media output.
I always encourage people to give recommendations for underrepresented language groups'/countries' media if they have them in the notes/replies as I myself would like to watch more of it 😅)
you know english infiltrating other languages due to the internet has become a problem when even the french are doing it
