Tuvok just has a sort of ‘mutiny against me’ vibe to his leadership style that the ensigns in his care don’t appreciate
#I can't remember if he has other moments but I'm specifically remembering#when he was put in charge of that Maquis crew and immediately made them all hate him enough to try to quit (he didn't even resolve this -#Chakotay was the one who got them come back)#and also Harry Kim rallying the entire ship behind him to back for Chakotay & Janeway - to be fair to Tuvok he would have done that no#matter who (except possibly Janeway) was in charge I'm pretty sure but still#OH HEHHEE and who can forget his own holonovel where he is a prominent motivator for the Maquis to mutiny and take over the ship#Tuvok.
