❤️ What is your favorite line that you’ve written in a fic?

Oh gosh. This is hard. I have a lot of lines I'm pretty fond of, but thinking up a specific one when put on the spot is tough haha. Especially because a lot of my favorite sections are like. Full scenes as opposed to just a single line.

Copout answer, but I'll go with this line from Adventures in Solitude because I'm still obsessed with the psychic damage it did to people despite not being all that deep or meaningful out of context.

👻 What is your wildest headcanon?

Oh hahaha. For any fandom I've written for? Hard to decide which is wildest. Whatever the hell my 'headcanon' for the Karasuma family ended up like is pretty out there, though, so let's go with that.

Runner up can be the fact that I decided to headcanon a Kirby character as 'not having tearducts' so she 'couldn't cry over her trauma even if she wanted to.'

Omggggg. I have so many favorites! Some particularly fun characters to write, though, have been Kiyoshi, Makoto, Volo, Magolor and Papi. Generally any character with a big personality and flair for the dramatic makes for a super fun internal monologue that I always love writing.

🌻 How often do you read your own fics?

More often than I'd like to admit. What can I say? They're made for me! They're exactly what I want to read 😍

ahhh, this is a fab question! i'm a little limited in terms of what i can answer, though, haha, because i think i've only written, what, four characters' points of view for this fandom? them being pierre, charles, seb and lewis. there's something unique about each character's voice, obviously, and i'm someone who really likes playing with characterisation until i find the exact tone and style that FITS the way i feel the person would sound. so can i answer... all of them? in different ways, all of them. 😍

if i have to choose just one favourite, though... pierre. it's mr pierre gasly for me. something about his "voice" just flows so well for me, and i absolutely LOVE writing him ❤️

62. In [insert fic], is there a deleted scene/idea you wish you could have included?  Why did it get cut?

ohhhh, i DO actually have a deleted scene that i was super sad about having to cut! it's from my fake dating au love's a game, wanna play? and the reason i cut it was because it didn't fit with the vibe of the fic at all, much as i loved it. fake dating au is very light-hearted, and hilarious, and happy, while this scene is decidedly not. i'm really quite proud of it, though, and i think it's quite a beautifully effective emotional gut-punch. so i am ECSTATIC that this ask has given me the chance to share this bit of psychic damage with the world:

Why do you dislike the way mcu fans portray fratt, I'm assuming you don't completely hate the ship but hate the portrayal by most fans.

I've answered this before in a few details in asks here and here but I will continue them with more info on this ask: Fratt was originally p niche in terms of mlm pairings for Matt, but unfortunately as more m/cu fans got into it, they began writing horrid fanfics including them either being extremely abusive, abo shit, ooc hell where it reads like the authors have never watched the show and only took context from gifsets of the netflix show on tumblr, to straight up ableism in terms of how they portray Matt in these stories. A lot of the good fratt writers I enjoyed have moved on from the pairing so it's just a cesspool at this point (I don't check the tag anymore but unfortunately, some of them add the daredevil comics tag and it'll sometimes show up). This goes for m/cu dd fans in general, bc the type of woobification and ableism stretches over to the m/cu mattfoggy fandom and other pairings. However, in my experience, it's so much worse with fratt. I don't see this type of portrayal when it comes to pairing Frank with other male characters, it's only when he's paired off with Matt. Examples of this type of ableism is def how fratt fanfic writers love to portray Matt as the helpless blind man that cries and whines about everything and he needs big strong Frank to be there and take care of him despite the fact that he's a grown man who is able to take care of himself. A lot of caretaker fetishes as well since they love to imply that Matt is significantly younger than Frank despite their age gap not being that huge both in the show and the comics (both of these men are in their 40s/50s) and this goes hand in hand with the infantalization. M/cu fratt fans also love to use the terms top and bottom as if they were secondary gender norms bc I've seen too many where Matt is written as the "woman" of the pairing, which is not only homophobic but ableist as well. M/cu dd fans also believe that the whole dynamic that Daredevil and Punisher has an extremely black and white in terms of their morality when it's a lot more gray than that. A lot of Catholic™ Matt Murdock tags used to the point of ooc both in terms of the show and comics which is just overall super annoying to read, especially when making some type of conflict with Frank. It literally feels like I'm reading the current dd run written by Zdarsky which btw is Not Good in terms of how he's writing Matt as a character.

Not only that, m/cu fratt fans literally write about the same fucking thing over and over again. It's either a season 2 rewrite but Frank patches up Matt, throw in some Catholic shit and ooc talk about redemption, and then they fuck. Or it's just porn with no plot. I've also seen horrible takes on the tumblr tag ranging from "Matt and Frank would adopt Peter and hang out with Tony Stank" to "Matt is in love with Frank bc he reminds him of his father/kinda looks like him too bc daddy issues 😍" to someone straight up suggesting that there should be more fics of the REAL LIFE ACTORS being together, and so many more. A lot of them def taking the whole top/bottom thing as if those are personality traits and more posts that infantalize Matt. Not only that, a majority of fratt fans are just gross in general and I don't want to interact with them overall. It's thanks to what the fratt fandom has turned into that I no longer enjoy the pairing and I'm now starting to hate it as a whole. It's no wonder why comic dd fans call it the gay ship for straight people. Looking through the fratt tag anywhere now will give you psychic damage from all the nonsensical garbage there is. If you still enjoy this pairing, then okay, good for you ig. But don't expect me to make more content for it anytime soon and I will not pull back any punches on my honest opinions about it, especially the opinions I have towards certain fans. Sorry for this super long answer, anon, but hopefully I got out all of my gripes with the pairing and how its on par with how I feel about m/cu dd fans overall too.

You really are psychic or telepathic. You can read my mind! This is like the nth strike! I was gonna blog about that in a while.

Four or five years ago, I was supposed to dye my hair in platinum blonde or with a "surprise hidden rainbow" (nothing political; and I'm not gay; just because I love all colorful things; I can't pick one, so I thought to myself, "Why not all?! Let's go crazy! #roygbivp for the win!") underneath my black hair like this:

It was a requirement for each of my classmates and I to make distinguishable changes in our appearance on our fourth year as communication students enrolled in a TV Workshop course.

Instead of dying it, I chopped my long hair in a super short bob cut to donate for wigs and since I was kind of brokenhearted at the time because of a stupid crush and so many other things. 😆

Also, apart from not being able to afford professional services or good quality hair dyes nor do I have the time to do it myself, I was actually too chicken to make sudden drastic changes with my natural hair color since my mom warned me that the chemicals in hair dyes are strong. I'm just scared of hair bleaching that I'll damage my hair strands and cause chunks of it to fall out.

Why do I have an odd feeling that they had a nickname for me which was "walking rainbow"? 🤔🚶🏻‍♀️🌈

People probably thought I was going to ladlad (Filipino for "coming out of the closet"). 🤣

So far, the only "risky" things I have done to my hair were perming, hair relaxing, hair rebonding, and just one session of burgundy hair cellophane.

Other than that, I have given up with altering the state of my tresses since nine years ago and just embraced its natural form.

I just give it extra TLC with shampoo and conditioner and occasional DIY hair spa treatments such as soaking it with extra virgin coconut oil for at least 30 minutes or up to a few hours before taking a bath. It's what I would like to call "deep hair conditioning." 😂🥥💧

Don't you think the man has more luscious hair than me? 😍

My sister wanted to pluck every silver hair strand I have, but I love them. It's where I get my "wisdom" powers and strength from. ❤

This chapter showed Esme in her spiraling moment of physical doubt concerning the pregnancy and delivery. I was so proud of Tyler for controlling his spiral to show attentive love to Esme… remembering her previously abusive marriage… filling the void left and trying to undo the damage inflicted… all painfully reminding me of what I once had, but in a precious way…

Oddly enough he felt the same as Tyler… I never considered that he would take offense to being willing to sacrifice myself… I don’t think I have ever… until reading it from Tyler’s point of view. Thank you for that 😘🤗!

I love that he proposed in the way that he did!!!! Having bought the ring she ogled but dared not venture to want in their laid back lifestyle… having the cider she loves delivered… the cherry flavored ring pop mentioned in past conversation… Tyler is beyond romantic through his rough exterior he loves to portray to outsiders…

I deeply respected his choice to suffer through his pain to avoid falling back into drinking and pills for relief… hating that period of suffering he to Me through… doing everything to be better for her… his everything being for and because of her 🥰.

She dreams of Dhaka. Of that cramped and squalid third floor room overlooking the market. With its ancient and weathered pipes that shuddered and moaned whenever faucets turned on and a barely functional air conditioner perched precariously on the edge of the window sill. The stucco ceiling heavily water stained and crumbling in several places; a companion for the sheer and tattered curtains that dangled from hastily installed, lopsided rods. The flooring made up of several different colours and patterns of vinyl tiles and bowed in the centre of the room and in front of the sliding door; a thin pane of glass that opened up onto a cement patio that was in remarkably better shape and boasted a pair of simple plastic chairs. Sometimes at dusk they’d retreat outside to take advantage of the welcome break from the daytime’s oppressive heat and humidity; sipping straight from a bottle of cheap booze purchased at a store within the market and talking about anything and everything EXCEPT the job. Telling stories about growing up in their respective homelands; comparing life with the mountains and the cold and snow to an existence surrounded by water and sand and sunlight. Sharing the few happy memories they had of their childhoods; before the people they’d loved the most and who had loved them in return had been so cruelly taken away from them.

They’d always cut the conversation short; halting when the recollections became way too painful for them to share so soon with one another. Both truly believing they had so much time left to learn everything there was to know about one another; days and weeks and months after Dhaka to become more familiar with each other and hopefully discover what they were feeling and experiencing was the ‘real deal’. Excitedly planning the getaway they’d take; spend some of their hard earned cash touring the globe and ending up in random, never before seen places. No destination or concrete plan mind; just two broken people that had managed to find one another under the strangest and most dangerous of circumstances. Enjoying the mutual -and extremely powerful- sexual attraction yet feeling terror at the same time; the rapid stirring of emotions that both had long ago thought dead and buried.

Mastiffs look like bears 😭, I think they're dangerous as well I'm not sure/can't remember, I researched them years ago, I shouldn't say "dangerous " but they're very aggressive but only because they are a protective breed , other than that they're gentle , but you can tell by looking at them that when they attack, they do damage , speaking of biting the dogs with the strongest bite :

Hmm it says that dogs have been known to roll in animal remains 😳 it's interesting why they do it as well , the behavior came from wolves , they roll in the carcass to get the scent on them so that when they go back to the pack, they can get the scent/go to it (Tumblr messing up) isn't that interesting?
