I can't concentrate on work today when all of the live action ATLA spoilers are flooding in. Is it as bad as I thought it was going to be?
#i was always going to be highly critical but holy shit#i'm spiraling#the thing that always worried me about this adaptation#was the LA permeating every ATLA fandom space#when it's already a tough fandom to navigate and curate#and it seems like the LA is catering to all of the fans who took issue with the original#and need things spelled out for them instead of exploring the nuance and complicated and messy layers of these characters#media literacy is dead#I need a pillow to scream into#atla live action#anti netflix
