i worry that i probably could be doing better if i was on antidepressants or whatever but i refuse to engage with doctors anymore like i don't have the patience for it
#girlieposting#the sheer amount of admin & extra work that me seeking pharmaceutical intervention would add to my life is just not worth it#like every time i've gone on ssri's or anything of the sort my doctors forgotten to follow up - forgotten abt the dose - forgotten to#like check that it's working#i've tried only two (three?) of them but like five separate times bc they're like no we have to go through these before we find what works#but their way of going thru the list is you take this for 6+ months and they barely care enough to check in#whatevre i'm doin okay love life
