Lord Hater is an Umbrum with Lightning Magic, and Peepers is a unicorn with unstable (and harmful) magic! His "blaster" is his horn, and the fact he has such a short temper doesn't help with it's unpredictable nature.... (Also! The pieces of armor on Peepers' thigh is intentional, they cover up all the watchdogs' cutie marks to enforce conformity/reduce individuality)
