our blessed syntax seminar vs our wretched syntax lecture
#ok picture this. weve been talking of little else nay of nothing other than the x bar theory in the seminar since the start of the semester#along comes mr squirrel today in the lecture and he says things about about the x bar theory that directly contradict everything#we've been going kver in the seminar for weeks#i dont get it... well anyway maybe next light will shed some light on it#these linguistics teacher love to say one thing one week and then say 'haha gotcha! now forget about all you heard last week haha' the next#so im hoping this is the case here#my post#why cant i form a sentence.... too much syntax for one day perhaps
