#ive been purposefully not initiating any conversations with my childhood friend since october#we're both super super alike because we're both jewish and we look alike and we moved with our moms at almost the same time to germany#our moms even have the same name#but after school she started working for some jewish organization and has been super active there#while she was at school she got lots of scholarships and went to israel several times as part of the progrm#and she dated israeli men for so long#i knew we wouldnt see eye to eye on this#and she just wrote me that she will be spending the summer in israel and how excited she is#and i dont even know how to answer#maybe i wont 🥲#like i know i will not change her mind#guess shes just another person i lose due to different beliefs#and now theres no one else left 🥲
