I don't have nearly as much fun in life now as I did when I was absolutely completely special-interest gobsmack-obsessed with Hetalia age 13, now I read about it I've forgotten most of what I cared about and have only 1% of the love for it i did and loving it is only like glancing at a passionate memory out of the corner of my eye, like a snowstorm in the back of my mind, like drifting through the sea on my back on a raft because if I look directly at it it becomes distorted.

Anyway all that is to say I did still retain 1% of my love for Hetalia, and that love is stored in the Belarus

#ages 13-15 I roleplayed hetalia with my friends on facebook #i didn't have a smartphone and only sometimes had access to a computer so i would use my nintendo 3ds #i would have to refresh the page every minute or so which took forever just to know if/when someone had posted #hetalia #aph #it's so odd because naruto and hetalia were my 2 big passions at that age and even though my love of naruto hits me like a truck sometimes #my adoration for hetalia doesn't even simmer now...#sometimes i look back at the designs bc they slap esp the nyotalia ones #gerita was my THING. my OTP forever. when i was 13. along w some others like poliet and a little bit of amebel #i hated m/f ships so i think amebel was the only one i was cool with. i was super into f/f shipping but didnt talk about it much #seychelles was also a favorite of mine. i think it's because she was so hated but i thought she was so cute #when i rp'd with my friends i horded a lot of the girls/girly characters #belarus seychelles china poland...#in our rp belarus became a couple with wales actually #wales was my friend's OC. she also had a human character named becky #those times were so fun #i love ranting like this. i took too much benadryl last night so now i'm drowsy and it's bringing up the memories #and the purple prose haha. but it was fun to be ridiculous
