it really is true btw your parents will ask you to wage psychological warfare (cit. "making her feel guilty") on your siblings to get them to study better like this is some kind of succession battle

'make your sister feel guilty that she isn't studying as much as you are' alright #this explains so so much of how my sister acted towards me in highschool if that's how my parents think this works #. well. Also explains why my relationship with her is so weirdly competitive despite us both being very defeatist people #were it not for the other horrors here I'd wonder if this was a salvageable bond after all
